Let’s just start with I normally go to CVS however it has been closed down . Now most of our locals in this area have to go to Walgreens . This is my second visit and just like my first visit it was Horrible! There are maybe 6 to 7 techs working in the pharmacy. They Have never said “be right with you .” No acknowledgement at all. One tech proceeds to walk by me and goes to the drive thru still Nothing. Maybe I had my invisible cloak activated. They are So rude and very impatient. The African tech is the rudest especially over the phone. I’ve never been to a pharmacy where they have no customer nothing . They don’t even smile when they finally get to you. How do you leave your local pharmacy feeling emotional. My suggestion is that they do a customer etiquette coarse just to get back to the basics… “ Hello someone will be with you shortly.” 5 thumbs Down and a forget convenience I’m going back to CVS!!!!

The absolute worst. Forced to use them by my insurance. Would use literally anyone else otherwise. Sit on prescriptions for days for no reason until you call them. Have no sense of customer service, friendliness, urgency or even recognition of a customer's humanity. God help you if you desperately need something you have to get here. Have less and less staff to help and open fewer and fewer hours with every passing month. Heads need to roll.

How can a business have a shortstaffing problem for months, AND be responsible for dolling out prescription medication at the same time? How can something as simple as a drive through being closed be so difficult to express? I am sick of getting a mental middle finger everytime I need an inhaler refilled. I am not the cause of the short staffing, but I will be going elsewhere now

This place truly does not deserve the one star. This place has the RUDEST people working there. They can never staff properly, and the pharmacy takes forever to get meds/pick up meds. I've had numerous issues with this place, and I can not believe the way they act there. They refused us service today while they had a line of people at the pharmacy DT, never communicated that they would be closing early (which happens a lot here) and the tech rudely tells me after waiting for 15 minutes that they're closed?? How do yall stay in business with this happening constantly.

It is difficult to get service at the pharmacy. Three times now (on different occasions) I've tried to call to verify that my prescriptions were ready (since I never receive texts stating they are) and someone in the pharmacy picks up the phone and hangs it up! Most recently tonight after I held for over 12 minutes! Seriously lacking in customer service and care! Definitely switching pharmacies. Third strike of your pharmacy people picking up and hanging up. You're out!

They gave me my 2 year old antibiotics without mixing it. I got home and couldn’t give it to him.The tech that gave it to me did not apologize but the pharmacist did many times. I guess the tech didn’t care enough to read the big mix sticker it had on it when she got it ready for me. This place is getting worse and worse. They will take 7 to 8 hours to fill your prescription also.They also cannot get a pickup order done in the same day with 7 items.

Gave me the wrong dose for my son last week, so he is still sick and this week they gave me the wrong prescription entirely. The pharmacy manager gave me every excuse about why it was practical for the tech to have given me the wrong prescription, and then tells me they don't actually have what I need in stock. I don't understand why they didn't take it seriously that I was given wrong dose and wrong prescription.

By far these are worst pharmacy experiences I've ever had anywhere. 2 of my prescriptions were not filled, with no known time frame of when they will be ready.The ladies behind the counter are only interested in making themselves laugh, while making paying customers wait in ever increasing line due to their snails pace "customer service", and to add salt to the wound they act like you are inconvenience to them!!!I'm calling my doctor tomorrow to have my prescriptions sent to Sam's Club instead.

The staff at this location is incapable of getting things right EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Our doctors offices are CONSTANTLY having to do multiple repeat calls to this Walgreens in particular to even attempt to get our meds right, and it is still a major mess!! The staff is lacking knowledge of basic pharmacy stuff. They are incompetent and rude!! We will be changing to CVS promptly.

The staff are usually really nice, patient and kind - but frequently overworked.The issue is more with Walgreens Corporate's policies and strategy.I would not recommend this as a pharmacy. The only reason it's not a one-star review is due to the staff. You might want to think about that, Walgreens.Lassiter is a great local business to support, and Walmart Pharmacy is good (for now) if you'd rather stick with a national chain.Yes. Walgreens Del City is SO bad that I'm recommending Walmart above them.

Zay took my mom’s and my passport photos and she was the sweetest person ever! She made sure everything was done perfectly and she made me feel so comfortable. This has been my best experience at any Walgreens. Thank you so much Zay.

This location along with the rest suck absolutely suck they don't text you when you ask them to to let you know ur prescription is ready the customer service is horrible they ate slower then ever will never be back to this one or the other ones for that matter!!! Do better walgreens!!!!!

My husband has a medication he's been taking for years and will take for the rest of his life and they question it every month, he has four refills left on the prescription but they want him to call the doctor and have him send something special every single month, He has to go in for his prescription and he said this old lady was demanding her medicine what is wrong with these people that work there? If they don't want to work in Pharmacy why don't they get a new job? We've called the doctor's office and all of our prescriptions which equals about 12 a month are being called in at Leicester drugs. Not going to deal with Walgreens EVER again.

I ordered photos I need for a party and went the next day to pick up only to discover they couldn’t be printed because they’re out of paper…I didn’t get a phone call, email, or any type of notification there was an issue. They can’t transfer my order to another Walgreens nor would that help because they’re all out of paper in this area. Why would the website/app allow orders to be accepted for stores that can’t fulfill them?

Pray you never, ever need to speak to anyone in the Walgreens Del City pharmacy from your home!!! I've had to use them for my mother's prescriptions for about 2 years now, and they just DO NOT answer the telephone. It doesn't matter how long you hold. I try using the automated system to call in her refills, but inevitably, it says, "Let me get you to someone who can help," but no one ever answers. I, therefore, have to make an extra trip to the pharmacy to drop off a list of the refills she needs, then, go on another trip to pick them up, just praying they're all ready. I use Lassiter Drug, but they don't take mother's insurance. Walgreens Del City is pathetic! The prescription racket is bad enough without these guys making it even more difficult to get mother's meds.

Pharmacy closed at 3pm due to staff shortage and didn't bother to tell me when I dropped off prescriptions at 1pm. They could at least transfer them to another store. We really need these medications. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The shelves are empty ....the management is never there. The store part is a disaster. I asked if they were closing their doors....I got rolled eyes and no word response. Literally the shelves empty and floor filthy.

HORRIBLE wait time!!! It doesn't matter if you go inside the store or through drive-thru. There were plenty of people behind the counter, but nothing was ready for ANY of the customers. It just doesn't make sense that EVERY TIME I or my husband goes to this pharmacy that anyone should have to wait that long!

In the 3 mo. I would give them a -10 and 0 stars if i could. This is a Beware to all. This is the worst pharmacy!!! they fill the wrong doses on several occasions, when you call to see if a prescription is ready the say yes ,then when you get there and if your lucky the are two working just to be told it not ready come back in 2 hr. (And yes i would get a text) then go back in two hours to be told it's still not ready it will be 1hr more .This is all done with the RUDEST And the absolute hateful hateful. Attitude I have ever seen or ran into in a very, very long time. They really need to be shut Down and completely retrained and new Management Brought different pharmacy. And I will never use that Walgreens 29th and sunnylane ever again. I do not feel they are safe or trustworthy. Even if you would set aside the hateful attitude and just the lack Professionalism You would expect from a pharmacy and one that you put so much trust in

The ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy in the stat of Okla. I have NEVER dealt with a more unprofessional woman in my life. Customer service skills less then BIG FAT ZERO.. Unbelievably rude. This lady is definitely not happy working her job and needs to do society a favor and change careers. I am in sever pain and don’t need to be treated like a 3rd class citizen when I am a paying customer in pain!!! So very very rude! I Question if she is an incarnate of satan. ——Update had to go back yesterday 1-25-23 after surgery pain med couldn’t be transferred. Several things happened to much to type but they said 20 minutes to fill yet they had rx called in Many hours before then was lied to said they were out then employee mentioned the problem I reported days earlier to my family member inside picking up as I am in car just had surgery. After long discussion they filled rx. So they were not out we were just lied to about my rx… I will be reporting this. They lied guess I am black listed for speaking out about employees bad behavior. Hmm wonder if that’s illegal not to fill someone’s RX because you were complained on.

How is this spiteful pharmacist still here and how does she still have a license? There are more complaints about the pharmacy than anything else, my mother in law has been having issues with them for the past 6 months at the very least. From what it sounds like, someone is up there popping/pocketing medication. They try to act like people are 'seeking' when they come in to get the rest of THEIR scripts. These people are supposed to be licensed professionals and yet their behavior is appalling. If you have the option to do so, I would switch pharmacies immediately.

A couple of very very unprofessional pharmacists. (One good one) Most areuncooperative at best. If you get a prescription here you'd BETTER look at it before you leave the counter or they might keep half and claim they gave it all to you. Just moved my prescriptions over to a new pharmacy, not walgreens. We have lived near the del city location for 9 months and everytime we need a prescription it has been a challenge to get our medicine. I DREAD going here. They first of all try not to use the phone to talk to you in drive-thru. Problem is, I can't hear them at all and then when I need to talk I have to scream. I've asked them to use the phone many times but they refuse and say they can't hear on it. So they make their customers suffer? Second, every pharmacy tech is RUDE! I have yet to come across a friendly one. I was just in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minutes, when it was my turn up to the window she put a sign up so she went to lunch and just left us in line. I went in to talk to the manager and she said I would have to wait 30 minutes until she's done with lunch. So there's only one person doing pharmacy? Terrible, SO terrible.

Did a Doordash shop here on 4/7/2023 the cashier was gonna bag a pesticide container w food… I asked for it to be bagged separately he got mad and was hateful. He stated they both sealed if it spills you can just bring items back… it’s a delivery order not for me so I asked for separate bag he got mad and walked off!!! Everywhere I have worked we separate chemicals from food!!! That’s disgusting!!! Do better delcity

Worst person ever in pharmacy, said I was yelling at her when all I did was ask her to call the number on my card. Asked everyone else in line if I was being loud everyone agreed I wasn't. Then she proceeded to make me wait excessively on the call she made. I made the same phone call in the time it took me to walk to my car and back. She is just being vindictive for no reason very unprofessional.

Every time for the last 5 months that we go to pick up a prescription for our 11 month old baby we call ahead to make sure it’s ready. We are always told yeah no problem it’s ready for pick up. When we arrive anywhere from 5-30 minutes later it has not been ready once! Why say it’s ready for pickup if it’s not?! Who is this helping?! Whoever is answering the phones, do better and double check your info or go work somewhere that doesn’t deal with time sensitive issues such as having a sick infant wait at a Walgreens for 30 freaking minutes after her prescription is supposedly ready for pickup. DO BETTER!

Please visit any other pharmacy location. I understand about short staffing - I'm going through it at my job. But when I arrive over half an hour before the drive thru pharmacy closes as the 6th car in line, and the techs slam and lock the window in my face and then turn off the lights with a few other cars behind me, saying nothing to us, there's a huge problem with your customer service. Save yourself time and please visit any other pharmacy.

This Walgreens is having some staffing issues. In the last week I have seen signs on the door about blow staffing. I expect that this Walgreens may need new management so they can attract people to work and to approve a higher rate of pay or to prove that they need to to the hq. The lack of empathy the employees have is truly amazing. I have met more charismatic corpses then the employees at this location. Total wait time for the drive-thru was 48 minutes

Worse pharmacy experience ever. Prescription called in 1200 come to pick up at 245 not ready.. was told it will be ready in 15 minutes, told her I would come back later she said she would make sure it's ready. Come back at 445 as I knew there would be a line. Get to window and told goto 2nd lane this is rediculous why does it take 5+ hours for prescription ready and they make promises that aren't kept. Absolutely rediculous.

Took advantage of curbside pick up and ordered from the app. Got an email that order was delayed so I called to see why and was told they were short handed and had to shut down some registers but my order was ready. So I went to get my order and had to call the store to let them know I was there and I parked in the spot for curbside pick up. Finally someone came out but with the wrong order! Then I get an email that said there were adjustments to my order because some items were out of stock but weren't when I placed the order. Next thing I know, the manager was at my rear passenger door and when I mentioned those items and said now I have to come inside to replace them, he took the basket with my remaining items back towards the store! I got out and screamed where are you going? I need those items! He said well you're coming inside and left it at that! So I went inside bought the items I needed and still was treated with disrespect! I will never go back there for curbside or inside shopping!
