The lack of professionalism and empathy is why I’m mostly posting this.My dog was badly cut and injured when I took her here.The owner texted me and let me know she was matted and had to be shaved.(Yes, I told her there was matting when I dropped her off)However, this is no excuse as to why my puppy was cut 3 different times.If she was that badly matted, she should have stopped cutting her and called me, even after that first cut, butShe continued and she was hurt 3 different times.But also, she’s supposed to be a professionalAfter I picked her up, I let the groomer know I was taking her to the vet,The response“Oh wow really. Ok please don’t let them give her stitches she doesn’t need them. Just bandaged up nice”I took my puppy, Emma to the afterhours urgent care, sedation stiches and 263 dollars later.The groomer did pay half the vet bill. But the lack of care for my dog Is unacceptable.This could have been handled way differently, but it wasn’t.

Melissa did such a great job on our fur baby. We loved how she treated her and the cut was so cute on her. We will most definitely be bringing her back next time.

Found a great family business, to care for my hairy family member. My German Shepherd, 12 year old male. He is so scared and timid of bath and nail cutting time. They helped him become more comfortable from understanding the anxiety of bath time. Lol!I like that you even have a waiting room. Thank you for being so sweet to a big boy. I am so grateful I found someone else, who's genuinely gentle, and thorough.Good luck with your new location and thank you for getting back to me immediately to have my Shepherd scheduled with you.I am looking forward to the silence, from the click clack, on our wooden floors when I get home, for it will be golden. My husband will be most appreciative.

Just had our first appointment at this shop and we were very impressed. The shop is clean, decorated cute, and very inviting. As soon as you walk in you see photos of clients, and can tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. Melissa and Josue greeted us and we’re extremely friendly and helpful.We have two Frenchies and the younger one is 8months old. He had surgery 6 months ago and has been on extreme cage rest and unfortunately has lost his training and is pretty unruly. Melissa was extremely understanding and they kept him calm and did a great job with him. We were so impressed and have booked our next appointment we’re thrilled to have found our permanent local groomer!!!! Thank you again Freedom Dog Spa!!!

I ran across Freedom Dog Spa after 5 years of searching for a good groomer for my Lhasa Aposa. Melissa and Josue did such an amazing job down to the detail. Three weeks later my dog still looks immaculate. I highly recommend them based on skill, ease of use, location, parking, listening to my wants and considered my dogs need. I will be a long term customer and refer Freedom to anyone that loves their pet and wants the best for them.

I trusted Freedom Dog Spa with crazy sweet double doodle, Gracie. They did a fantastic job!!! I couldn’t of been happier!! She looked super cute!! The groomers were amazing! They are a little over an hour round trip for us but it was well worth the drive. Her cut was so cute and she smelled so good. I could go on and on but I will just say, My experience more than met my expectations. Thank you Freedom Dog Spa!!

Took our golden doodle here for a cut. They were beyond nice! My dog felt welcome and the place was CLEAN! Got some updates of them bathing him and grooming through videos. Very friendly and professional! Our go to for our dogs now🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

My doodle had a bad experience at another groomer so I hated to take anywhere again but she was so matted I had no choice. When we got there it was a totally different experience. She was happy soon after I left. She was in bad shape and they had to shave her but they took very good care of her and educated me on how to groom at home. They gave me a wealth of knowledge and I know we will be going back in 6 weeks. Absolutely recommend them!

I have a small breed. Very nervous dog. And she is old. And they were amazing with her. They sent me pictures. Kept in contact with me, and my doggo looks so pretty. I highly recommend this place. They truly care about your pets. And they do an amazing job. I have finally found a wonderful place for my pupper!
