The atmosphere here is so comfortable and welcoming! The employees clearly love their jobs and enjoy their work environment. No question is ever too dumb. These people know and use these products, so they're recommending from experience. They ALWAYS remember my dog and treat me like a friend. This is the rule, not the exception....it's been that way from my very first visit. We'll be customers here for a long time.

The employee and manger where beyond helpful! I have super sensitive pets each with diffrent allergies and overall issues. They helped with all my concerns and questions. I also love the point system and they do price match! Definitely going back!

Really love this place. They have a great selection of dog treats/bones and usually have good deals going on. They seem to have everything a pet could need and more. The staff is also super friendly and always willing to help out. They always let me know about their deals that are going on which I appreciate.

Have been in a few times for assistance with finding items. They have the best dog shampoo here. It’s a cucumber melon one and my dogs always smell amazing after their bath.Just came in for help finding me elderly pup some new food because she’s having trouble eating regular kibble. Maggie was really great and showed me several options and discussed the benefits of each. I left with a choice I felt really good about and that my pup loves. She’s looking forward to breakfast and dinner and I’m happy to have a solution she is excited to eat.

Yesterday was my first time in the store and right now they have a new customer for life. Abby and Maggie at the front were very knowledgeable and helpful with the different food/bathing products. They allowed me to browse the products while entertaining my puppy. Ohhhhh and the puppy crake has helped even in the last 24 hours! I used to come here quite often to buy raw hide, ears, butcher bones for my dogs, but their parking situation lately has been awful, some days there is no where to park. I've unfortunately found myself going to alternatives further away simply because I don't know if I can park here or not.

Abbey Claunch is simply the best. She really knows her stuff. She helped me with my cats in a way that no one at any other place has EVER done. Absolutely love my local Hollywood Feed! If I could give 10 stars I would! Every single staff member I’ve met is happy and ready to help. My very picky Frenchie developed a sensitivity to all poultry, so we went through quite a bit of trial and error before finding a food she can have and that she loves. The staff was so kind and helpful each time I had to try a different food, and I am so grateful for all their help. We recently had a litter of pups, so I started using the same day delivery that is offered, and absolutely love it!! Thank you for being great!!!

First time customer,needed help finding the right solution ,giving medicine to elderly Lab.Young man greeted me and asked if there was anything he could help me with my concern. He showed real concern which is a breath of fresh air. He was very informative, asking questions about my Labs weight age and current conditioon. Wonderful place for all your pet needs, we go here for our baby girl dog, and get all her needs and she always enjoys her toys and treats we get from here, keep up the good work. Do not know the guys name who works with the long hair but he is really knowledgeable about alot of stuff and really seems like he loves his profession.

I went in today with many questions about my new puppy and different issues I am having with him. Conner is who assisted me. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He answered every question I had as well as offered tips and tricks and advice for the future once the puppy gets a little older. I feel much more confident with my purchases after having Conner's help.
