Took my Goldendoodle in today for a trim. We specifically said not to shave her, we also discussed her beard being trimmed. 3.5 hours later we got a call to come get her, the first picture is how she looked before we took her in, we asked for the same cut, just shorter. The second photo is what we got. She was shaved down nose to tail! We are not happy and will not be taking our dogs back there, the guy stated she's only the second dog he'd groomed and his supervisor wasn't at work today. We paid $90 for what we could have done at home with dog clippers....shaving a dog takes no talent or creativity. She smells like she's been swimming in a sewer, we won't be back nor recommend this place to anyone. It's obvious they do not hire professionally trained dog groomers. Now I have a shaved dog in the middle of February! This is a travesty.

my dog was groomed earlier today. the service and cut was amazing. although i didn’t expect the bangs on my dog to be cut so short, along with them cutting his eyelashes. he has been having eye irritation and issues all day due to the eyelashes being to short to catch his tears. the baby produces a lot of tears

I have set up appointments at their grooming department and been screwed over all 3 times. Will never go back here for anything. First time they didn't write in the appointment , second time had appt. Got back 3 hours later since I hadn't heard from them and they hadnt even started my dogs; she said oh Im sorry we had a lot of unexpected walk-ins. Excuse me WTH . What is the appointment for ? So like an idiot we t new here thought I would give them one more chance arrived to be greeted at front door. You didn't have an appointment for grooming did you ? Yes ma'am she reply's oh no they are out sick we thought we got everyone called sorry. Well never again goid luck if you use them they are a joke !!!!

Overpriced and lacking selection. I adopted two cats for a friend during Covid from this place. They ended up being feral cats and when they put me in contact with the woman they get the cats from she actually wanted to charge to take the cats back knowing well that they were feral. They ate their way out of the cardboard boxes before they made it to the house it took two hours to get them out from under the seats of my car and they kept trying to fight each other.

Took my dog blue to get a haircut, and the new groomer Chris, did a great job. He was super friendly and very nice. The entire staff treated blue and I great and it couldn’t of been a more comfortable atmosphere! They were sure to get me in and make sure I got my dog in a timely manner. Thank you!

To the staff member at the front desk with dark hair and glasses. When I asked you a question, and you replied no to that said question. Then proceeded to mumble something under your breath and started laughing. You should NOT be in customer service!! You are rude and very disrespectful!

This pet store sells insane amounts or reptiles, yet can't keep their crickets stocked for people to feed their reptiles that they sold them. We have been told that their truck of crickets comes on Tuesday, just for them to have to crickets on Wednesday.This place should not be allowed to sell any reptiles if it can't supply the feed for them as well. The reptiles in the store are skinny and malnourished too because of this.Absolutely horrible.Don't waste your time, go to Pet Smart in Sherman.

I have two schnauzers and I have been taking them here for several years to be groomed. Recently I had to put my 15 yo dog down and Chris worked with us on making her pretty before we put her to sleep. We asked him if he could squeeze her in and just trim up her face so she was all pretty.. He did just that and more! He went above and beyond making my girl look so pretty! My family and I could never thank him enough for what he did! She looked absolutely beautiful and it meant the world to us! He is very gentle and caring towards our dogs and for that we are very grateful for him! Chris thank you for taking care of our girls they love to come see you!

The staff of this store are remarkable. I have a broken leg and my dog needed a bath along with some grooming. I was able to drive to the store but unable to walk my dog inside. One of the ladies came and got my dog out of my car and walked her in to the groomer. When I returned to pick her up, they brought her back out to me. Thank you Chris and associates for taking care of Bella. You offer the best service in town. Thank you again!!

New aquarium owner here. First time in the store. Not very knowledgeable myself yet I figured someone there might know a little bit about fish. The young lady I approached was super busy cleaning and putting things away and still managed to answer every question I had. She helped me get some new mates for my tank and knew which would be compatible with my current fish. I came in to buy an $8 bag of fish food and ended up leaving with 2 fish a snail fish food aquarium decor. Simply because she was knowledgeable and knew what I would and wouldn’t need. Thank you Tess for all your hard work! So if you ever need help Tess is the one you want to ask! She was the only one there and still managed to treat me with respect and a smile on her face even when she was busy! I will be back to the store because of her!

Took my dog to be groomed. The people who work in the store are the best. Very clean and nice , people are always ready to help you and your dog.Great service. Best grooming my beautiful 9mo.old German Shepherd loves it there. He came out looking fabulous. I could tell immediately that my dog had the best of care.The price was great for a well done job. I love that store.

The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I come here to buy crickets for my pet tarantulas. You just have to time it right to go while they have crickets in stock. It definitely beats driving to Sherman for crickets. It helps to call ahead to make sure they have what you need. The crickets are priced great but everything else is pretty pricey. They usually have cats you can adopt.

Always a great place to come to when I'm in town. My dog's favorite toys have been bought from here, and I've just recently adopted an absolute sweetheart of a cat from the store's adoption event this previous Saturday. Always a fun experience, and I honestly prefer this store to the more flashy shops.

They are a great pet place for all your supplies. Just a little to overpriced compares to other pet places. Very friendly and professional. They do have fish which is a plus cause they are the only pet store that sales fish in Durant.

Lame worst pet store! The cashier was not honest about the return policy and the card/placard was hidden behind the register so you could not see it. Would not refund the purchase price. And this visit they have the smallest selection. Don't waste you time coming to the store location! Terrible customer service and even smaller selection. I will definitely not be coming back to this location. Man I definitely dont even want to order it online. But this company already has my money. And I got a gift card. And now they don't have anything I need or want. What a mistake coming to this store the manager was even less help instead of allowing me to chose how I wanted to proceeded. She simple threw it on a card then said sorry. It's to late I already put it on the card. I can't undo the transaction. So frustrating hope some one at their corporate office sees this and takes action.

Chris is the best groomer in town, my Maltipoo looks like he is ready for a show!!!! He loves pets, treats them so sweet, he gives his all to make your pet look like a 10. I highly recommend Chris if your looking for a great groomer.

This pet store is a very caring business that contributes to our community by helping to rehabilitate cats. The staff is very knowledgeable, caring and passionate about animal care. Without the help of some of these employees and volunteers within our community our streets would be littered with feral and lost cats. Hats off to you guys! Keep up the good work and thank you for your community service, and for the animals that you all have helped. Also they keep everything you needs for several varieties of pets- so if you have a need for specific pets this is the place to go in Durant.

Nice place. Was knowledgeable about what I was looking for. I have a 16yr old dog that has doggie dementia and pace's around the house alot and has lost a lot of weight. They were able to recommend a high calorie food for her. ☺️

Always has friendly and helpful staff! I go hear regularly for crickets for my leapord gecko. Keeps a steady supply at a reasonable price. (Lifehack: Use potato slices to keep the crickets alive, that's how they ship them. The cricket food and water cubes are waaaaaay more pricey)
