Had to become a member to get price it's supposed to be according to the Internet by doing a price match for their own store because the price on the shelf is different?! The price to order online is a third different price that's even cheaper so don't get confused!! Had to give phone # and email address to be member. All this nonsense was not explained to me until I was already rang up about having to be a member!! I brought up the container but they had to get the flea collar container from another place because the Container on the shelf is empty to prevent thieves?! Why did she make me bring an empty container to the front?! WOW 😳 I should have just waited for it to be in stock again at Walmart!!!!

Amanda is amazing! Bruno loves her so much that he charges through the door to see her! He loves getting groomed, and he looks forward to it every time! Amanda makes sure his mohawk is perfect, and he is always super soft! Thank you Amanda! Bruno loves you!

So I love PetSmart normally, I got a bearded dragon, literally my whole family goes to PetSmart. Yesterday I rushed to PetSmart to get substrate for my betas, instead I ended up stopped by with Laura who was desperate to go home apparently to tell me I had 2 minutes before she’ll lock the door to close. I don’t care how anyone say she meant it, I know how she meant it and I told her I knew. My job closes at 8 and have 100 more things to do so I can get out at the earliest by 9. Instead of helping me in those 2 minutes to find what I needed she only gave me 2 to go and look while being rude, I’m Latino Hispanic I’ve never been to PetSmart in Edmond I have no idea where to find things, she didn’t rush the other couple who actually made them get out 5 minutes later because of talking. I own a clock I know how much time I had, I actually wanted to ask for help to find it fast because I know how it feels when someone walks in before close but that right there, usually young people do it not someone in their 60s or whatever. I’m very upset and usually not one to be mean but like really. And now today I’m gonna go do a return on one substrate. I only needed one but took 2 to pick at home since only had two minutes to look and decide out of the 100 options. Very bad help from Laura, If she’s that desperate to go home in time maybe she needs a different job that can actually give her that and be out in time not somewhere everyone is gonna ask for help and this will happen many many times. THE ONE PETSMART IM AVOIDING IN ALL OF OKLAHOMA BECAUSE OF LAURA.

The manager and assistant that worked Friday are very rude. They think they are fish police. Assuming I didn't have the proper fish tank. And they said they trust their customers. But I had spent 400 dollars prior and monthlyprpriorfemonths ago

I wanted to share my online order/pick up experience. I had ordered some dog food online and got the notification it was ready the next day. When I walked in the store, there was a long line to check out. I was hoping I wouldn't have to wait in that line, and sure enough, I didn't! I looked around and noticed a large shelf at the front of the store. On it, there were multiple orders for people. I was able to go up, look for my order, and just grab it. It was that easy! I hadn't ordered online before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was a simple process and took me under 30 seconds in the store to get my product and leave.

Terrible Experience.. I have a golden doodle, the groomer gave him a bath an dryed him. Cut 2 strips on his back an 1 whole leg, an called to come get my dog cuz he wont sit still an she cant handle him..I show up, theres 10 groomers in there, an 2 others that said they have cut him before an never had a problem, an if we schedule with them next time they will fix him up with no issues.I was shocked. If yall didnt mind to cut him, yall should have switched dogs wit the girl(Faith) that couldnt handle her job or career.If u new about animals, he just needed to pee. Took him outside an he peed for 5 mins. Wow.. He is the easiest calmest dog. I was shocked at the experience i had. An then was told i need to take him to a private place.I think Faith, should be fired. That was awful an cant believe u put my dog thru all that. Been bringing him there for 3 years. Maybe if the employee wasnt so high at work or looked hung over maybe she couldnt handle her job. On top of that, she was 10 mins late for work as we walked around for 25 mins before she got there to see him at 1230 in afternoon....I wouldnt take a animal there if u care about ur pets!

I had my two dogs in for grooming 2 weeks ago 8/12 and paid $160 and they barely cut their hair (I said I don't want them to get buzzed but I did want their hair cut, didn't trim either one of their nails. The groomer, Juliette or Julie, told me she didn't trim one of the dogs because he got sick. I asked to bring him back in a few days and she was just like I don't know... and I said he needs his nails trimmed and she said maybe you should bring him back when the manager is here. So I left and the next day I took him to PetCo and they trimmed his nails in 5 mins, NO ISSUES! I realized this week when my other dog jumped on me that his nails were sharp so inspected them and realized his nailed hadn't been trimmed either. So I call this week and talked to Bianca on 8/24. She said she would give the info to Trish, the manager and have her call me on Sat morning, 8/26 her next day working. Didn't get a call, so I just called at 3pm. The manager said the nails could've grown out in 2 wks because she recommends for nail trims every 2 week. That's garbage... She said if I would bring him on Mon by 3pm she would do it but she couldn't let anyone do without getting paid. They already got paid for the service that I didn't receive! I will never recommend or use PetSmart again. Very poor customer service and response from the groomer to the manager. I'm not asking for anything for free, only what I already paid for.

This is for the grooming department - the cat groomer is never on time (I have taken my cat there twice). This is already a stressful experience for cats to go to the groomer and the groomer is always late or never ready to see my pet, which makes my pet wait an extra 10-15 minutes in the waiting area or in the loud store outside of the grooming salon. Additionally, when I ask them to change the appointment type to nail trimming only, they tell me over the phone that they have made the requested changes only for me to come in and see they still have the wrong appointment type (which costs significantly more than just a nail trimming).

I l9ve pets martial. It's nice and easy to shop without the hassle of big box stores. Nice to be able to bring my rabbit in with me. She loves riding in the cart and seeing all the goods!

We got some African Cichlids. The lady in the fish area was very knowledgeable. When I needed additional help the lady in the reptile area was very attentive and while she was helping someone else she made sure to call for help in the area i needed.The ladies at the checkout were very nice and courteous.

The customer service here is always really good. I am always able to find an employee who is smiling and willing and ready to help me with any of my questions or to help me find something. They have a great selection of cat supplies but they have even more for dogs. I come here to buy my cats prescription food ( both wet and dry ) and they are always fully stocked up on it which I'm super grateful for.
