This place is truly a blessing!! My black lab, Deli, is a rescue and is unsure about boarding situations. Deli has been twice now and the staff is so good to her! I’m an overbearing pet mom and always message the pet resort to see how Deli is doing. The staff sent me pictures and videos and kept me updated on how she was doing! Amazing people! They genuinely care about your pet and will do anything and everything to make sure your pet is comfortable. It’s so hard to leave Deli, but when I have to I know she’s in great hands! I drive 40 minutes to get to this place and it is so well worth it. Great prices and they do a great job on their grooming. Highly recommend!

This review is based on the grooming services only and specifically related to doodles. If you have a doodle, of any variety, I would not bring my dog to BA Pet Resort. Before scheduling with them, I asked if their groomer had experience working with doodles and I was assured she did. My doodle looked like a soft cuddly teddy bear when I dropped her off. You can see the results in the pictures. I have now bathed my dog 3 times since going to BA Pet Resort and her hair still isn’t the same. I’m not sure if they used some type of product to blow her hair straight but I’m hoping her curly hair will come back.

We've been boarding Bonnie (our little Morkie) at Broken Arrow Pet Resort multiple time a year for 6 years. We also get her grooming done there. They love her and treat her so good. Bonnie is always excited to see her friends that work there and all the workers are excited to see Bonnie. It makes me feel good every time I drop her off to see how excited she is.

We use BA Pet Resort and Spa for grooming and boarding. We are always happy with their services. Our dog who is older and blind used to be nervous going to boarders, but she is not as anxious anymore. The staff is super friendly and take really good care of the facility and the pets. Definitely recommend!!!

We left Stella and Barlow here for 9 days. It was our first time there and they were so happy when we picked them up, we could tell they got lots of love and exercise! Thanks and we’ll definitely come back.

Are you wondering if this place will take care of your pet. YES, with joy and happiness, your pet may actually prefer to stay here even if you want them to come home. Think of it this way, your kid is scared of preschool but by the end of the week they're running from the car and YOU to get inside the building. That's what we've experienced with our girl, she LOVES GOING and getting her to leave is hard, she wants to stay and play.The employees are wonderful, they're happy, show genuine care for my girl and she loves being with them. The key is the animals show they're happiness here. I'll be introducing my older dogs soon.Thank you to the Staff at BAPR for taking such good care of my LL.

After all that happened in my review below, my dog has come down with kennel cough.what a nightmare. All that my dog had to go through wasn't worth me taking a vacation. Edited review!!!! Don't have your pets nails clipped. One nail was almost completely cut off. Our vet clips nails every month and has never cut her that short. Poor baby. Noticed it when we arrived home along with a sore spot on nose. Wish they would have let me know when I picked her up. Made me uneasy they decided not to tell me about it

My puppy was not very comfortable with people. I had to leave town for a week and had to board my six month old puppy. We went to visit and the staff was super friendly! They took their time with me and my puppy. So friendly that when we went back for a doggie daycare my puppy was so happy to see the staff!

We were really apprehensive to leave our Cane Corso, because he's really not a people or dog person. He is a farm dog. He's massive and very protective although he is our baby and is the sweetest with us.The girls at BA pet resort worked very hard with him, with a lot of TLC, they had him playing with them safely and fetching for his toy. The girls ( staff) were so sweet and even showed me video of his excellent progress. As an entrepreneur I travel a lot and I wouldn't leave him anywhere else. Every time I called, they gave me updates of how he was doing and his daily routine. Even though is quite a ways for us, this is our place of choice for our so NOT gentle giant :)

We've had Theresa as our groomer for years. When she went to Broken Arrow Pet Resort we went with her. It is one of the nicest pet resorts ive ever seen. The other lady working there was the nicest lady. Unfortunately i forgot to catch her name. I was really impressed with everything. Pet grooming prices are some of the best. Pet boarding seems to be like a little mini vacation for your furry loved ones. Highly recommend!!

First time working with them and I enjoyed the experience and so did my doggies.(Huskies)They stayed a week during the holidays. The only thing we delt with was kennel cough after but that's understandable since germs can be anywhere. We have already booked a second visit and they had a great time then also.

This place is amazing. The doctor and staff showed us so much understanding , time and love to a very bad situation. We brought our Sweet Cali Lyn our 12yr, 5lb Yorkie. They took us in right away. We lost her and our hearts are broken. I will highly recommend ❣️

Our two big ones had a wonderful 10 day experience while we were on vacation. This was our boys first time away from us so we were a little worried. But they were great with him. Neither of them were stressed at all when we picked them up. They had plenty of room to roam. We will definitely use them for our next vacation.

Please don’t take you dog here if you love them. They were given written and verbal instructions of how to take care of my dog. They completely ignored everything and will treat your animal how they see fit. I boarded my dog for 4 nights and I’m sooooo sorry that I did.

Boarded our 2 dogs for 10 days and scheduled grooming and bath for one of them that really needed when dropping them off. Pick up day was scheduled for 7-2-21 and when we get there, pay first including grooming/ bath and immediately we noticed he was Not groomed and from white dog turned into yellow how much more Dirty the poor dog was…We waited to hear something about it but unless we Said it, they wouldn’t have said anything.Of course after we said it,they agreed it wasn’t done and came up with an excuse when they had 10 days to do it and provide a more comfortable stay for my dog. I regret We Did not complained about it because it was too late anyway and just took him immediately to another groomer. Very frustrated!!!

We boarded our dog Bear for 10 days with them. He was so happy to be there, I didn't think he would leave. He is big (82 lbs) and 18 months old. He isn't around any dogs at home so he enjoys being around other dogs. The Staff really enjoys all the dogs and love their work there. Bear will be back. Thanks!!!

This is the only place I'll take my dogs to for boarding now! They take really good care of them and keep me updated, even posted pictures of them for us to see. I have a larger nervous dog and they did awesome with her. I was very happy with them!
