I purchase aquarium supplies and Betta fish. Great place. With a good selection of products. Could carry more aquatic plants and fish varieties. Would love to see them carry frozen brine shrimp for Bettas.

Although this is a relatively new store, it carries a large selection of pet foods that are unavailable in many grocery stores. Their prices are not unreasonable. The staff is very polite, and quite helpful. I'll be back.

2 stars literally only due to the friendly staff. I have purchased fish from this store for my son over the last 30 days. EVERY SINGLE FISH DIES! We had 1 betta die within 24 hours, he was replaced only for the new one to last 3 days. I didn't bother returning. Now all the fish in his big tank are dead too! (He had a 1 gallon for the betta and a 10 gallon for his tigerfish(2), sucker fish (2), and snails (3). Everything lasted just over the 1 week guarantee in the big tank. Water tests were spot on, fed daily, water temp was good. I've raised fish my entire life and never had this issue! Well over $60 worth of fish dead! Not to mention the original betta that did last roughly 3 weeks was sold to us as a MALE, I did question this one due to "him" appearing female but my 10 year old was stuck on that little white fish so I paid the $20+ for what I knew 100% was a female fish that had been mislabeled. Awesome job PetSense, now my 10 year old is crying over fish we cannot afford to replace! Will NEVER shop here again!

Would rate zero if possible. No security cameras. Management treats employees horribly and it can't be proven because they don't run their cameras. They belittle their employees to the point they are in tears and the customer service is horrible. Do not give this business your business unless you want to support hateful belligerent management. Note to anyone wanting to work here - don't, you will be judged based on your appearence and they will talk nasty as soon as you walk away. If you do manage to get hired here good luck if you're a groomer they will screen every call and give the appointments to their favorite employees

I took my Chow Chow in to get a groom and when I went and got him, she had only trimmed him. There were 2 mats of hair behind each ear which I told her about and she did not cut them out. I also told her to cut the hair on his legs where he poops and she didn't but did it when I picked him up and used her shaver and shaved his hair in the back and it looked chopped. She didn't cut the hair behind his 4 legs close enough or the hair sticking out behind his ears. His feet weren't trimmed or nails cut. I had offered to sedate him prior to the groom with medication my vet gave me but she said she didn't think she would need it. She didn't offer to regroom him while sedated or refund my money. She told me she was taught how to groom Chow Chows in school but it was apparent she was not. She is very inexperienced in what she does, and I would not refer her to anyone who wants a good groom for their furbaby. This is definitely not the place. She doesn't even deserve a 1.

I love the selection of higher end pet foods and products they have here! In Duncan, since I breed Ragdoll cats, it’s nice I can run in here and grab certain food brands since Walmart doesn’t carry the ones I use. Great selection of products for such a small store. Glad they’re here!

Wouldn’t leave one star if I had an option.. This location have bad customer service. This location let me select a groomer that wasn’t even at work; then when I got there to drop my dogs off, the groomer that was in set in the bathroom for over 15 mins even after being told by her coworker that she had someone there to drop dogs off, finally she came Out and said she already did her last appointment and don’t have water, and she told me she couldn’t touch my dogs because I booked them under someone else’s name. If the water was the issue, why tell me you couldn’t touch someone else’s booking. Once I talked to the manager, she told me that I didn’t need to bring my dogs untilThe groomer accepts, which if the groomer didn’t accept then why wouldn’t the groomer in be able to accept my dogs if the one out hadn’t even accepted it. None of it made sense. Also if you didn’t have hot water, then why sit in the bathroom for 15 mins and not relay that to your coworker, even she was confused on not having water. The water wasn’t out because she even said had previous appointments this morning. I’ve sent my dogs here since October and never had to check my email for someone to accept my appointment before taking my dogs.. I will be going to corporate, this is why Duncan can’t have or keep a business around because of workers like this.
