Wonderful addition to East Edmond!! Store has everything! Beautiful produce! Excellent meat selection! Rotisserie chickens! Lovely floral department! Aisles were nice and wide. The store was so well lit too! I loved the bulk section! The cashier and bagger were very nice. I look forward to making this my home grocery store! Thanks, Crest!

First time going to this Crest and I really enjoyed the variety of store items.However, during the checkout my wife said "Thank you" twice to the young girl bagging our groceries and she didn't even have decency to reply back I think is completely rude & very unprofessional to say the least.Crest managers please train your staff to be courteous. Thank you

Beautiful, new Crest! Items stocked and full with a friendly staff.Tips ...if you are used to shopping the 15th Crest on Edmond, this store is flip flopped. Instead of Groceries on the left, it is on the right. Aisle one is on the right as well. So keep that in mind when shopping.

When you decide to treat yourself to a delicious cake from the local bakery, always remember to double-check the price before making your purchase. It seems that there have been instances where customers requested a simple single-layer cake, only to be charged for a more expensive double-layer one instead. It's possible that the bakery is facing financial difficulties and is resorting to overcharging customers in order to make ends meet. So, be sure to ask about the price and clarify your order to avoid any surprises at the register. Your wallet will thank you for it! 😁

Great store. Enjoy shopping there. The old witch working the self checkout needs to retire. I had 25 items. She told me I couldn’t use the self check out (which says 25 items or less). So I had to go thru the regular line. Even though I tried to explain I only had 25 items. She said “looks like more than that to me”. Grumpy Granny needs to retire!

Very friendly staff, super clean store, great produce/food/wine selection. Great sale prices. Lots of parking. Tons of checkout lanes so checkout is fast and easy. Option to self checkout but not forced on you like every other grocery store in town. Doesn’t feel like a discount grocery store

Love this newish Crest, reminds me of the Norman location Crest. Definitely refreshing in comparison to the other Crest in town which has become to ghetto. The layout is impressive and the parking lot is large enough to suit holiday rushes. The isles feel wider then the older Crest in town which is nice when operating a wheelchair or cart around other shoppers. The lighting both inside and outside is appreciated and helps give a sense of security with it being lite up so well. My wife and I greatly appreciate the large bakery selection and fresh sushi options. The freezer section is impressively large and there are a lot more sweet treat options that you won't be able to find at Walmart, Homeland or even Target.I've never had any issues trying to shop around stockers late at night, the stockers don't seem to block isles like they do at the other location in town. They have self checkout registers available during the day but close the self checkout a couple hours before midnight.Crest is an amazing local grocery store chain here in central Oklahoma that is open 24 hours a day even on holidays.

I love the new store! It's very nice and the aisles are nice and wide. My only complaint is that there is no salad bar but I'm still really happy they opened it and the location is perfect for me.

Twice it’s happened where the self-checkout clerk throws a fit because I have a few more than 25 items - give or take 5. Says that if I have a bag of 10 avocados, each avocado counts as one item so I’m unwelcome in the self-checkout.. a whole scene over a few extra items..? Namely ones that are all bundled together neatly in a sack? Not to mention the regular check-out stations are full of customers with 75+ items.. so I should sit in the line? Create more congestion? Give me a break.. please teach your self-check out clerks better manners.

Have been several times since the new store opened. There are always lots of associates to help locate items, answer questions, and even present you with the shopping cart of your choice when you enter the store. Very clean, well stocked, and well organized.

Convenient and the place is clean and well stocked with friendly staff plus it offers the locals another option for grocery shopping with reasonable prices and it's not been very busy the past few times I have been there.

I don't give 5star ratings, as it leaves no incentive to improve.... but if I did give them this would be one of those times... Wow what an impressive grocery store, what an impressive layout, what an impressive selection of products and what a pleasant group of helpful staff! Definitely, will be making this Crest location my regular goto for shopping when in the area!

Very clean. Amazing store. They even have cashiers and people to bag and carry out your groceries. And still maintain very competitive prices. Amazing old fashioned care. Great store.

Been a loyal Crest customer for years. I love the new store and how big it is and of course, the old school feel of having cashiers AND baggers!Having said that, I've been quite disappointed in certain produce for awhile, both at this store and the W.15th location. Please consider changing vendors for potatoes and onions, as every week atleast 4 potatoes are rotted and in a bag of onions, quite a few too. It's expensive to grocery shop nowadays and having to waste half a bag of something is unfortunate.

Beautiful new store, great layout, meat department fantastic, vegetables looked really good and fresh. My only disappointment was dog and cat food during grand opening week was three or four dollars less than Walmart. I went back in last week and it was a Dollar or so higher than Walmart. Overall, when I'm in the area I'll shop there.

The store is clean and every time I’ve been there the staff are extremely helpful. They have even gone to the back of the meat department and made cuts for me, when the shelf was emptied of the item I needed. The aisles are wide and the store is well lit. Never have to wait to checkout.

This is hands down my favorite grocery store I have ever shopped at. The aisles are wide, so much variety. Prices are pretty good here. The employees are nice and helpful depending on which store you shop at.One thing that I do notice is when a customer requests something like on the paper they get at customer service, they fail to bring that product in. My dad has requested a certain juice that he drinks but for some reason, y'all just choose to ignore the requests. That's my only complaint. If Walmart can have it why can't your store?

I love this grocery store! They have fresh turkeys, never frozen, perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. The produce is always fresh, with hard to find fruits and vegetables. The cheese selection is incredible. But the biggest thing is that the prices are competitive with unmatched quality.

Former emoloyee in the meat department here. Do NOT buy the steaks from this location. They would often times go bad from sitting in the cooler for months, and would smell so awful, I would have to change aprons after cutting them. We were told to still cut them and put them out for people to buy. All around terrible quality especially for the price that you’re paying.

We checked out at Jennifer's register at about 11:15 on 12/4. We were not asked for our phone number for digital coupons. There were 4 employees gathered chatting at the next register. 1 of them had their rear end sticking out into the aisle making it difficult for me to get by in my handicap scooter. When I mentioned that I could not get by your employees had a good chuckle. How shameful.There were 2 employees that greeted us when we came in and did make us feel welcome.

Needs better food options. The place is beautiful but it's all big box options. Not a lot of little specialty options, really none. It's got a little cheese section and bakery but it feels really con agra GMO ish on every isle. Beautiful place though, handy location for everyone on this side of Edmond.

Very nice store and cool employees. Our cashier was pretty good, but her 2 baggers left a lot to be desired. The only reason it's not a 5 star is their lack of any customer service. Didn't even acknowledge us or let us know all of our items were finished being bagged.

Clean and organized store. You can find wide range of grocery items. Often they have sale. Watch for items labeled for instance 2 for 5. Sometimes these items ring at regular price. If you ask for price adjustment, it takes a little bit to fix. Overall, it is a great store.

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Jennifer and Deidra in the meat department. They saved me big time! I found out at 7 am on Thanksgiving morning that the 3 turkeys I had originally bought from another store were rotten so I needed help fast. These two angels saved me and found me two perfect turkeys to replace them! Greatest customer service ever!! Thank you, Thank you!!

I want start with the store is beautiful and customer service is 5 star, crest is probably one of the cleanest store in Oklahoma. It gets little hard with prices the front of the store is your good deals and end caps after that it gets little pricey on certain item the meat department is just okay the produce is okay, Bakery was very nice, deli is okay. I think Edmond needs something beside Walmart and crest that’s just my personal opinion
