Needed a few things , I went in and got it, I like lowes ,with that said , I bought a brand new Frigidaire dish washer from there , 1 week after the top rack fell , called lowes and because I didn't keep my reciept nothing . I put it back up by loosening the screws and it has worked for awhile as long as you are tremendously real easy with it . Back to the same ole stuff with that top shelf . Notice the white rollers ,yeah didn't help . I would not suggest buying that dishwasher they are flimsy and junk

Love the garden section as an environmental scientist! I also love how this lowes doesn't stink like the Sherman one. This plant somehow lasted until last week outside. It was very beautiful!!The employees are super nice and helpful! However,I minused a star because yall hired me, but someone quit high up, and when I checked in on it, management said they'd call me in a day or two. They didn't. So I called the following monday and you guys didn't even know about me... i was told to re apply after two weeks of no income after being told i had the job. So management needs improving. Otherwise. Ya'll are amazing.

Tanisha is rude should definitely not be customer service. Even with a recipe she walks off and pops back for rudeness. Followed up by trying to make a purchase by a put out check out clerk. We went to harbor freight and paid 100 more to have a good experience and get a product that works.

William and Jackie ROCK! They worked tirelessly to get us fixed to run a generator so we could ha e electricity to run our RV! OMGOODNESS! I cannot put into words how phenomenal they were! Even with the store so close to closing time! They got us taken care of and even David in Lumber got our dog Brody Baby Dog a bottle of water so he could quench his thrist! I'm extremely tired but at least I'm tired with a generator and electricity to shower and make a cup of coffee! Bless you all! Especially William and Jackie and David! You have made my day! Thank you!

I've had to come to this Lowe's three times this week because I'm building a barn but also my hot water heater in my home went out. My first experience was getting lumber for my barn. I asked an employee that walked by if he could help me with 4x4 posts he pointed in the direction they were and spit out the aisle number and a rack number and walked off. The post I needed was banded together and on a top shelf I waited for his help for about 20 minutes. Finally I walked out the back door and seen a man driving a forklift and asked for his help and he looked and sounded a little bothered for me asking. Second day I needed a hot water heater there was no one around to ask questions too. Finally a customer that is a plumber helped me and answered all my questions he even helped me load the hot water heater which he didn't have to. no one in the store that worked there asked if I needed assistance or looked available. Third day I go in to get a few more pieces of lumber that I needed to finish the barn and there was no carts available in the store for lumber they were all filled with merchandise that needed to be put on the shelves I guess they use them for unloading the trucks. So I started carrying the lumber by hand to the register not one single employee asked if I needed assistance or asked if they could find me a cart or anything as I was carrying lumber to the front and it wasn't just a handful of lumber it was 10 ft tall boards I counted six times an employee walked by me seeing me struggle with the lumber The three ladies at the One register clearly seen i was struggling to carry this lumber through the store and then out to my vehicle in the parking lot and not a single person asked me if I needed assistance or a cart.

Great shopping experience, buying washing machine. Shout out to best customer service by Chelsea. Chelsea is so awesome, stay with me, didn't leave me, very caring and kind, check me out at Register, buying me a new washing machine. Ordered a range online and picked up in store. Everything went well. From looking in store with Camren, To communicating with Renee in fulfillment, Donna in customer service and Hayden helped loading. Despite some minor technology issues we were able to get everything going and getting it home today. Thank you so much to everyone that had a hand in helping me.

This has happened numerous times at this location. Went in, hoping to get estimates for countertops, " the main lady is here only during the week, I will try to help you," 10 seconds into it, let me go get the manager she should be able to help you, almost 10 minutes later, " she is having a conversation with an employee she cannot stop", told him "we've heard this several times ,so this means weekend buyers are screwed, thanks again". All big box stores have terrible issues nowadays, sad, I guess I really need to try and support the "mom & pop" stores more often.

Lowes in Durant have the rudest managers than anywhere. The worst customer service also. Manger reply to my request (last night) about two faulty washer and dryer sets was to say he could do nothing and he wasn't going to talk to me!!! Didn't hang up on me just put me on hold until I hung up 10 minutes later. The rudest managers to deal with and never will I recommend anyone to do business with Durant again. Been a customer for years and have never been treated so rude by mangers before this ordeal with my purchase. On the flip side the OKC distribution center have been polite and gracious over the ordeal and is getting me another set.Just curious after reading reviews in this section, who is answering the comments. All they are doing is apologizing and giving a number to call and give your complaint. It make me sad to see so many negative reviews about a Durant business which tells me somethings needs to be done about the Durant store, This is just my opinion which really doesn't seem to matter to your managers got no response to my comment.

Frustrating experience at Lowe's Order Pick Up desk. We ordered a Pit Boss 1600 smoker grill, a bag of pellets, two cans of spray paint & two fence boards (Over $1,000 order). Called ahead to check box size on grill so it would fit in car. Drove a little over an hour to Durant, arrived about 3:40. Pick up/return desk had a few people in line but only one associate to help. Another associate arrived to help but referred me to other employee for pick up because wasn't sure what to do. So I got back in line. When I got to first employees, she apologized because our order wasn't ready pulled yet. She assured me that they'd get it quickly. By 4:20 we were told to pull car up to door as it should be ready soon. Sat in car till 5:10 before reentering store. Apparently a new shift of employees were there and knew nothing about our order or us waiting outside. Our order was discovered on 3 separate carts in the merchandise return area! The grill was assembled, not in a box. In addition looked as if is was stored outside and was quite dirty. Because it was assembled, it wouldn't fit in our car. By 5:20 we gave up and left. We told employees that we would just cancel our order. I suspect there were several reasons why it took so long to get our 4 items ready but none of the employees ever offered any explanations.Lowe's, like many stores today, is short handed AND has poorly trained and inexperienced employees. They should have a supervisor/manager to call upon to help in situations like these. Very disappointed with management and not likely to return to Lowes. **Yes I know website says filling order could take 3 hours. However, pick up desk didn't mention that only said they'd get our 4 item order filled asap. We did try to get items ourselves but couldn't find the grill we ordered. Now we realize why; it wasn't in a box in the store, probably out back somewhere. By comparison, when we order through Home Depot, we get frequent text updates on our order and it is usually ready within an order on much more complicated orders. I'm afraid it's just the times we live in today so be prepared and plan ahead!

I am very grateful to Lowe's for honoring the 5 year warranty on my AO Smith tankless hot water heater. My heater overheated and burst at 3 years old. Lowe's replaced it with a new one.

I purchased $200 worth of shiplap on August 4, 2023. Yesterday, November 20,2023 approximately 3 months and 16 days later I came into the Lowes in Durant Oklahoma to return the shiplap because the project I was going to do was no longer being done. The store clerk said she could not return the items because it had been over the 90 mark which I guess is their new policy. I asked the girl to please get me the manager. After a 10 minute wait another clerk comes over to me to try to override the return. His attempt fails, but I notice he is not the manager. I then, again asked for the manager. He leaves to get a manager. A third person comes over to me and in a very rude and abrupt tone tells me there is nothing they can do for me and they wont honor my return. I asked again for the manager, she said she is the manager but that is not what her nametag said. The photo on the wall is a photo of a man named Brandon Clark. The three clerks stood there looking at me as if trying to say we're done with you. The girl said if you have a problem you can call the number on the wall and proceeds to point to the 800 number on the wall. I called the 800 number and the were just as bad as the store associates. There are no signs anywhere else in the store or at the register about not being able to return items after 90 days. This is my final problem with this store. I let the 6 other times they screwed up go by, but not now. I will NEVER shop at Lowes ever again!!

Once again terrible experience with getting items pulled and delivered. Nothing more frustrating having to tell my customers we can’t complete a job because this store can’t get its stuff together. Only bright spot was sandy in customer service. She was amazing helping me. It’s not an employee issue, it. Management issue. Employees don’t make a bad company, managers make a bad company and it starts at the top!

I LIVE IN HUGO,OKLA. I WENT TO LOWES BECAUSE I WAS TIRED OF HOME DEPOT. I WANTED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE. BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER ! I PURCHASED A NEW FRIGIDAIR SIDE BY SIDE REFRIDGERATOR AND A NEW WATERLINE FOR THE WATER/ICE MAKER. I WAS ASSURED A 2 DAY DELIVERY (purchased Sept. 14) AS I WAS LEAVING TO GO TO WORK THE 23RD . WELL IT DIDN'T GET DELIVERED UNTIL THE 23RD AFTER I LEFT FOR ND. STILL OK. THEN THE FRIDGE QUIT WORKING AROUND THE 12TH OF OCT. LOWES TOLD ME TO CALL FRIGIDAIR . STILL LESS THAN 30 DAYS OLD. THEN NO ONE IN MY AREA WANTED TO COME SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS . IN THE MEANTIME FOOD LOSS( I FILLED THE FRIDGE CAUSE IT WAS NEW). MY 17 YEAR OLD GRANDSON AND HIS 74 YEAR OLD GRANDFATHER THAT HAD JUST HAD HEART SURGERY WAS AT HOME. THEY WANT A RECIEPT(I DIDN'T SAVE IT , WHY WOULD I) . SO THEY ATE OUT $$$$$ I GET BACK HOME ON THE 18TH OF OCT. I BORROW AND ICE COOLER ,2.50 OF ICE DAILY, START BUYING FOOD AGAIN . ALSO I HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE EVERY 2 DAYS OR SO TO LOWES AND FRIGIDAIR. NOTHING RESOLVED. FINALLY A 2ND "TECH" SHOWS UP . IT WAS THE INVERTER. IT GOT CHANGED FINALLY NOV. 7TH . BUT GUESS WHO STILL DOESN'T HAVE A WATER/ICE MAKER YET AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN LEAVE THE STUFF FOR ME TO INSTALL IT MYSELF. ALOT MORE HAPPENED I JUST SKIMMED OVER SOME OF MY NIGHTMARE ITS LIKE BUYING A NEW CAR AND NOT HAVING THE KEYS ! STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM LOWES. One of the cleanest most well stocked Lowes I have ever been to. I didn’t find what I really needed which was Cat6 RJ45 insulated connectors but I did find other things that I will get in trouble for with my wife, in fact she is already texting me about what I bought as I write this review hehehehe no biggy! This store is completely ridiculous to work for.... do not work here.... I still haven't been given my last paycheck and it's been almost a month... I have gone through the hr department twice and have tried to get ahold of corporate.... managers also have stuck up personalities when speaking to.... they havent been helpful and practically shove you out the door sending u to someone else.... I will no longer be a employee or a customer anymore. I will say I'm one angry person

Horrible service here. Every employee looks on their phone when you ask them where something is. You should know where your own inventory is. And the store is a mess!Edit: since I can’t reply to the Lowe’s reply I’ll have to edit my post here. It’s all Lowe’s I’ve been to that are like this. No one employee knows a screwdriver from a lightbulb here. Really make a point to hire competent workers that actually enjoy home improvement and craftsmanship. And don’t allow phones on the floor. It’s embarrassing for a company to have their employees look at a phone for find out where a product is. You should say “I was looking for some shark bite plumbing connections” and the employee should say “no problem! Those are located in aisle 12 on the right hand side towards the bottom shelf. Let me show you!” Not “let me look on my phone for 10 minutes and search for something that I don’t know what it looks like or what it is.” And then just say yeah they are down aisle 12. Careless hiring = careless employees.

They do not have enough staff to help you find the product you want. The staff are ignorant as to the merchandise they are selling, needing to look up each item on their cellphones, as if the customer couldn't do that themselves. Then, when you do find the item, there are 3 employees that stand at the registers and refuse to check customers out. Instead, making us check our own out. If Lowes continues doing this, we should get the employee 10 percent discount.
