Went into the store yesterday and the floors are disgusting, shelves are falling apart, there is items on the floor and it smells.you can most definitely tell the old manager is gone.Last week I went in to get something and the staff was on her cell phone the whole entire time and rude .pictures are just piled up, it is very clear staff just doesn't care

November 7th 2023 4:35 pm I went in to purchase the item that was posted at the wrong price is supposed to be a got over charged wait told the manger and she ran and pulled the stickers off false advertisement I wish I would have took a picture I would be suing you and then get an attitude with me just because I pointed something out is this how you do business this store is going to go to the gutter because of the manager that you have running it she don't seem to care about what's going on I said suggest you look up the the video she broke the law I don't know her name but there's going to be a lawsuit opened up and I'll be pulling the security footage

The store on s.e.15 in del city Oklahoma has always been a trash can now they are closing at 2:00 PM everyday. Just go ahead and shut it down.

The last two times I have shopped at this store the digital coupon system was "not working. I was able to use the scan feature from the Dollar General App, it seems a little odd that the digital coupon system did not work. When I asked the clerk why the digital coupon system was not working, "people were taking advantage of the coupons ". What? The staff are friendly, probably direction from management or the independent owner. The recently opened Dollar General store at SE 59th and Bryant is much more organized, they have limited produce and the digital coupon system is operable.

Purchased a helium tank kit, just to get home and find that the tank is completely empty after driving 25 minutes home. Tried calling the store and get a busy signal all morning long.

This is the location that is closest to my house. I love the store and the people that work there. That being said, I've never had any issues with any location I've been to. Even during all this pandemic choas Dollar General still had toilet paper!! Definitely a life saving store for me many times. 😆

Because of Covid, stores have limited staffing, causing shelves to not be stocked, if replenishment has even made it in. But We can manage to still find most of what we need here. Also had nice people working.

Best little one stop shop. I was able to get milk, snacks & some allergy relief meds all within 5 minutes, associates are always helpful and pleasant. This little shop is great when you don't have neither the time nor inclination to be running around trying to find your needs

This store used to look a mess, now I can tell they have new staff and the store is up to par. A woman named Ashlee showed me what I was looking for, helped me with the coupon app, helped me save some money, and went out of her way to give me the best customer service I've ever had. Keep it up guys what you're doing is working.

Felt like absolutely zero customer service. One lane open 10 people deep. I waited in line for 20 min for dryer sheets and laundry soap. I'll never go here again.

This store has went so far down hill in the last year or so that I go several miles out of my way to another store instead of shopping at this one that I pass right by every day. They never have shelves stocked, everything is in boxes blocking ½ the aisles, your lucky if the POS system takes payment and if it does, good luck reading the receipt. The absolute kicker is, all of the "new" help, doesn't know anything or want to know anything. They are rude and inconsiderate. If they don't find new management soon, I'm sure this store will be closed.

The manager tells me today that coupon policy changed today so she refused to scan any coupon that was over the sales price and said it was an automatic write up if she did it. Then some Tide and Gain pods I asked her to get out of the locked case she advised me were not part of the sale but another customer some how got them out of the case and they were in fact part of the sale. So I didn't get to use any of my coupons she refused to even scan them and I was absolutely totally flat lied to about the coupon policy change and write ups. I had 2 buggies full and only had coupons for about 7 items and the rest i had none so I am not sure why she decided to lie to me and refuse to scan my coupons but that is what is so big about this sale is the benefits of having coupons. I wasn't even upset the system wasn't ringing up anything the way it was supposed to but I knew she was lying when she said it to me. I am extremely upset and will be calling the DM and corp. about the Manager of this store. This isn't the 1st time she has done something along those lines to me, Worth a little travel to get good honest customer service.

my experience at 4 pm May 2, 2018 was worse than disappointing! The store looked like a bomb had just gone off, the two cashiers were rude, lazy and either not trained or just don't care. Signage in the store apparently expired 4-28-18, (at least 5 of them on one item-with the expiration date so small on the bottom I didn't notice); and they rudely pointed it out to me like it was my fault it was still hanging there four days later! do NOT shop at this dollar general....I have never been in one this bad or treated this badly.

I stood in line entirely too long because the cashier and 2 customers got into a conversation about identification for cigarettes. Not present at the time, but about a past customer. Then i had to wait longer because the cashier and customer in front of me couldnt figure out how to use the 💳 machine

Love this store! Had everything I needed...Even Taco Flavored Doritos! Ive always had to drive to Shawnee for these! Hey ive been eating them for 50 years..and ive always had to hunt for them. Thank you Dollar General!

This place has gotten out of control. Shelves falling, all kinds of products laying in the floor every where, big metal carts stacked and over flowing crowding the isles where you cant walk in them. It's a horrific mess!!Like what the heck happened here!? I've never seen anything like this.May I add...half the time theres no one to be found to check you out.

Dollar general store hours on the door says they close at 10 p.m. why is it that I was there at 10 minutes to 10 and you were close someone else told me that they were there at 9:40 p.m. and no one let them in this is no way to run a business too many people are in hurry to get to your store before 10 p.m only to see it closed at 9:40 and 9:50 you really need to check your priorities I should have went to family Dollar.

The dollar store on the Northside of Russell is the best dollar store in Russell my opinion the one on the south side of town across the railroad tracks is poorly kept rarely has anything on stock and in my opinion is not a very good place although the one and Hayes is also a very good Dollar general

This store is almost always cluttered. But the workers are sweet as can be and always willing to help. They stay busy and under staffed this it’s hard to keep it perfectly clean.

Manager TODD was rude he tired to over charge me on some medication i show him my i.d. he still didnt sell me cigarettes my d.o. b 12/83 the lady before me he didnt ask for a i.d she was white and im black but we still have money we both human this racial thing isnt fair in IT NEED TO STOP he didnt greet me no tag he i was at the register waiting for help but he was at 1 that said close on his phone i will never ever come here again the other employee spoke and willing to help me in the store this service was very poor

Can't survive without DG. lol Took a star away only because most isles are hard to get down due to restocking but this is at every DG I've been to. Really like the online coupons but wish they had wi-fi so I could see the website while shopping. The cashiers are always very polite.

This is just my local Dollar General and Dollar Generals are always cool they are the ones that have the most reasonable prices but they do not always have everything that you would like so you may have to shop around a little bit but it's always a great start for water always good prices if you purchase your water there they have now got some frozen items and some food items Dollar General has came a long ways
