Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I had to retire early and move back to Oklahoma to help take care of my elderly mother. This is where she had been getting her prescriptions. I have had nothing but problems with them for several months. Only one person working most of the time and there seems to always be a problem with prescriptions sent in by the doctor. Today, the doctor sent in two prescriptions at 1000 in the morning. My mother called at 2:30 pm and they had one prescription (that was not filled yet) and said that they did not have the other. Told my mother that the first prescription would be ready in about 2 hours. Called doctor office and they said they would immediately call in the other prescription again. When I arrived at about 5:45 pm I was told it would still be an hour for the first prescription and they did not have the other prescription listed at all. I questioned why they had one but not the other and the pharmacist (Tony) got rude with me and was a complete smarta$$. Customer service is horrible!! I would give zero stars if I could.

It seems as though the pharmacist walked out. She was a very good pharmacist and prescriptions were always ready. Now there's a man up there who has zero time management. The prescriptions are stacking up as are the customers. I went in at 9:00 when it opened in hopes of being the first one there. There was a paper sign up that said pharmacy will not open until 10:00. The pharmacist was in ear and I shot but would not make eye contact with the people who were starting to come in. Everyone that read the sign was disgusted! If you're going to do that it would be helpful to either change the time on the website or come in an hour early so you don't have to sit in front of a bunch of mad customers. He is overwhelmed he does need help but something's got to give because people need their medication!

They will consistently leave you on hold for 30 minutes even if you have a simple question for your medication. Maybe y'all need more staff in your pharmacy because there's no reason a million dollar company has any excuse for not being able to help this issue.

I have had a very bad experience at this pharmacy for over a year. It does not get better. Phones go unanswered, prescriptions ordered online get canceled, Dr prescriptions “don’t go thru”, long lines, if they happen to be open, there is only one staff member (pharmacist) trying to do EVERYTHING. Online orders don’t get filled or confirmation of when they are ready never get sent. I have lots of patience but this is ridiculous.

The ABSOLUTE WORST PHARMACY. I’m sure I’m not the only one to agree. They have major turnover with the staff especially the Pharmacist and then you’ll get a NEW pharmacist or pharmacy manager from OKC or Dallas that will tell you to “sorry, we’ll get it handled as soon as we can.”Our prescription was called in the 13th of November and just went by the 14th to check. It wasn’t ready and they said they would contact us. The next day a text came through and said it was ready. Since we live outside of city limits we waited until the following day but one was not available and will have to be ordered and they will contact us when it is. A week goes by and no word so I called and was told I would have to wait until someone can find out something. Again, just said let me know. Now, I can’t any response or anyone to answer the phone and tomorrow is a Holiday. Looks like we will be looking for a new pharmacy

I WAS ON HOLD FOR 52 MINUTES. AT 30 MINUTES, i DECIDED IT WOULD BE QUICKER TO DRIVE ACCROSS TOWN THAN WAITE ON THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE.LEFT MY PHONE ON, SO I COULD SHOW THEM. HAD THEIR PHONE MUSIC PLAYING ON MY PHONE VOLUME UP SO I COULD SHOW THEM WHEN i GOT THERE. PHARMACIST AND SUPERVISOR ACTED LIKE "NO BIG DEAL" . i ENCOURAGE EVERYONE THAT HAS A PRESCRIPTION THERE TO MOVE IT WHERE YOU CAN GET DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WON'T EVEN GET THIS STORRE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.PROVES THAT IF ALL YOU PAY IS PEANUTS, ALL YOU WILL HAVE WORKING FOR YOU IS TRAINED MONKEYS

After a year of dealing with this nonsense, we finally changed our prescriptions to another pharmacy in town. This means that I'll NEVER have a reason to walk into this CVS again. It doesn't have an effect on just the pharmacy, it impacts the sales for the entire store. NOTHING redeeming about this pharmacy location.

I’ve been trying to get medicine for 3 DAYS. This is ridiculous. The line gets 6-7 cars long and then they just close the pharmacy with people in line. It is insane how poorly ran and unprofessional this pharmacy is. I will never be going back!

They refuse to answer the phone (and hang up on you after leaving you on hold), are rude when dealing with them in person and your scripts are impossible to pick up in a timely manner. There are so many issues here I don't understand why or how it's still running.

Very disappointed in the people an way this store is run. One person most of time in pharmacy. Poor management. Poor customer service. Poor service 😢 up to 2.45 hrs on hold to talk to no one. Can't get my drugs thru them anywhere near time for refills.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! There was only one lady working there and she did not know what she was doing. Tried to call a bunch of times before driving up there but she was not answering the phone. After requesting to have her transfer my prescription to a different CVS, she said "I'll do it eventually" and never did. She was very rude and not understanding that I've been waiting to this prescription since the day before. If you are needing your prescription quickly, do not come here

The people are nice. However, Customer Service skills (specifically back in the pharmacy) are lacking. I called to check on the arrival of my husbands medicines. 45 minutes I was on hold. I get to the pharmacy (still on the phone) to find them severely understaffed, and the pharmacist being very rude, including lying to customers. They did whatever they could to just get the rightfully upset customer in front of me to calm down and leave. I am generally very patient and understanding, but they need to figure out how to either multitask or get more staff that is customer friendly. Overall still love the store and discounts. Not a big fan of the pharmacy.

The Indian lady in the pharmacy is beyond rude and isn't helpful or nice to patients. Always tells you to give her an hour to fill your prescription while rolling her eyes and speaking under her breath. I decided to use Walgreens down the street and the service was night and day. Lady filled my prescription in 10 minutes didn't tell me to give her an hour. The lady at CVS is LAZY, rude and not helpful and should be replaced with someone who actually likes their job

After using this pharmacy 5 years I have had enough. 3 times out of 2 dozen did I leave not upset. That's almost 2 dozen interactions with your location that left me upset. Understaffed, closed, rude, on lunch or many other excuses. Get your house in order. I'd be embarrassed to have a 2 star rating. Ridiculous.

I was instructed to go online and set up Covid booster shot. I made appointment for the upcoming Sunday. We get to CVS and went to pharmacy and it was closed. Went back to front and a nice young man said they have no control over on-line scheduling. CVS this needs to be correct. Shameful. A 22-mile trip for nothing. We then went to Walgreens and were given the booster. We will probably switch to Walgreens.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. Had prescription called in on Wednesday went to pick it up and was told to come back in an hour. In an hour the pharmacy closed for the day at 5pm. Went back the next day and they couldn’t find a prescription for me. Went this morning and was told the they would expedite the prescription and to come back in 45 minutes. This is the second time that a prescription has been delayed by days. I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different place

Pick a different pharmacy. My boyfriend and I went to pick up his medication that was sent in by the clinic we visited earlier in the day. I sent him in to retrieve the prescription, assuming it would maybe take 30 minutes at the most. However, not only was he made to wait over an hour due to an insurance mixup, the pharmaceutical techs deliberately ignored him trying to get their attention so we could just pay out of pocket as I was already late for work. They were rude, inattentive, and inconsiderate. This location really needs new technicians in their pharmacy.

I needed specific size passport photo's. When we couldn't figure it out ourselves an employee asked if we needed help. Because it was a complicated the manager was called who figured it out. The whole team was very helpful, and the managers knowledge definitely solved the problem and got me to develop my disposable camera 👍🏻

This has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with . they never answer the phone first off. Poor customer service. Been trying to get a refill for days now constantly saying out of stock..yesterday the lady outright lied to me saying she had tablets in stock and said she would fill it first thing this morning call back at noon so I did for her to inform me she was out of stock..said maybe tomorrow try back then..

I’d rather pay than deal with the staff here. Have tried to get a hold of someone to tell them I need a refill for 3 days. I’ve been on hold for hours and never get an answer. This has happened time and time again. One time, I waited an hour in the store for my prescription and when the man behind me complained about the wait. The pharmacist blamed me for the wait.

The only good thing about this place is it is clean. The pharmacy is worthless. You can have your prescriptions called in and they are never ready, whether it is 10 hours earlier or two days ago. It is the same old excuse “working on it, can you come back” no I can’t come back I live out of town, that’s the reason it was called in hours before I came. The company I work for has a contract with cvs, so that their employees can get a discount. This store has always been like this for as long as I have been going there. The one time it was decent was when half the crew was out with Covid and they had other workers in there. Sure I could go 30 minutes away and try another cvs or the hospital pharmacy, but gas prices make it not worth it. I don’t know what they can do, but improvements need to be made. ASAP

My physician sent in an antibiotic order around 3:00 pm. I went to pick it up about 6 pm and was informed it was out of stock and had to be ordered . I didn’t even get a phone call to tell me this so I could go to another pharmacy. Another night of ear ache and sinus headache. Just BAD BUSINESS

The absolute worst service ever!!! Never get prescriptions done in a timely manner and only 50% of the time are they done correctly. The ONLY reason this place is still in business is because most insurance companies are not giving a choice. By far the worst CVS I have ever been to and that’s saying alot

I see this store has a low rating and Idk about the other employees, but Smiti Shah spent a good 20 minutes calling and looking up discounts and discounted my prescription over 50%. I pulled up at 7:45 thinking they closed at 9 and they closed at 8, but she didn't bat an eye. Then she had it ready in under five minutes. They should give her a raise. If you fill your prescription while she's there, you will get great service from a very sweet woman.
