Crosstimber Koi came to work on my pond. They left my pond with rocks just stacked up and no adhesion. Loose rocks everywhere. My fountain was left just hanging off the wall. Ultimately, after many calls with no results, I called two other businesses to complete the shoddy job that I spent $5000. for. With this business practice being bad enough,I now learn they are running down other competitors of theirs. They are denigrating others for doing exactly what they did to me. So disappointing.

I keep fancy goldfish, not koi, but I visited out of curiosity. The lady working the counter was incredibly friendly even after she knew I wasn't going to buy anything. Had a great time looking around: the aquatic plants and the koi were so attractive and healthy!

Chad and Ashley are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had issues we didn't even know we had as first-time pond owners. Our fish were lethargic, sick and dying. They helped us take a "sick" pond and make it healthy again! Unfortunately we didn't know about them when we had our pond built, but going forward Crosstimber Koi will be our go-to place for anything pond!! Thanks Ashley and Chad!

Being new to the koi life my wife and I drove several hrs to visit them. There place is amazing and had us in awe. There was plants and fish and everything that goes with getting started. They were patient and helpful after spending what seemed like forever trying to pick out our fish we got everything to head home. 3 days later the pump that was in my pond went out. And even though we wernt buying a new pump from them , the are around 3 hrs away, they still took the time to help me with a pump selection. They really seem to care about there fish and that means alot when you bring them home.

My wife & I contracted with Crosstimber to build a large water feature at our home. It was completed on or slightly ahead of the schedule promised, even though the Oklahoma weather was a challenge. The attitude of the crew (including the owners) while enduring the weather was wonderful. The results exceeded our expectations in all ways. Chad is extremely knowledgeable of his craft-even to the point of finding items at lower prices than promised and passing savings on to us! After a few months (due to our ignorance) a leak was created. Chad promptly came out, showed us what we had done, repaired it for a minimal charge that hardly covered mileage. We consider Chad a true visionary and master craftsman. You can't top these folks! Highly recommended!!

The owner, Chad Gatz, was invaluable in helping my parents with their first koi pond. Both Chad and his wife, Ashley were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They were very patient while answering all of our questions and helped us understand what we needed to know about plants, fish and ponds. They have a wide variety of koi, goldfish, plants, pumps and supplies. We were able to purchase everything we were looking for in one trip to Crosstimbers and at great prices. It was convenient, educational and a great shopping experience. Crosstimbers is now our one-stop pond shop.

Ashley and Chad are totally Awesome.Glad I had/have the pleasure of doing business with them. My waterfall sprung several leaks before totally falling apart i just redid it myself. But i dont blame them i blame the man that was working for them. I am sure with him gone everything will get back to normal. If you have a problem you cant just complain, you have to give them a chance to fix it. You are trusting them, but unless you give them a chance you have to remember they are trusting the people working for them. How do they know he is doing a bad job unlesd you let them know? So not fair to post negative and not give the opportunity of knowing what I going on.
