I have used Brewers Carpet for the past 5 years and have always had a great experience! They have excellent products and have had an excellent experience from help picking a carpet and pad that meets my needs and help with extra needs because of pets in my home. Their staff are very considerate in taking care of moving furniture so carpet can be laid and placing it back to your satisfaction when completed! Would not go anywhere else!

I would like to be able to review their carpet install but unfortunately I've had two appointments for measurements and an estimate with two no-calls and two no-shows.*Update response* I had to reach out to the store twice, to find out why the person wasn't coming by. Your store did not contact me until I posted a review online; otherwise, I'd still be waiting on a reply. Your missed opportunity.Also, we were not spoken to upon arrival by anyone for at least 5 minutes. The woman who was speaking with a couple (customers), never said anything to us. No "hello, we will be right with you" or anything was spoken to us. I watched her go to the back after at least 5 minutes and Zachery soon came out from the back.

We were very pleased with the knowledge, professionalism and friendliness of both Zach and Nathan through our selection and order process. We got exactly what we were looking for and the installation team was wonderful. They did a great job cleaning up and replacing the furniture to the proper location. We would definitely use them again.

Crystal has been amazing to work with on our large whole-home project. Not only is she extremely kind, she is helpful beyond any expectations we had and her customer service is truly top notch. The large amount of high-quality choices at the store can be overwhelming; she helped us focus our search and offered great suggestions within our budget and style. Throughout our projects, Crystal has been generous with her time and resources, always quick to respond to a call or text. She made multiple visits to our home to inspect the work and the products. She is also connected. We are new to the area and she provided many recommendations for other contractors and tips on who/what we might need. Her personal recommendations have all provided fantastic results. She even followed up with us to ask how her recommendations panned out as she truly cares if someone she personally recommends is doing a great job. We couldn't have done this without her.

Just moved to the Edmond area and Brewer’s Carpet One was right down the street so I decided to go check them out as I needed new carpet in 3 bedrooms. I was welcomed by Nathan as I walked in and he helped me with everything I needed. The store had a nice selection of different tiers of carpet and other flooring. Nathan let me take some samples home and I found one I liked and decided to move forward. The installers, Roger and Mark, knocked it out the park. They did a fantastic job and were done within a few hours. Would highly recommend Carpet One. Customer service was very good.

They tried to change our install date after we specifically took off work to be home and had already booked the dates. They did not tell the baseboard contractor about the job and had to call him the day of to come measure. Then he had to come back days later. The transitions between wood and tile were loose.After the sale our salesperson was magically never available to speak with. When we called to get the transitions fixed they never called back to schedule the repair. A week later I had to call again to get it scheduled.On the day of the repair the contractor showed up 6 hours after the scheduled time. Then once he was there he did not fix a transition to a closed that had existing carpet. The carpet was not tucked under the transition during the wood floor install. He stated “it was not his job and we had to call the carpet installers”.We will not recommend or use Brewer ever again.

Our sales rep, Nathan was great. Unfortunately the selected wood flooring, although we were assured could be installed floating actually required glue down which added several thousand dollars to our project after buying glue and paying additionalInstall fees.

We had laminate flooring installed in April 2023, and it was a horrible experience all the way around. Their contractors do shoddy work and customer service is terrible. Would never recommend Brewer Carpet One to anyone, and we will certainly never use them in the future. Save yourself time, money and headache and go with someone else. I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Brewer Carpet One is a great place. We did comparable shopping at several other flooring places and Brewer gave us the best deal. Elizabeth Collier was wonderful to work. She helped us pick out carpet, take samples home to compare and followed up with a phone call after the install to make sure we were happy. The installers were on time and finished the job in several hours. They were very professional and courteous and took great care in handling our furniture. If we ever have any flooring needs again we will definitely give them a call.

I have used Crystal Kelly at Brewer Carpet One not just for my personal home, but for numerous clients as well. As a listing realtor, I often find homes need to replace flooring to sell. Crystal sets up the measure, comes up with a very COMPETITIVE bid, and we either have the flooring replaced before the home is listed or we leave the estimate and flooring samples at the home for buyers to see. That way the buyer gets to pick the carpet they want. I love being able to help my clients as well as using a local company. Crystal goes above and beyond with her customer service. I told her some ideas on what I wanted, and she showed me options on what she thought would look the best. I couldn’t be more pleased with the tile we picked out. It looks amazing!!!
