They upped the rent now it's 70I paid that and a late fee after I left a message that we were in the hospital and it will be a couple of days. Man they charged late fee Ipaid it it was $80 ! I'm disabled I get paid on once a monthI decided I could not pay the amount anymore after giving them $80. Now harrament saying morelate fees and the fee to breakthe lock. I can't afford their moneyanymore that's all! Thank goodnessI got my important stuff out of myStorage. From day 1 they harassedme if I was late I was never lateWe were in the hospital left thema message and it will be a few days$80 $10 late fee! Now theresending me harrament letters tomy home I been paying them onTime for almost a year I decidedI could not afford the rates anymoreI get paid once a month I'm disabled I'm glad I got mostOf my stuff out let them take meto court no one can touch mycheck and I'm willing to tellthe judall of this! They are veryrude! money hungry that'sfor Shure I paid the late feetotaling $80 even if I left thema message! If you're rich thanyour fine. I'm poor as hell I triedI really tried I couldn't afford late fees harassment and hate!Good luck everyone they sendthreatening emails to customersof property fees and when theywill take possession of the stuffIn storage. These storage units are by far the best in town! They are brand new, family owned which gives it a personal touch, and best of all, climate controlled! You no longer have to worry about the heat melting your items in storage! Need a uhaul? They have those for rent even! This makes your move SO much easier! If you are looking for convenient, friendly and reasonable priced storage units then you have found them with Magnolia Storage!!

Wonderful and friendly owners with fast efficient service. Answered all of my questions and the facility was easy to get in and out of even with a large truck. So nice to get the truck, moving supplies and the storage space all at one place. Bear is awesome too. :)

Magnolia Storage is "top of the line"! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and the units are spotless and secure. The property is well lit at night and there are security cameras to insure your items are safe. Great storage but the owners really really need to put reflectors in both driveways for people who go there at dark. Cannot see the entrances at night time.
