I've been looking everywhere for dog bones! Had to go to Cordell, so we stopped to see if the meat department had any. Asked a gentleman in the meat department, and he stopped what he was doing, and went into the back, found a huge bone, and cut it up for me! Every other store just told me no! My dog us very happy!!!

The works are always so friendly!! However there are time they could speed things up especially when they start to get busy. I always feel like a few workers slow down when they are more people in the store trying to check out!!

Excellent experience in the store. The employees are friendly and very helpful. There was a product I was looking and I asked an employee about the product. She looked on the shelves where she thought they would be. Then she said I will be right back, she went to the back and brought me the item I was looking for. If you are in the area, this is the store to do your shopping at.

The younger checkers are gum chewing and unfriendly. They dont say a word until it's time to tell you how much you owe, and then ask what kind of sack you want. They've stopped taking your groceries to your car. Funny, I dont notice the groceries getting cheaper for the lack of customer service. I worked at this same store 40 plus years ago while in high school. Our manager jumped all over us if we didnt greet everyone who came through the doors. The automatic doors dont work very well so if I have to push my own cart out at age 60, I feel sorry for the older folks.

Nice staff. This was the Cordell store. Oklahoma needs to create competition in retail so the consumer can benefit. Sales tax is 10%. Homeland and United are owned by the same company. Walmart is cheaper by 30% on pet food, frozen food, etc. but who wants to shop there all the time. Add Safeway, Ralph's, Giant, Shoppers Food Warehouse, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Wegman's, Whole Foods or any other chain that can do a weekly sale and then... we have a ball game! United is high priced. Cheaper to shop in a major city. The staff is nice. Oklahoma sucks for not creating competition.

Cordell United has more choices on certain things, we bought fast fixins steak patties there because the Clinton location don't have them
