Sensation is right!!Incredible!! What an experience, didn't even go in to buy anything, but the sales person was so nice and just made me feel like I really needed some shoes, she helped me find the perfect ones in my size!! And motioned towards the large selection.So I got shoes, the slides were BOGO!!!I couldn't help myself.The cashier did ask for my brothers number, kinda sus but alright, she laughed a lot, very nice.

These customer service gals are absolutely amazing! I had a return, as my shoes were too big for me. Totally my fault for ordering the wrong size.The first agent that helped me was Ashley. She was an angel. Then, upon my call for the exchange, I got Marla. Equally as angelic! Marla spent the time, out of her busy schedule, to do my return manually, rather than telling me to “ get online and do it myself,” as I’ve been told by other companies. LOVE them! Really love this place. The manager is always so helpful and friendly. The way she treats customers makes you feel very welcome. We have been here 4 or 5 times and she is always happy and helpful. They have great deals on all types of shoes too! Good selection.

They had all kinds of nice Brands Nike, Clarks, all kinds of brands of shoes that were nice they had buy one get one free on a lot of sandals the young lady that worked with me was exceptionally nice and very helpful so I could not have asked for more

The selection was cute but the restroom was clearly not for public and had no toilet paper or trashcan or paper towels. Not to mention the older lady employee followed us everywhere in the store and generally made us feel uncomfortable. Everything seemed kind of expensive too. I won't be going back.

I love the store my only nit pick is the website says they close at 9 on Fridays and Saturdays when the store closes at 8. With my work hours it's hard for me to get off work before then. Will have to try again though.
