I come here pretty often to get food before I have to go to work and it's normally all right except today I ordered the number one just a Sonic cheeseburger with tater tots and a route 44 half and half tea what I got was a cheeseburger with nothing else on it just cheese no lettuce tomato pickle my tater tots are fine and I got a medium tea with like coffee cream put in it it was horrible it wasn't that busy today and I was pretty kind to the employee I don't know what happened today it just wasn't that great

My husband ordered the cheeseburger meal and a grilled cheese and onion rings. When he got it home the burger had an off smell and flavor. The grilled cheese was over grilled and the onion rings had a funny taste. We don’t live in Davis but decided to give it a try because it is usually good but today not so good. Just wanted to let you know. Probably won’t be back.

Everyone looked and acted extremely high I ordered the The chicken sandwich with fries and everything tasted very old. My husband ordered Regular chili cheese coney and tots. They read the order gave us the bag but did not give us the Coney. We told the guy he acted Really weird about it about it and told them that it was supposed to be tots Not fries So he took back the fries. We waited forever for Tots. But never got them and wound up leaving.

One of the worst sonics. My husband and I travel all over the country due to his work and this is by far the worst sonic experience I’ve had. When ordering I had to repeat myself multiple times. Then only after I ordered and we had been waiting for a little while they send someone out to inform us they don’t have onion rings so we would have to choose something different. Well that’s fine but why not tell us when we ordered and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger toaster which comes with an onion ring and bacon to which had neither. Sonic really needs to fix this location.

We sat in line 12 minutes behind what was an employee getting out of vehicle and going inside, our order was passed into vehicle in front of us for about 45 seconds and then passed back in Sonic. We finally got to move up to window and our icecream delivered to us. We told girl at speaker 3 different times what we wanted and both were same. We drove off and had to turn back in line and wait another 5 minutes. Wrong items, that had passed between different vehicles. We waisted about 25 minutes, wanted $ back, they offered to fix it. To late for such a small offer.Still waiting for refund.We stopped in Ardmore after Davis screw-up. Ardmore Sonic got it 1st time and fast!!! They were very busy also. Just to show don't let employees stop by and clown around because we won't stop at Davis Sonic again.

Really can't say about the food. We pulled up to 2 different stalls and no one would answer to take our order but seen plenty of workers walking around outside talking with people and sitting out front. Waited at one stall for over 5 mins waiting on someone to answer the board. And no one answered so we left, if the service is that bad I can't expect the food to be any better

I came here with my siblings and child tonight for ice cream (June 25,2023). Clearly they were busy and understaffed. Kara is here every time I come to sonic and she’s always working her butt off and giving the best service. Which she was doing tonight. She was getting orders out as quickly as she possibly could, answering the boards, apologizing for the waits.. doing a darn good job. She needs to be appreciated and get a raise or something because she’s got to be one of the best employees here (and my own brother works here.) she truly works hard and gives 5 star service every time.

One of the best Sonics in this area. They do it like the Sonics of 40 years ago...fast, hot, well prepared and tasty. The employees actually act like they want to do a good job, with a smile. All Sonics should run as well as this one.

They were very busy when we visited so it took a little longer than I would have liked but they apologized when they brought our order out. We only ordered a Sonic Blast and a drink and the Blast lacked some of the goodies and was heavy on I've cream but not bad. The drink was as expected. If I'm in the area again I'll most likely stop here.

I ordered an ultimate meat and cheese burrito for my wife and it leaked black liquid, describing it as tasting like “bunt grill and earwax.” Most likely from the poorly sanitized conditions of the eatery. Would not order there again for our families sake.

I went during my lunch time I was there for 30 minutes waiting at the window for some burgers and mozzarella sticks got tired of waiting bcuz they just sat there and talked so I asked for my refund but as soon as I mentioned a refund my food was suddenly done, there were plenty of cars behind me but I guess the sonic gossip was more important than assisting customers

We took a trip to Turner Falls and was looking for quick lunch options near the place. Sonic was what I found in Davis and ordered a kids combo meal from there. The wait time was not bad. Only problem I experienced is ketchup not being served with fries. Many fast food chain places by default serves sauce along with fries but not sure what happened here. Flavor-wise, its better than Mcd for sure.

It might be an okay place to go to eat. That is if the people who takes your order could understand plain ENGLISH. BUT THEY CAN'T. THE LAST 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN TO THE SONIC DRIVE IN MY ORDER WAS NOT HOW I ORDERED IT. BUT COME TO THINK ABOUT IT IT NEVER IS. AND THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE THE HAMBURGER MEAT WAS COLD AND STILL PINK ON THE INSIDE AS FAR AS I CONCERNED THE SONICS HAS GONE DOWN HILL AND I WOULD MUCH RATHER SPEND MY MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT CAN GET YOUR ORDER RIGHT. AND SONIC ISN'T THAT PLACE. SORRY BUT SONIC DRIVE INS ARE NOT AMERICANS FAVORITE PLACE ANYMORE. NO ONE TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR JOBS ANYMORE. ( I WILL NEVER GO TO A SONIC DRIVE IN AGAIN. Thought we would try again.... and again we were very disappointed. We sat at the drive thru for 12 minutes with no movement and nobody taking our order. Davis sonic is the worst service, drinks and food ever. We drove to sulphur and got our drinks and came back through.... one of the same cars was still sitting in the drive thru.

Recieved everything in order. But I ordered a small shake and recieved a 32 ounce shake way way more than I wanted. They did credit me but threw away 3/4 or more of the shake, was just wanting enough to take care of an ice cream crave.

Sat at a stall for 15mins and pressed the button twice,no one responded to take my order. Drove up to the drive thru sat there 5mins with no one in line and no one taking my order. Drove back to another stall and waited another 10 mins after pressing the red button. Then I drove up to the window and the girl told me she didn't hear any one ringing in for a order. No apologies just acting clueless and looking clueless. Then I drive by 10mins later after taking my business somewhere else. She's standing outside the door talking to a co worker and sucking on a vape. These kids don't care. Never will I go to this lazy sonic.

Ordered 2 sodas in drive thru, no cars ahead of me... waited 7 minutes and 20 seconds at drive thru window for someone to even take my payment before giving up and going elsewhere. It is the same story at the locations in Wynnewood and Sulphur. Corporate needs to take a very hard look at these franchise locations.ZERO NEED FOR THAT REPLY! I BEAT YOU TO DOING THAT EXACT THING BY NEARLY 5 HOURS. With nearly 2 decades of multi unit and single unit managment experience I am appalled that your operations are so loosely managed.

Horrible service I waited over 20 minutes for a bacon burrito and a large diet Coke I was the only one in line the only one there and I was still waiting at 20 minutes. Nobody came to the window didn't see anybody inside after I ordered nothing. Just ridiculous!!!

If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars I would!!!Yesterday they served me A MOLDED BURRITO!!!!! Then would not answer the phone.This place COULD NOT GET AN ORDER RIGHT IF SOMEONE WAS READING IT OUT LOUD TO THEM.. HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES... Sometimes they won't even answer the drive thru speaker...you have to pull to window and bang on the window....NEEDS NEW...BETTER....MORE GIVE A SH-- ABOUT THE JOB MANGER!!!!!!HORRIBLE... HORRIBLEI HAVE REPORTED THEM...AND I'M SURE NOTHING.... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WILL COME OF IT!!!

We were there during dinner rush. After 6pm. It took 15 minutes to get our order. That was the only problem. Carhop was courteous. The food was hot. No complaint other than the wait time.

I repeated what I wanted on the burger 5 TIMES & it wasn't difficult-pickles, cheese, mustard, ketchup- yet they just couldn't seem to understand this. Prices are getting out of hand - I paid over $6 for a JUNIOR burger & coke (during happy hour)! Not worth the aggravation OR money to go here. If you're craving Sonic, at least go to diff location.
