So my experience with this family Dollar here is I'm from out of town really needed something so I decided to come here there's a sign on the doors that says closing at 6:00 p.m. will return at 7:00 p.m. and it is after 7:00 p.m. I believe that happens to be bad business in my opinion

So gross there is clothes laying on floor carts or hanging clothes racks everywhere almost every isle is blocked by junk this store hasn't been cleaned or organized its trashed . And brand of clothing used to be decent no just cheap cheap see through t shirts . But mostly just nasty and can't get through. Heard 2 employees cussing each other at registers .need shut down and cleaned and organized

Everything smells like Gain detergent. The staff is overworked having to stock the shelves between checking out customers so the wait at checkout can be long.

I like the merchandise but Patricia the angry manager accused me of stealing. Demanded to search my purse. I opened it and asked her if she wanted to frisk me too. I have heard her badmouth customers after they leave store. She talks trash about coworkers in customers' hearing. Patricia creates a hostile environment. Much nicer when she's not there.

The lady that works at this store is horrible. She's always arguing with someone and she's been rude to us on more than one occasion. They really need to find some better workers in this place before folks stop going. After a while, being treated ugly is hard on everyone it's just that some folks make it a little longer than others.

It's obvious the lady working here has little to no ethical understanding of how you should and shouldn't treat others. Not to mention how out of sorts the entire store stays. I don't think I'll ever go back into this store ever again to be honest.

Pull up at 8:54pm. VERY RUDE lady smoking her cigarette at the front door says they are closed. Asked if I could grab one thing and it would take less than a couple of minutes. I get a reply of "I've been here all day and I want to go home, go to Dollar General." Change your store hours if you want to close earlier or find better employees.

So my sister and I bought a grill here and the holes for the screws where to big and the screws went straight through! The grill was defective and my sister went to return or rather exchange it not even half an hour after she walked out the store with it and not only would they not return or exchange it the manager was beyond rude and unprofessional. She basically told my sister it wasn't her problem. And then she would not give my sister the corporate phone number and none of the employees had name tags on so we don't know the name of the exceptionally rude manager.

The store is very clean, organized, and stocked. They have really cute clothes and shoes, food, drinks, toys, medicine, toiletries, and lots of stuff in between. It's a great store and I wish we had more than one in our town.

Things can be difficult to locate, but not too terrible. They have 2 checkout lines. However only one has been open either time I've been in there even though there were a lot of people and the shelves are so close to the register that there's hardly any room to form a line and everyone ends up jumbled up and in each others way. The redeeming point for this store is that they actually did have everything I needed and I didn't have to go to Wal-Mart.

Store is clean and tidy found what I needed but I was 2nd in line the cashier was having a conversation with another person not even acknowledging that the customer except to hand her the receipt I came in placed my items she ignored me until telling me to have a nice day. You should never ignore customer's to talk to friends it's rude .

I would do 0 but can't. Today between 1:20 and 1:40pm I went to to ur store to buy a few things and one of your employees there said to my face Im not accusing you but we have headphones missing but they only go missing when you come in. We will be looking at our tapes and turning them over to the police. For one that sounds like she was accusing me and 2 I'll be looking forward for an apology. Go ahead look at you tapes but I know for damn sure I'm not on them stealing anything. I will be sueing your store and the lady that works there.

Why offer cash back when u have a giant sign saying no cash back every single time I go there what is the deal ...? Please stop offering cash back if ur stores can't give us cash back. Please note almost 95% of the family dollars have this hand written sign up.

They did not honor their advertisement flyer or their online sale. The clerk and staff was very nice and helpful. For this I gave this store a 3. Maybe next it will be better.

Service is always extremely slow, manager takes sweet time to check people out even if they’re if a long line. Disrespectful rude. Will never come back

They are only open 9am to 1pm. I know it's not because of the lack of business. I'll be doing my business at Dollar General for now on, because they stay open more than 4 hours a day.

They have alot of stuff! Way more of a variety than expected (of everything) and the ladies that work there are all very nice (unless you have a backpack or are suspected of buggy borrowing).

I always have fun in family dollar, the older heavy set lady is a hoot we joke and carry on they normally have what I am looking for and some things I didn't even think about the prices are Fair enough go check it out for your self 😉

Store was very dirty and boxes everywhere hard to even get down the aisle. The checker complained the entire time I was in the store about working. Definitely won't be going back in that store.

If I could give this store and manager Patricia less than negative stars, I would. She is very rude and unprofessional. This store is always trashed out, unorganized, low on product, if I must stop in for product. Will never shop at a family dollar again..

Clean. Nice staff. And the store brand sour cream and onion chips weren't too bad for a snack around the store!
