Well if I could give negative stars I would. The on duty manager rang up a $12 item on my daughter's ticket today. She came and got me and we went back in the store and after about 20 minutes he came to the front and said my daughter stole the item and he wanted us out of the store. I politely told him no and asked for the camera proof. He said he wasn't showing us. So I told him I was calling the police and I did. After about 30 minutes of waiting on the police another employee gave us a refund while he coward down in the back.

The workers are always outside smoking marijuana, always have an attitude, I’ve been threatened to get jumped by a few of the employees that work there..THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO SET IT UP AND FIRE THESE RUDE EMPLOYEES! As a sells person that is not a way to keep customers coming back!!

The few times I've come here I've found expired drinks and cans dated back to over a year ago. Please go through the inventory to make sure you are not selling expired things to customers; I shouldn't have to check before buying to see if the cans are over a year past the expiration date.

I saw a item that I was interested in behind the counter I asked if I could see it the lady working seem to have a big attitude that I asked that so I was going to check out the item and was told I can't I was asked if I did not like it could I bring it back with the receipt and told I can't seem like she got more of an attitude so I decided not to make a purchase there I lost a potentially decent sale over for customer service pretty sure she was on her phone as well Bluetooth

Approach the cash register to hear the store associate say that she felt generously in good spirit that customers are supposed to take out their own items out of the hand basket..not to mention items are misplaced inappropriate places. What kind of customer service does this place offer if I was going through a self check out it would've been understandable but I place my basket on the counter and the associate says she feels generous to take out my items?? And reading all other reviews is corporate not addressing professionalism anymore or what?

Worst customer service ever. Cashier on phone the whole time, only interested in phone conversation she is having, does not say hi or say thank, someone needs to teach common courtesy to their employees.

Found what I wanted and cheaper than I thought. Good little store to run in grab and go.Went by today 3/5 at 11:46 and was told the store is closed so they could accept a truck! No notification on the door, just locked doors and refused entry. I understand low employees, trying to check in a truck shipment by yourself, but had I seen a sign on the door sayingOur truck just arrived to bring new items for our store, we will be closed for an hour or two while we make sure things will be ready when you come back to shop.Let people know what's happening you will get more customers than fewer

The cashier working night on December ninth was completely rude and unprofessional. Put her hand in my face and interrupted me. I am a former family Dollar employee and was nothing but professional and nice. Something needs to be done about this stores rudeness and the unorganized safety hazard on 15th between Bryant and sunnylane. You can literally smell alcohol on the Manager at 15 store.

This is a Family Dollar. As such, most of the products in this store sell for less than $10. Even so, the clerk finds it necessary to accuse shoppers who enter with shopping bags loaded from other stores in the area of being thieves.If you think that is reasonable, think about what it means if a customer comes into your store with a few bags from other places very nearby: THEY HAVE MONEY! What's more, they've been spending it, so it is unlikely they are a thief. And hey; let's face it: this is a DOLLAR STORE. It might cost $10,000 to buy everything in the whole store...it's not like you are a liquor store or some other purveyor of low-mark-up goods. So I turned around and left, and will never return. I wonder what would happen if all the stores in a Simon Mall rolled out similar policies? If they accused all those mall chicks like me who routinely spend $5,000 on a shopping trip? Wouldn't stay opened long.......I hope this place folds in a year. They are stupid.

When the doors say they open at 9a.m. We get here only to have an employee open the doors just to say we will be opening up much later than 9!!!
