The new manager is Awesome. The only thing that was the issue was no air flow. Its been like that for as long as I can remember. It is about to get cold. Then hot. Then Cold. Then hot. We in Oklahoma. We Don t know.

I used to think that they had almost to much inventory in the way but NOW they dont even try to keep inventory AT ALL!!! Shelves are and have been empty for MONTHES.... and for a few monthes now they dont order dog food at all anymore so we dont use them hardly anymore.

Just left $ General for last time. Used to shop here damn near daily. Never again. ID'd for cigarettes. 62... obviously over 40. Denied cigarettes because my ID wasn't available. Really? There's just no appropriate words for such a ridiculous policy.

I appreciate the low prices a lot, like really, but I get depressed when things are so pawed over and scattered and theres carts of stock and stacks of boxes where you can't shop behind them. They seem always under staffed and can get moody, but usually they are friendly and greet everyone who comes in. Many prices better than Walmart and surprisingly good selection for a much smaller floorplan.

The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is not do to how dirty nasty and products on the floor . And u could even go down through the walkways and get to some products . Nastiest store I ever been in. The reason I gave it 3 stars is they have a young lady working there with black hair and very thin she said she worked every night i didn't get her name but she was very thin probably because she does bet paid enough to eat a good meal . . She was very helpful and very curious to me . Even over me a piece of pizza she was trying to eat will she was working . I really think she deserves a better and cleaner place to work at though. To the owner of the store in drumright you ought to be ashamed of having a business where it look worst then a garbage dump.

Very messy store. Several employees working but only one cashier checking customers out. The line was 8 people deep and it took 15 for me to checkout. While waiting in line , 2 people, with back packs on, walked out that had been pacing the store. When they left without making a purchase, the alarm went off at the exit door like they stole something. The employees didn't seem interested by the alarm

This store is very cluttered and crowded, You can't hardly get your buggy down the aisle without running into something! :-) But on a good note the employees are so sweet here and are so very willing to help you!

The Dollar Store on Broadway is very badly stocked. Not just since the COVID19 breakout, but well before that. It has been this way since a remodel about a year ago.Not a good place to shop anymore.

Check reader would not take my check, I buy my checks through my bank, I have money in my bank always, no one else ever has trouble with them! I have visited 2 of your stores that have had the same trouble, even Walmart can take my checks! This is extremely inconvenient, not to mention embarrassing when this happens and by the way the bank I use owns their own check printing company.

This is a very clean store. They have a new freezer section that covers the entire east wall with ice cream, pizza, veggies, meat and drinks. The aisles were not cluttered.

I bought some Amazon cards yesterday had not use them open them up this morning and there was zero balance on them and the store will not refund my money or as of yet they haven't so don't buy Amazon cards at the dollar store because they aren't any good I've got two that have money on them but I can't use them for some reason so I'm not happy at all so don't buy Amazon cards at the dollar store you'll get scammed cuz somebody else is already used them before you get them and the store won't give you your money back I've been at that store 4 for 5 hours and still haven't got my money back

The staff is always friendly, and they open another register if more than 3 people in line. They've remodeled recently, it is more organized now, and more fresh food varieties

This place is ok to just grab a few things if they even have it in stock that is their biggest problem they are always out of things you need. They also have some nicely priced clothing but its never displayed correctly its just all shoved togather and falling off hangers needs much better management for my opinion

im a tax exempt veteran and tried to use my tax exempt card in cushing dollar general on Broadway and they declined it an gave me a phone number to call and the told me that I had to get in contact a guy by email and that turns out to be a dead end I've used my card there before and other dollar generals with no problem before don't know why there was a problem now but couldn't get in touch with anyone to get it resolved

This place I will say is usually stocked pretty well but every time I go here I'm just running in really fast to get what I need but it never fails I end up standing in line forever the past 2 days I've had to run in n the first time I stood in line for literally 10 mins the cashier was yelling for the other lady who was around when the line started getting long but walked off other ppl in line we're getting irritated as well they have 3 check outs n always only have 1 open till ppl get backed up to the doorways it's ridiculous and today it was the same issue

I hate the way they are constantly moving things around. It's a marketing strategy, the more time it takes to find something , the more likely you'll make an impulse purchase. It makes me angry to have to spend time hunting for things, when all I want to do is grab the few things I came in there for and go. A dollar store is a convince store to my way of thinking, and ought to be run like one.(you know. Fast and easy) Walmart is a department store that is designed for browsing. I've thought about quitting shopping at the dollar store. They are wasting my time and patience trying to .make me spend more of my money, and seriously pissing me off in the process. I never buy anything I don't have on my list anyway. As a matter of fact, I could probably, at times, get the things I'm getting faster in Walmart than the dollar store, because. they ain't got me running around like a chicken with my head cut off, looking for stuff. Things don't move so much in Walmart. Come on dollar store, quit moving things every night and quit agrivating your customers, be the convenience stores you were (or should have been) ment to be. Convenient being the key word.

The manager is extremely friendly, it's been newly remodeled, providing a more grocery variety of foods, with newly added refrigerator foods. It's right downtown, very convenient!

This is the most unorganized store in Cushing. We have been waiting 30 minutes for Patty the manager on duty for a return. Whitney is busting her butt trying to check out the line of people, while she is in back. I will never come back to this store again. Corporate needs to look into this

This store has alot of empty shelves . Doesn't have the things I was looking for . Slow at register . It's like the forgotten store . I love my Drumright store . So I won't be back .

The line was extremely long and it was 7:46 PM. Several customers asked if the cashier had any other help in the store and she replied saying her manager was “on lunch”. How is okay for someone to take a lunch when they close in less than an hour and a half????
