Can only give one star just got done talking to cops at this location was sitting in the parking lot after i had finished my shopping waiting on my kids mom to get there so that way I could give her my kids clothes that got left at my house. If this is they way the establishments in the durant oklahoma treat out of towners who are just trying to provide for there kids an complying with court orders. I will be returning what I bought an having a word with the manager of this store so unprofessional an so uncalled for.

Very rude staff went in today got 1 item and the lady at the counter said “you’re really making me work?” (she wasn’t joking) on another occasion the 2 people working the registers were talking very negative about another employee TO THE CUSTOMERS very unprofessional. Would much rather use the gas to drive to the one down the road much better service and doesn’t have an awful smell going down the food isle.

Management is rude and disrespectful to customers. They literally told us to "get out" because we came in 10 minutes before closing to grab a pregnancy craving. The whole place constantly smells of weed. The workers are not friendly and are out on personal calls half the time. I literally smell weed on the majority of the workers.1 star because I can't give 0.

You can't depend on Dollar General. They have no set hours. They say they'll ne open until 10PM, but they close at whatever time they want to go home. They lost a customer today. As much as I hate it, I'll do all my shopping at Walmart, because I know they'll be open according to their posted hours of operation

Staff there is very very friendly. Every time me and my wife goes in we feel very welcomed there. They always have a smile on their faces every time. Even when the day is really busy and fast. It's OK, but out get what you pay for- I bought a $5.00 bag of charcoal and when I went to light it, it sizzled a little. After sizzling briefly, it exploded in my face and I lost 💯% of my eye sight. I really regret ever shopping there, because with a comfortable $65,000 lying in my accounts at several bank accounts, I clicked out by trying to pay a lesser amount at the dollar store. Now I'm blind and learning brail!

I can only comment on the one on First and Main. Jerry makes sure his staff is well trained and while doing work in the office, if he sees that the lines are getting more than four deep he will open a closed register and help out. I'm very pleased at the service

Every employee in the store is great, they always have smiles on their faces, they have a willing to help their customers find what they are looking for. Ashley, Noah and Brian really know the store and if your looking for something they will walk to to that item. Way to go for team work.

The Manager is always nice as well as the other people working. My wife loves the coupons & points & all of the seasonal decor. Just a nice friendly place to shop.

All employees are great. They smile they interact with u sd u check out. None of the other two Dollar General stores do this in Durant. Even when they are busy then all get out u still feel like your treated as family. The store on First Steet is the BEST IN DURANT

Great place to run in for a quick trip for things you need rather than going to one of those huge Super Centers. It has a bit of everything food, hardware, makeup, curtains, rugs and pet supplies. There is so much more

Dollar General in Durant Ok on 48/78 is beautiful! Friendly service every time. I've never really liked this chain due to dingy, cluttered stores but this one is CLEAN EVERY TIME!! I'm a shopper for life at this store. Great job DG

They just priced themselves out of a customer. They go up every week on everything. Gas prices are dropping as their prices keep going up. I'll just be going to Walmart

The store is dirty. They are usually out of everything I went for. Except laundry soap they usually have gain or tide. But stain stick is a thing of the past I guess cuz they DO NOT have any

I don't like Walmart & Dollar General is a great alternative. The selection isn't that great but I can get in & out easier.
