It's a very busy store. The employees try their best to get you out in a timely manner. The bathrooms are not cleaned enough. But it's well organized and there are usually 3 employees on duty so the lines go quickly. It's well lit and on a busy street so no worries about safety. There is a design flaw in the way the parking lot is set up so yes, you will have to maneuver.

0001 stars just want to know why is 711 not going down on their Gas Prices here on sunnylane/sooner rd like most 711. I called corp, and got B.S I went to Murphys theirs is $4.14.Here's proof VP on reno ave is $409 while 711 is still at $4.39. Greed 711 Greed. not the President but Corp Greed. Why?.

I've here a few times..it's been our late night stop for drinks and bathroom breaks before heading the hour and a half drive home. So I can only comment on the over-night shift...it looks clean everytime we come and they stay busy cleaning the parking lot, taking out the trash, etc. It also isn't real busy, but I'd say the customers stay constant all through the night, no matter what time we come in. There hasn't been a problem having to wait in line. The place looks like it's in a good neighborhood, lots of lighting around the parking lot. I feel safe coming here. The restrooms are clean, the shelves look well stocked and there's always an employee at the register ready to check out your items. Prices are good here too!

I recently put half a tank in this 7-11 i forgot they were having water in their fuel apparently the problem was not fixed i will have to service my van. The water may be frozen in the fuel lines. DO NOT PUT GAS THERE i will not go to any 8-11 any more to fuel 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Absolutely filthy - I cannot express how disgusted I was with this store. I understand it was busy part of the day but it was not so busy that one cashier could not do a quick clean up & maybe a little extra pride in their job would help. I've worked in several convenience stores and there just no excuse for the shape this place was in.

I really appreciate good customer service, that being said. (Justin gauthier Tyler) is phenomenally amazing, very attentive & helpful he has friendly customer service & loves his career. I appreciate him & his work ethic! I will definitely be back!

The Atm is ALWAYS out of service. At least once a week and be out for days. Call first before wasting the drive. Most of the employees are cool.

My boyfriend and i went in for a drink and a snack and we’re watched the whole time like we were robbing the whole store. As my boyfriend walked to the breakfast isle a lady said “are you gonna pay for that?” with a hateful voice. Never once have either of us been accused of being a thief nor done anything to deserve being accused. After we stood up for ourselves after being wrongfully accused, we were told to not speak to her because it was our fault and not hers and not once did we get an apology. Do better 7-eleven.

I got charged $15 for a coffee. Then the next day was rudely told there is nothing that can be done about it because I don't have a receipt. Maybe try to hire happier people.

Just stop in to get a Big Gulp at 8 a.m.. no hello no good morning. The only thing that was said to me was are you a Rewards member. No thank you you have a good day come back and see us. And this was from the older woman. I'm in the same business I find this very rude and so disrespectful for the customers coming into this establishment. I think 7-Eleven management needs to make changes. My employees would definitely say good morning and thank you and have a great day....... Come back and see us... !!!!!!!

Walked in to buy some bud light for $9.99 as posted, rang to 11.49 at the register. When I mention the price difference the guy says he "just works here". Like no way dude really!? It's as easy as "sorry about that I'll let them know to change it"

So, everyone knows that gas is outrageous right now (mid year, 2022), and evidently this 7-11...whoever governs it, thinks they're on an island, as does the Homeland across the street from it, because they are both still sitting at $4.39 per gallon for E-10, when everywhere else in the surrounding towns are at $4.19, or $4.09. That may not sound like a big deal to some, but when you're trying to squeeze every drop to every mile you're driving, it is. It makes a big difference. I would love to be able to get gas in Del City, but get a clue 7-11, Del City is not an island. I DON'T HAVE TO BUY GAS HERE. And I won't unless I'm desperate. This morning I was, and I only got $3 worth so I could limp to the nearest other gas station where I could fill the rest of the way up at $4.09. I think this is so inconvenient, and shameful that they are refusing to drop their price, even as other stations around this town are. I'm not going to this store for anything else, either because of it. I'm not supporting it. I know, ouch. But it makes ME feel better.

Always nice, always helpful always clean and well staffed. One of the best 7-11 I've ever been in. I have always felt safe in and outside of this store at anytime day or late night. The parking could be bigger as rush hour is really busy, but people love the place.

Holy Cow, Jasmine at this store made my day. She actually counted my money back to me the old fashion way. One in a few I have met over the past 20 yrs (old or young)that did it and did it correctly. Corporate and owner this one is a keeper. Friendly and upbeat at 6ish in the morning. Jasmine saved the young generation 😁

After a while you just have enough, this place is a very busy store, 99% of the time ther are two or three employees however only one is working. The employes are too busy talking or chatting with each other to do their jobs which makes the wait longer. I'm not sure who orders product but honestly they need to be let go as this place is always out of stock on cigarettes. Sometimes weeks at a time. Ridiculous and has lost a customer as I can to other places and get them cheaper. Customer service is not a big deal at this location, as they don't seem to care about our time or needs.

The ham and focaccia sandwich has very little ham on it now with 2 tiny tomatoes. The drinks are not stocked before lunch, the sandwich selection is skimpy. Checkers will skip you and let people check out in front of you. Went somewhere else for lunch. I will avoid this 711.
