I guess it was generally ok. To me everything seemed overpriced for garage sale junk. For instance 100 led Christmas lights two days before Christmas were over 12 dollars even with the clearance price they were less than three dollars down the road at lowes.The furniture looks nice and well priced though.

Avoid if possible. They take 4 to 5 hours to unload a truck when it only takes 45 min ti load at the shiper. These kind of places do not care about you or your time.

Awesome deals, helpful staff members, large variety of products. Clean floors nice store not too cluttered very organized store appears modern and updated. Men's restroom walls are grungy.

This Big Lot location is well stocked with products. This could be due to the proximity to the distribution center for that services this Big Lots. The employees provided adequate customer service.

While the deals are great (if you're smart), the customer experience leaves something to be desired. If the cashier is polite (most are), they will also end up complaining to you about how bad the job is.Im not a therapist for your employees. Do something to make their job more tolerable or I will have to start recommending them to one.

This store is huge...been in the store 2 times...had to go in an pick up a few things...couldn't find something... I was able to find a person that works there less than 5 minutes...The store was clean...everything was in its place... keep up the good work

The main part of store was clean, but the bathrooms were very dirty. Looks like they are never cleaned except for the toilets and sink. Literally had spiders in the corner with a full web. Sparsely stocked on some items. Lots of good deals depending on what you're looking for. The cashier was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

We were able to get some great lawn chairs for a good price. The store next door was selling the same chairs we bought for $25 more a chair

Biglots has been a place we sometimes go for snack run. We've have always been pleased with the furniture and prices there. It's a excellent place for housewares. Kevin has been there a long time and is always friendly, helpful, and tells us to have a blessed day.

Great selection, much better than my local store. Very clean and employees were outstanding!! Wound up with alot of things I didn't go in there for just because of the great sales and ease of shopping.

Got all I wanted and was greeted by employees around the CDC store. As always, staff was helpful and friendly. Chevhout was quick and again by staff very friendly. Love this store and the folks working there.

Loved working there when robin was manager. But when the only manager who knew how to do everything leaves and your stuck with managers that don't have time to help you or just refuses to help. That's when u know it's time to go

Wow! This is definitely the NICEST & BIGGEST one I've been to! All the aisles had the description placards on top, so you know what you are looking for! Very clean! And tidy! It was a pleasure shopping here.

Had problems finding things..they have out Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas items already along with regular items. It's not a jumbled up mess, rather neat however everything has be changed around to different locations.
