This store makes the website useless for pickup. The manager is responsible for updates, but only does that on Tuesday. The majority of people shop Thursday and Friday so they can do projects over the weekend. That right there forces people to go to the city or Lawton taking revenue from Duncan.

I went to have a couple 5 gallon propane tanks filled. The woman who filled them over- filled them! When I told her she wasn't supposed to fill a tank over 80% (4 gallons!) She argued with me; insisting on 4.6, then she filled one tank to 5.1!!! She cared more about increasing sales than MY safety! I will NOT be back!These are Federal Standards, not my own! I've worked in retail AND filled propane tanks!!! This is inexcusable.

Wanted over $50 for freaking dog food! Ridiculous! Unfortunately don't carry the brand anymore that I usually buy so back to Walmart for dog food for me.

This once was a good store. It seams now under the new management that it’s a corporate store and not a community store. In my opinion Duncan needs to keep their stores in a community mindset. On smaller rant half of the chickens we buy there end up being rosters. All sales, price matching, and other competitive ways of getting business all have a fine print that you don’t know about until you are at the register. It does seem like there are some still some nice people working there, but the new management has changed the store for the worse. Orschelens will be keeping mine and my family’s business.

It has the basics that you’d expect at a farm supply store. It’s usually hot inside and the lines can get long but otherwise it’s fine. Seeing the baby chicks is always fun.

Today is the first time I've refilled my propane tank instead of swapping it, it cost $17 to fill it up vs. $30 to swap, obviously I'm gonna refill it from here from now on, you just pull up and let em know you need a refill, they do it all, pay at the outside station, then just leave, easy and took 5 minutes

I would like to file a complaint over your new general manager of the duncan oklahoma location. ROB-My family went in and asked for permission to fundraiser for our local gymnastics group 2 weeks ago and recieved an welcoming yes from your employer mikayla.This morning when we arrived I walked in and asked again before we set up our table and signs and chairs, once again got a yes no problem.Once we were set up, ROB THE NEW GENERAL MANAGER HE CLEARLY STATED QUITE AGRESSIVELY, says we cannot set up where we were located near the front of the store where we have set up before, and says we need to move to the end of the building where there is zero foot traffic, zero shade and hidden behind the the mowers and side by sides. HOW awful would it have been to have our table where it originally was? None at all, we weren't in anyone's way and we were off to the side where there was shade. It is currently over 100' daily here in Oklahoma. I understand it's not the best time to fundraise, but seriously how inconvenient is it to let kids use the tiniest bit of shade from the building?If ROB wants to continue to treat people like they are animals, maybe he should consider a job in a different field instead of customer service. Or at least supply him with training on how to speak to people and the community that supply's his business.Tractor supply please reach out to me and our community. Please understand that community means more to us than anything and to have an unpleasant person that isn't supporting kids and helping them be successful and letting them sit in a spot that would keep them successful is a shame on this person- ROB The General Manager.

Tractor supply is hands-down one of the best stores that I shop at. Amazing customer service. The manager at the Duncan tractor supply, I believe his name is Colby (sp) he took care of us even up to closing time. Went above and beyond to facilitate our needs. They had exactly what I wanted but I couldn't reach it. A very helpful young man got the stack of tubs down but they were all stuck together. He struggled with it for quite some time and finally got them separated. I was grateful, I couldn't have gotten them apart even if I had reached them. They carry a good selection of things that are practical on any property, not just farms and ranches. This tub is for bathing my dogs!

Bought my Club Cadet LT46 riding mower for a great price! I had a mower ordered through another retailer, but they didn't have the keys. I waited 2 weeks, then cancelled my order. I bought this fantastic mower right off the floor.

We come here so often for farm and garden stuff. They have good sales and good customer service. If you call to place an order, sometimes they won't charge shipping even when it is a special order. Chick days are so fun too. Good seeds, orchard trees and toys for kids to play with while we shop.

I frequent Tractor supply weekly, and the are very helpful if something is not in stock or is only online, very efficient on keeping us customers happy and taken care of... Didn't get help when I broke down and asked for help. And when I checked out the cashier said he chose something other than what I picked out you would prefer it which is a good choice but then again it was the wrong type altogether so had to go back and exchange. Not over all about experience people were nice once I cash out and everything they tried got to give it to him thank you

I use this store a lot for my farm supplies. Overall a good store. Often short staffed but their workers do the best they can and are always friendly & courteous. My only real complaint is the mobile pet clinic. They are there to sell as many shots as possible and are very rough with animals. The assistants seem to have little training. Of course the clinic people are not employees of TSC so I will continue to shop there. However I recommend you find a local vet instead of this traveling show.

Drove an hour and a half to buy this sweet ratcheting wrench set which included the stubby set. Two of the stubby wrenches had been stolen. The sales rep seemed to have an undesirable attitude and instead of helping me locate another set, I was basically told that I'm out of luck and to come back in two days... I live an hour and a half away, which I told him. I'm sure he would have been more helpful if the time was taken to listen to the words coming out of my mouth.

Generally have what you need when you need it. In the present world I shop online and pick it up. TSC is one of the easiest places to do this. That being said you sometimes pay a premium as they don't pay attention to local competition but run on a regional average. Feed wise they are generally high. For parts batteries etc they are ok. But you have to take into account that you can order it, wait for confirmation and pick it up and be certain your item is there waiting on you The gas I save running around is usually enough to justify the extra cost.

Easy to locate what your looking for. Always helpful and offer to carry heavy items. My only issue is the fowl they sale. Far too many in a tank and you arent allowed to touch them to Pick your chicks. We are very particular about getting healthy chicks and to have someone else pick them isn't my way.

Service is good. The lay out of the store is confusing and the same item can be found in multiple locations in the store. The staff will go out of there way to help which is refreshing in this age of terrible customer service. I really can't say anything negative about this place.

The worst customer service!!!! If you ask to help a customer, make sure you complete what you start and don't leave a customer waiting 45 minutes thinking you are getting it out of the back for them only to leave for your break or lunch. All you had to do was say I'm sorry sir we don't have that in stock! But nope, you left us there for 45 minutes thinking you were actually getting it ready for us to purchase! You lost our business over your laziness and poor work ethics and customer service!

Went to Tractor Supply in Duncan I called they and asked if they had a 25 ft drip watering hose they told me YES! For $ 9.99 I drove 50 miles round trip they dont even carry a 25 ft drip watering system hose for a garden. They need to get help In That store who knows what there doing. Plus I waited 15 minutes in that department for someone to come help me the minute I walked in the door I told the older lady at the register what I came for ame she said she would call someone to help me. In the meantime I looked on the shelf and didn't even see a label for that item. Dont go to the Duncan store period!.

My legally blind mother in law went in to buy a pair of gloves. Asked the worker for some assistance. And was told they were to busy to help her...2 we're standing around, ...hope you had fun picking up the gloves.

The prices here are higher than their competitors but you get 10lbs more per bag. They keep the shelves stocked well which makes things so much easier when you have a farm emergency.
