Nice Loves! Clean store & restrooms, laundry facilities (3 dryers/2 washers). We’ve been having bad luck the last few weeks with the “loves” truck stops so it’s nice to be back in a clean place for the night( husband is a truck driver). Friendly personnel. They have all the snacks & goodies & quick on-the-go foods. They have a ‘Chesters’ & ‘godfather pizza’ connected. They don’t have the normal selection of souvenirs but there’s a few. To the Loves staff I thank you! I do have one complaint-stay on the toilets a bit more, seems like people have upset stomachs today🤢 I still give this loves 5-stars!

This loves is a trendsetter! Although they do need balsamic vinaigrette or some type of vegan safe dressing, but places like casey's, flying j, 7-eleven, shell stations, they need to follow this, every place that has salad needs to have a garden salad without chicken, without him Dash there are vegans and vegetarians all over the world that don't want egg or croutons or cheese or meet in their salad! They don't want animal DNA in their stomach, you're not supposed to eat that stuff, Genesis 1:29- thank you loves!

I waited to post this review after attempting to talk to the store manager. However after asking on 2 different occasions. I've yet to speak with them.So, on Friday 3/22/2024.I stopped to fuel up the truck. This particular Loves happens to be in my route. And I stop every 3 days in my route circle to get fuel. (At least around $900 in diesel, every time).This particular, I punch in my numbers, get the pumps set up and the pump would start and immediately shut off. I ended the transaction and tried to restart. Same thing happened again.I went inside to tell the employee on duty that there was an issue.The dude acted like I was an inconvenience and a bother to let him know there was a problem with the diesel pumps.Much to my surprise, he knew about the problem but really had no explanation other than that he had called the "help desk" and that they didn't know what to do either. Amd to add to it, he said that maybe shutting it off and starting again. Ok, i already did that. But just gave me the answer that he couldn't help me. Well, if you knew there were problems. Block the pumps off with cones so that no one else has to deal with the headache and your negative attitude. Now, this may be judgemental on my part. But when you're at work, and you're walking around wearing a Hoodie sweatshirt over your uniform with the words "shhhh... no one cares". What does that say about the level of customer service the public should expect from you. What does that say about management who let's you wear it and the company you represent. Loves' company slogan is "clean places, friendly faces".But you got this guy working in your store. With an IDGAF attitude and wearing clothing branded to match.Heres the facts.78% of customers have backed out of a purchase due to a poor customer experience.96% of Unhappy Customers Don't Complain, but 91% of Those Will Simply Leave.The decline in customer service is prevelant.But it usually comes down to not taking the time or the effort to instill core service training for all customer-interfacing employees. These businesses do not recognize that the cost to acquire a new customer is always, always higher than simply taking better care of and retaining your current customers.Beyond that, customer service sets the stage for the rest of your company to succeed. Your customer service’s impact is more widely felt than that of any other team. When they fail, everyone does — and your customers know it.Do better, people. It's really not that difficult.

Came here to get propane and ring the bell she said she would be right out, I sat there 25 minutes and still nobody come out, I rang the bell again and I got the same thing. And when I decided to go in and ask she was very rude, blamed it on the manager was in a meeting in the office so she couldn't get the PPE to fill my tanks. 33 minutes later and she comes out and says she can't fill them because their valve is leaking

Very tiny Loves Truck Stop, giving only 2 stars because trucks and cars come in through the same entrances. I started to enter through the car entrance and thought I was coming in wrong and tried next one but realized that’s the exit. Needs better signs for trucks.

Loves truck stops have travelers with dogs in mind. Download their app and check for amenities. Their app also gets you 10 cents off on each gallon of gas. Back to Dog Park, most have small fenced areas to get your dog off leash for a potty break. This one had a picnic table and doggy bags with trash can. Most we have stopped at have these. Please remember to pick up after your dog. Some people do not, but remember, this is a public offering, not your personal backyard. This is a wonderful service offered by Loves.

Make this one a favorite stop drivers! The grounds, store, restrooms and showers were great! Clean!! Friendly staff!! Mgr addresses concerns immediately. Other Loves managers can learn a thing or two from this location. Bravo team Loves #821 Durant, OK!! Can we get a doggie park at this location?

I only fuel at Loves and this is definitely one of the top three locations to come to. The store is always clean, the food is always full, there is always a clean shower available, friendliest staff around, and the manager Jessica always keeps such a positive energy going in that location

It’s a small Loves truck stop with only 3 fuel lines, but they have clean showers, clean restrooms, good food and most important great personal. All employees are welcoming and friendly which I liked the best. I wish that all truck stops are like this one. 5 stars for all employees. Good job! 👍

Very small truck stop, but very clean and well kept.The staff are friendly and if you’re fortunate enough to get a parking spot for your semi, the shower rooms are a nice comfy size, and the bathrooms are clean.For Fast food, there’s a godfathers pizza, and a Chester’s chicken…

This is only the second negative review I have written on here. The store is VERY nice, but it is staffed with terrible people. I stop at quite a few Loves because they are normally nice and clean and the employees are as nice as you would expect at a corporate convenience store. The employees at this store are an exception. They are terrible. Aside from the fact that they are not helpful in the least, they are rude. The customers seem to be an inconvenience to them. Asking them to get off of their stool in order to take your money is apparently inconsiderate. It is not just one employee it is the entire group. You would be better off to push your vehicle to another station in order to eat from their dumpster than to stop here and deal with these terrible people.

I not only work here but all my business comes through here. Such as gas etc. And not just because I am here at work but because and first and foremost the customer service and cleanliness of this facility. The friendly staff and willingness to help us remarkable I don't get the vibe at other places that I do here and I travel from Oklahoma to Texas about once a month

Very friendly and helpful staff. Store and bathrooms seem to stay clean. Oh and did I mention how awesome the staff is here at this loves? Lol. They really are amazing. Definitely recommend if you're close by or passing through.

A more modern and organized travel stop! It is a little confusing to get in and out because the driveways wind like a maze but its not too bad. Not enough gas pumps for cars, most people are inside shopping while still parked at the pump! Clean bathrooms! Over all an improved experience.

Customer service was great I went in to get a snack didn't realize it was almost $15 for 2 chicken strips a small order of fries and a monster and the chicken tasted awful I not be buying more chicken and fries from there.

Every time I stop by chicken at the Cheaters Chicken at the love's store they do not have any made and tell me it will be 15 minutes.Guess I should stop stopping there. 😠

So clean and looking brand new small in amount of parking spots but if you get one for the night it’s worth it I just hope it keeps looking like this the next time I come here. Just loving the new / cleanliness of it all

I went to loves to order a pizza at godfathers.Long story short. Canceling my order, clerk gave me credit on my debit card. 30 days later no credit. I call everyday, run a round after run a round.Sad and disappointed.

This is probably Durants newest gas station and only Loves that caters to RVs and Semi's. Nice staff and always clean.
