I’ve never seen such a bad haircut. My dog looks ridiculous. I’ve been going here for years and never received a cut like this. It almost looks intentionally bad. I’m not going to complain in the store because it will grow back but I won’t be returning.

They fit me in at the last minute. Provided an excellent explanation and recommendation of all the options. This was my Puppy's first experience with a groomer and she came out beautiful. Much better than I had been doing at home. They seemed to really care that my dog had a positive experience. I will use again.

I usually groom my own cotton fur Havanese dog in a type of Scotty cut, full long ears and tail, close cut saddle top, neck and feet short and clean, with bushy legs and long side skirts to the floor...but in my haste I did not bring her shavers and all her tools this time and thought if I combed her well that it would be OK, also in the RV it is much more of a chore to manage the grooming, so against my best past Knowledge and Judgement I went ahead and took her to PetSmart.... theirs, and to be truthful, other groomer's rules do not allow them to use the any type of scissor tools to comb out any matted fur areas so they just shave them down to nothing, apparently I missed a few matted areas...never again...this does not speak to the skills of the groomers....it is their way they are trained and their philosophy for grooming dogs with fur....I would have brought her back without the grooming, but I was on a Zoom call class when they called....I truly expected my husband to cancel the grooming....we both learned!!!

Heather did a great job with my Chihuahua, Lancelot. I voiced my concerns about him and she listened. He's pretty squirmy getting his nails done and a lot of the time groomers won't do the nail grind because he gets so stressed, but she was able to keep him calm and did a fantastic job with his pawdicure and reducing his stress. Thank you, Heather! ❤️

My dog has been here three times now, and the last time he went in not only were they apprehensive to take him (when we had a appointment scheduled), but as soon we left him there they called us back and told us to take him back. Labeled him as a biter even before he went to them. Incredibly unprofessional, would never go back.

Petco employees listen and try to imagine the picture l paint of the cut & care l want. I've been in OK 1 week. They checked my fur baby's record & said he was due for shots (which l had) & spent a moment making him relaxed B4 l left 😊. TY Katie.

This was my first time getting a dog groomed, ever. The groomer was extremely helpful and patient with all my concerns due to it being my first time. She answered all my questions and did a great job!

We had an appointment and it still took her 5.5 hours to do a bath, nails, deshedding on 3 short haired dogs....2 of the 3 are small dogs. When we asked how long it would take when we were dropping off she never would really give an answer.

Both before and after grooming they explained plan b on my senior dog. They didn't have to use plan b which they also explained. Plus the cut was just what I asked for.
