I had to take a test online just to load and unload trucks and stock shelves. The test had nothing to do with stocking shelves or loading/unloading trucks. I failed the test and had to wait a month to re apply. I re applied but I couldn’t retake the test so the customer service worker gave me a customer service number to call. What happened to paper applications? ……Boooo

it amazes me how different the items are from store to store, as well as the prices. I have seen clearance items at one store and a few miles down the road, the same item is full price at 2x the price.Also, how the deli items are different. Some places look like they stomped them out before putting them into the cabinet.While at this one, the produce guy was throwing the bananas on the bin. Now I know why they get those brown spots before the turn completely yellow.

It took over 3 & half hours to get my battery changed. It came down to communication by the techs. I had to ask 3 times about the status of my car. O downloaded the Walmart app so I could track the progress, received 2 texts saying they were starting on my car an hour apart. When I asked the manager about it, she seemed clueless & had nothing to say. There were more girl mechanics working on cars then guys, which seemed cool if the department had real leadership. The department seemed very busy and they did the best they could with guidance they had.

They just keep getting worse in the pickup orders. Doesn't matter if I show up the 15 mins early they allow or on perfect time. They ALWAYS make me wait up to 45 mins. People that show up 20 or 30 mins after me STILL get their order before I do. B.S.

I always have a pleasant time no matter what dept I go to. The best is my grocery pick up. Associates are the best. I use the pharmacy on hillside bc it has a drive thru, those associates are the best as well.

Nothing really bad to say. It's like most Walmarts. I did want to make sure to rate it with a 5 star review though because 2 of the associates were extra friendly, made eye contact, made it a point to say a quick greeting, and smiled. It gets more and more rare to see the service with a smile attitude, but I always appreciate it.

Not as big as the supercenters in Tulsa, However,its very clean and the costumer services seems to be a bet slow I guess that's because the service workers are mostly elderly.. surprise on that one was for me. lol..... Maybe it is just for today

I thought I would try the curbside pickup for the first time this afternoon. Once I was notified my order was ready I drove over to pick it up. After checking in when I arrived it took 62 minutes before a worker showed up at my vehicle to load it. That is terrible 😢

Walmart in Coweta a saleslady violated me, ask me did I pay for my merchandise when I had receipts on hand because, I felt being black she was stereotyping me with other women thinking I didn't pay for my merchandise . I showed all receipts and paid right in front of her she was not right. I will NEVER RETURN THERE I WAS AT THE CASHIER CHECKING OUT SHE HAD THE NERVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Online shoppers interfere with those doing their own shopping. Crowded by, run over by, and ignored. No 10-foot rule? No Serant Leadership?? Far too many self serves. Not nearly enough cashiers.Real food selection shrinking in favor of kid-friendly garbage and trendy diets.

Score! This Coweta Super Wal-Mart is pretty super. It's clean. Shelves are stocked. Very friendly staff. Right there off of Hwy 51 in between Broken Arrow and Coweta. Great vinyl selections for all ages!

WalMart's Bakery has some great cake decorators. Our family has used them numerous times with fantastic results. They have a couple of very fancy competition cakes on display in the bakery showcasing their talent. If you need a cake made for a celebration, the bakery at walmart is now a great choice.

I love this Walmart it’s convenient to get in and out of the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff are so helpful. I have gotten my flu shots my Covid vaccine, my shingles all at one location and they keep track of when my meds need to be refilled and contact the doctor so I don’t have to. They send me reminders, so I don’t have to worry about it. The store has a great selection and choices.

The workers filling up for online orders are the rudest people I've ever met. No matter how many times I say "excuse me" they won't move out of my way so I can get through to grab what I need. For a 600 billion dollar company, y'all sure are greedy by price gouging everything in site. Sam is rolling in his grave by how horrible Walmart has become and how they treat customers

Like everywhere in Oklahoma, the people are extremely friendly, the store is clean, and has MOST of what you need. What you can't get at the store, Walmart has online.I moved here from CA, which was dirty, and the vast majority of people are, well, let's say, "not good people", that isn't a problem that I've ever had here. Its a very quality Walmart.

You have the absolutely rudest cashiers I have ever seen in any store anywhere. Your floor workers are marvelous & very helpful. I am new to this area & I've been there 4 times & spent at least 200-300 dollars a trip. I'm disabled & use a cart.& I will travel up the road to Reasors from now on. BETTER PRICES & FULL SUPPLIES FOR OUR HEALTH NEEDS. Even the little market closer to me has better selections & lower prices....

Clean, well organized, large aisles that don't make you feel like you have to dance with other customers to go past them & great selections! Much better than other Walmart's I've shopped at. I will definitely make this particular store my go to Walmart.
