The checker did not even say good afternoon to me she did not smile at me or look at me until I was loading my own groceries in my buggy and was checking to see if I had left anything behind. Found what I wanted mostly but in meat market the packs of meat were packaged for big families instead of having a mixture of smaller packages for smaller families. While I am not a frequent shopper of Walmart, I still find it very irritating to have so many self checkouts and only one checker. And that there is very little associates on the floor to help customers with anything. Did run into online shoppers on floor blocking the aisle with the carts they have to push around . This has been one of my longest comments but I think a company this big should do a better job of listening to the needs and wants of its customers.

Walmart in Cushing, Oklahoma has always been a Walmart I don’t mind going to. It’s usually in and out fairly quick with everything in stock that you wanted. Can’t complain about that.

Only thing I don't like is everyone in town being in the same store what feels like at the same time but overall it's the main store I use everyday. Very friendly service

While Walmart in Cushing has most everything in stock, all those registers are for Black Friday only. Any other day, you'll be darn lucky to have more than 2 open. Today was no exception. There were 10 to 15 people at self-checkout, and 6 or 7 in each of the two registers that were open. There were 4 or 5 employees standing by the hair salon and they could see that more registers needed to be open. This is exactly why we need another grocery store!!!

Staff is always friendly & it's always clean here. The reason for 4 stars: since having a baby, we regularly do pickups now. And it has REALLY gone downhill. Seems like every time there is an issue. Most of the time they forget a couple things! So check when you get home, you got everything on your order. They also seem to give you the worst of everything. Bad produce, extremely dented cans, milk about to expire. So when we need milk or produce, we go in and pick it ourselves. Last time we ordered and they were out of what we needed so they substituted and never let us know. First time that has happened. But I never would have approved the substitution..... It was MORE than double what we originally picked. I was able to get a refund for all these issues & that process is a smooth one.Also, the deli food. We used to come get chicken strips and potato wedges. Sometimes Mac n chz or jalapeno poppers, etc. but wow the quality has really gone down. Not that it's not fresh. That is not the problem. It's a quality issue because I believe Walmart as a corporation is trying to save money. So we don't eat there as often.

Clean and not overcrowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. Customers don't seem to know the correct direction of travel in the parking lot, but that isn't anything against the store.

This is a supercenter Walmart, where we got our oil changed while we picked up a few groceries. There's also a place to get a haircut, plus a good-sized garden center in addition to an automotive center. The only negative I came away with was the grumpy Walmart employees pulling grocery orders, maneuvering those giant carts with their noses buried in their lists, with little concern for small kids or elderly shoppers or any of us just trying to get our stuff done so we can get the heck out of this place. The only smile I got back was from the employee greeting shoppers at the pharmacy entrance. Sadly, this seems to be what we're left with in post-covid America. We've abandoned excellence in favor of 'good enough.' I am glad to have a place to shop where I don't have to worry about mobs of shoplifters. That's going to have to be good enough.

I really enjoy this Wal-Mart. It has the feeling and warmth of a small town store, but still has most of the items you would find at a larger store. Pharmacy and Game&Sport section are always really nice. Front end checkers are usually very nice and quick, sometimes they are just having a bad day. We have run into issues with Birthday Cakes and certain Front Side Managers (Not usually at Customer Service Center). We haven't had a good history with meat packaged here and generally avoid it.

The customer pick up is horrible. On three different occasions I've gone to pick up groceries, and watched while numerous customers who arrived after I did received their orders. And the wait time has been 15 minutes plus on all three visits. I've tried both calling in, and using the app, to notify them that I'd arrived. Neither one works apparently. On 12/14/2022 I tried to use both, but no one answered the phone. Used the app, and they said they didn't receive the notification. The employees don't care because they're not paid enough to care, and Walmart doesn't care because losing one customer isn't enough to concern them.

Big Shout out thanks to manager Doug for helping us out at the tire center. It was a three hour wait but my man rolled up his sleeves and got us in and out under 45 minutes!

Employees are exceptionally nice very friendly and supportive willing to do anything they can to get what you are wanting and smiling all the way through your whole experience at Walmart prices are reasonably and to find items is pretty simple it is handicap accessible they do have a food fast food restaurant so you can eat if you want to they have a barber shop they have a bank they have customer service so out of all of them I can't really think of too much to say against them I gave him up five star

Rural WalMart Supercenter. Seemingly the only option for shopping. I needed random odds and ends and stopped as a break in travel, I was disappointed with selections but understood won’t have the same larger variety that a city Supercenter has. This is the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Everything was incredibly clean, friendly staff with quick service.

Needed to get a key made. Nobody in automotive would acknowledge me. I asked another store associate for assistance. He went and got an automotive employee from the back. The employee was completely dismissive and stated I needed to figure out which key to use. Taking my business elsewhere.

Walmart had accused me of stealing. I've never stolen a thing in my life. Maybe it's the tattoos and piercings. If that's the case, they need to realize it's 2022 and I'm not a thief.
