Great customer service. However, if you need specific seasonal items. They usually sell out of those quickly. Especially during fishing season. My only critique would be for management to order more than they needed the previous seasons considering the growing population, and increasing tourism.

This place is dirty. The bathroom was very disgusting!! The woman's sink looks like it hasn't been cleaned in 20 years!! Very nasty. If you can zoom in to pictures please do so.

The store was well-stocked with a wide variety of items, including some unfamiliar brands such as Mr. Beast, which I was pleasantly surprised to find available locally. The employees at this establishment were exceptionally courteous and helpful, despite my visit during the evening hours after 5pm. This attentive service was particularly impressive for a Walmart. I intend to return to this location in the future.

Found a few bargains. It seems crazy to me that part of the self checkouts were not open as busy as it was. Overall the store seemed to be stocked and running well.

They need to update there return policies online so that the customers know what you are able to return without a receipt. I got jewelry for my birthday and it was to small and I had no receipt and was unable to return. I’m not very happy with this store.

You had 6 employees eating pizza in the gardening area hanging out ask to be cashed out said they couldn't fux register, go back to the front You have no lines open. But good 30 employees standing there. worst place ever never going back to this walmart. Always like this at this walmart.

I'm an O/O OTR trucker. With Walmart tax exempt card. They had more cashier's open than so many others. I'm just looking at other reviews, and I gotta say, people are ignorant and just wow! They had everything I needed. Please keep it clean. Staff was nice, and helpful. People are so petty, they have to give negative reviews to feel good about themselves?

Well , I am good , went to Walmart spent $500 ,found me a cashier , had to wait a few minutes , I am good with that ,no problem . The cashier was absolutely a friendly smiling face. I needed something I could not find ,not a problem ,maybe another month those will be in stock has to do with grilling .

The guy in electronics acts like he is king of the electronics castle. Tired of these people acting like I am going to steal something. Yes I have real money to pay with. Just unlock the cabinet and have a better attitude. Also checking myself out and then having to convince another person that I am not stealing just to get out the door was the icing on the cake. Walmart has gone downhill.

Call Ardmore Walmart Supercenter to inquire for replacement battery. I called 4 different times selecting all options available. To no avail did any department answer including operator. I called Durant Supercenter and Automotive picked up on 2nd ring. That's customer service. I live 30 miles from either location and wanted to check stock before I drove. It's my honest opinion, the Ardmore location needs new management at once.

Poorly run store full of degenerate leadership. Kicked me out after I pointed out a smoke detector that had been out of battery for weeks. Uppity manager scoffed at me as she walked off. When I returned the favor, the power hungry/thirsty employee demanded my unearned respect like a little authoritarian. Higher management refused to hear my side after the fact. Useless people in there. Use the delivery service and help WalMart let some of these people go. Retail workers have become a scurge of ingratitude.

You had my product, but when I checked out in store #975 Where Pride Is Alive. Not any more. Any ways the GM self checkout facing what used to be where you could Cash your checks and send money. Be careful getting change out I nearly cut my cuticle that's under you nail. Ouch

Out of all walmarts, this one tops all. Just make sure you don't try to get your vehicle serviced thirty minutes before the auto dept closes. What a joke.

It gets frustrating when I can't even get simple things like cheese. I find it hard to believe that there were NO substitutes in the store for sliced colby-jack cheese, or any leaf lettuce. I have started to notice, when the same slender, young men bring my orders out, that is when I am least likely to get more of my items, AND my items are just haphazardly tossed into my vehicle. I need to get names. This time, he put the gallon of vinegar on TOP of my other items, IN the seat, NOT the floorboard, and it leaked onto the leather, as well as my other groceries, not to mention smashing things. The last time that this young man, and one other that was with him, brought my groceries out, I ended up with a sack of groceries flying from the back, between the front seats and hitting me. I happened to be leaning on the truck console, glancing back. I even commented, "You don't have to throw them at me." No response. I pay for W+ and can NOT get these things delivered to my house, for some reason. It seems like it's an inconvenience for this Wal-Mart to provide decent service for me to come pick my groceries up as well. (There are a couple of exceptions. I have given a good review when that has happened. There are way too many trips happening that are NOT a good experience though. I hope that the Durant store will take notice and start correcting the issues.)

Thought we’d have a easy night for dinner grab a rotisserie chicken( we got 2), well we go to cut into it and it’s not done, blood still in the juice. Had we not checked it before we ate it, we’d be checking into the E.R. for food poisoning. I tried call to speak to someone and let the phone ring for over 5 minutes. They have gone to hell the last few months, even the produce is horrible. It’s sad that we don’t have a decent grocery store in this town.

This Walmart was in Durant I didn't like it at all. It was set up so backwards. I really think all Walmart stores need to be set up the same way. I wasn't impressed at all.
