We had used Dustin for minor work at our old house, so didn't hesitate to call him thinking the project in our new house's bathroom was going to be minor.It was not - the previous owner left us a mess to repair under the bathtub tile. The wall was rotting away due to improperly grouted tiles. Dustin walked us through our options and in 2 days took the original 70s tub out and got us up to code with a tub that will not rot.He was professional, courteous, patient of my youngest's questions, and cleaned up afterwards. His dog was great with our cats and dogs too.We believe we got a great deal considering the pride and professionalism put into the work. Have already recommended him to a friend.

I don't know if the man I spoke to was having a bad day. But he acted frustrated and annoyed when I spoke to him, and then told me it's $250 just to come out and give an estimate and that it would go towards the work if agreed upon.. I stated "okay, well let me call you back." His response " Yep gotta pay for time." then hung up on me.I'm not mad about the price or the policy in which the company follows, but the attitude, steered me away. There are plenty of other Handymen in the area with with just as good reviews, better attitudes, and willing to come out and bill cheaper estimates or even give free estimates.. I'll give him 3 stars, because I believe I just caught him at a bad time. And hopefully his day gets better.

I called Dustin for an emergency front door fix after a door was kicked in. He was there within 30 minutes at 7pm on a Saturday night! He was prompt, professional, and courteous. The door was secured and reinforced within 40 minutes of his arrival. He will be installing a screen door for me this week and I absolutely will call on him for all my home needs in the future. Called last minute because I'm trying to get setup to sell my house. Dustin was already done for the day, but drove to North Edmond to help me out. He fixed an electric issue that caused my sprinkler system to malfunction in an hour, reprogramed it, and installed a new outlet that shorted. The only bad part was my fault... I went to drop off stuff at a jobsite and left my phone in the truck while we were unloading, so he was stuck at the house waiting for me to send my payment so he could lock up and enjoy the weekend...My fault, Dustin! Had a emergency situation can in 20 minutes, corrected the problem. On top of all that he notice a problem with the new dishwasher that was just delivered by Lowe's today that he could not install the dishwasher because of the following dent on back of new dishwasher...Great accessing product be installed. Exceptional service! Dustin is very nice, professional, hardworking, and did an amazing job. He gave me a great price and even fixed some little things that weren't quoted while he was here. He is a very good communicator and was truly patient with all of my questions. He treated my remodel as though it were his own and made sure that everything was perfect. I was well aware that he would be bringing Trigger (the dog in the advertisements) with him as he informed me that he had a service animal when I called him for a quote. I'm the property manager of Primo Storage in OKC. We had an emergency where our tool broke down the day before an auction and we needed 5 locks to be cut with an angle grinder. After calling various handymen in the area, I eventually landed here. Dustin understood the job with minimal explanation and was immediately available. Dustin Rokicki and his team came in to my office and did a fantastic job helping me install the biggest heaviest glass white board I've ever seen. There was a total of 8 mounts and they nailed it all on the first try. Didn't need a single adjustment and they were in and out in 45 minutes. Great guys, very friendly, can can't complain about the pricing either. I will hire again.
