This is the cleanest Dollar General store I have ever been in. Floors were not cluttered. No carts blocking items. Everything on shelves no tripping hazards. I’m very impressed with the staff, they are doing a amazing job!!! This will be my store to shop at from now on.

Customer service could be better! I was told next time I choose cash back, I need to make sure to ask if they have it first! Why offer it then?! Or put a sign up stating that!!

It has a lot of flaws. The floors could be fixed, lighting, different cashiers. The one we had wasn't nice really. But you could do better, sorry but it's true. So fix up some of the floors, the layout, the lighting, fire Patty. Because she doesn't do well with customers.

The cashier working there this afternoon was so kind. She helped an older lady get the items she needed, going out of her way to assist her. She was very friendly when I checked out. Excellent customer service. I will be back.

This Dollar General in Eearlsboro, Oklahoma had the best sale on Poligrip that I returned to this store three times. Those visits were during my next three visits to get new dentures made by the best denturist in the world, Jim French at French Lab located in Tecumseh, Oklahoma. The staff at this Dollar General were good people, pleasant and everyone there had a wonderful sense of humor. They helped me in two ways, first with finding the Poligrip I needed and then by helping me with directions to interstate 40. I'm directionally challenged and their patience with me was admirable!This probably has nothing to do with this Dollar General but their were two women I met inside the store who were friendly and really nice. They turnéd out to be even better than nice, they were sympathetic and very kind when they overheard my request for directions and realized I needed more help than usual, offered to drive ahead of me and lead me to where I needed to go. It was an awesome experience and I was so very grateful for their kindness and for going out of their way to help a stranger. It is the second time people in that neck of the woods have driven in front of me to lead me to my destination. I want to thank all of them. I love the people in this area of Oklahoma, there isn't one person I've had to ask directions from that haven't been kind, patient, and very helpful! Yay!!!

I love the way this store is set up. I can't stand or walk for very long. I was in and out of there in no time and found all kinds of goodies to buy. To bad all of them are set up like this one. The young man that was working was very friendly and helpful. I live 13 miles or so from that store but I will be going out of my way to go shopping there.

My niece went in to get a few things and informed me the women working there were not wearing masks. Due to Covid-19 leading to the death of one of our family members, I find it EXTREMELY appalling the manager does not enforce a very simple safety precaution of the employees wearing masks. It is a serious lack of responsible management. Please do something about this
