Dr rector has always had the best interest of my animals I don’t trust any other vet other than him , always an excellent job excellent care and I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary for my animals, I’ve seen dr rector do the unthinkable and save my mothers dogs so many times from depression to other natural things dogs tend to do, and my two dogs love dr rector. Very kind and patient people, despite my antisocial dogs. They were able to set us up with a light sedative for the snappy one. I was able to give it to her before bringing her up there. They were able to gently get a muzzle on her and maintain calm with calm voices and petting during the blood test. Awesome animal hospital. Gave the co-operative girl a bath, and a beautiful hair cut. We use them for all our pet needs, great personalities up there. They take great care of our babies.

Would have given them 0 but I had to leave at least 1 start... the ladies at the counter are absolutely horrible, rude and flat out disgusting! They need to change their attitudes and wipe the B face of themselves... if I had those ladies working for me they world be fired! Especially the purplish red hair younger drugg addict looking one! They do not belong in customer service... shame shame on you! Treat ppl like a pos... the young lady is nice she doesn't belong around those witches. Do your pet a favor and go down the road.

I took my daughter's cat in for a mass on each side around his stomach. They were wonderful to us. Even though we had to put our precious cat down and were devastated, the staff was incrediblely kind and understanding. They even gave my college student daughter a discount. I can't say enough good things about these people.

When I took my cat in she was sick. The previous vet which I had taken her to said she was fine. I took her to DR. Rector. In a short time thoroughly he diagnosed her. He found she was sick gave her shots and introduced me to Provecta which I use on her monthly! It is great. It kills fleas, flea eggs, worms, etc. she has since been eating normally, not sick to her stomach after she eats. Her fur is shiney and back to her playful self! He gives her Yearly rabies shots. In the past he also treated my dogs and a cat! Always kind and service and atmosphere is awesome. No rushing! My family and friends have used Dr. Rector. My cat has put on weight and is extremely healthy. Thank you Dr. Rector!!! You and your staff are a blessing! Cathy Long

We took cooter dog to be altered, he said his testicles were getting in the way of his positive thinking. He came home happy go lucky and ready to play with his cats and little dogs. Doing great couldn't ask for a better vet and will definitely take our other pets there.

Doc is one of the best vets u will find I worked for him 10 years ago and still use him to this day he treats the animals as if they where his own and he really cares about the animals his staff is always very friendly as well and is good with ur pets he will also do everything in his power to help u to save money and make u feel like u and ur pet is top priority

I noticed my mare had discharge from her nostrils and had a swollen tongue. I normally use a different veterinarian. I loaded up my mare and drove to my normal VET. Upon arrival I was told by his staff that he was out on a farm. This was not my understanding before I left my house. So in a frantic I left that vet and called Woodland animal hospital. They closed at noon and I had at least a twenty minute drive and I got there after 12. The vets staff was very kind. I unloaded my mare and the vet examined her. She had been bit or stung by something and was ,having some difficulty breathing. Her tongue was really swollen. The VET gave her the needed meds and sent me home with more for next three days. He was very gentle with her and I was impressed. They didn't have to stay open for me but they did. I feel like they went beyond the call of duty for me and my mare. Thanks to DVM JOHN RECTOR. And thank you for the kind lady at the front desk. God Bless.

My visit was fast and easy. The staff were vary nice to my animals that I brought and they were as gentle as they could be with them. The staff answered the questions I asked almost right away with a nice tone.

Ive called or went to this vet twice now and both times they seemed more interested in running up my charges than taking care of my animals.1st time was for my dog having a lump in her throat. They wanted to keep her overnight to monitor her when she hadn't had a procedure, we went elsewhere where the gave her her meds and everything was great.The second is I have a litter of pups has diarrhea and I wanted to bring a sample for testing. I live 30 min away and was going to be passing thru on a extremely cold day. They pretty much insisted I bring one of the puppies in for a "office visit" $45 extra. I don't care about the cost just wasn't what I needed. So I drove a extra 40 or so miles to go to a country vet in Waurika. .
