I love the drive thru. They accommodate me due to my truck sits very high & makes me hang out of the window to reach what is in the drawer. They putt everything into a bag & push it all the way forward so I can reach it more safely.

Paid for a $45 t-mobile card. Went home and spent 20 minutes trying to get it to work before finally calling customer service who said it wasn't a valid card and it needs to be taken back to the point of purchase. Took it back to this Walgreens and they told us there was nothing they could do for us. No suggestions on what to do. Just too bad so sad, you're out $45.

10/17/23 around noon tried to go in to get help printing some photos out of recently deceased loved ones for the funeral. The person who came over to help was RUDE AND VERY IRRITATED that I was even asking her any questions. I finally told her I would take my business elsewhere! SERIOUSLY THE MANAGER HERE NEEDS TO TEACH THEIR EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE. BECAUSE THE WORDS 'CUSTOMER SERVICE ' on her name badge does not apply to them.

Wow. Two visits in 2 days. One to buy things and the other to return something that was damaged. It's like a ghost town. I only saw three people total and not one smile, not one welcome, and not one Thank you

Cashiers in the front Both in cosmetics and the front Cashier need to work on their people skills. Me a person of color walks in the store. No, hello, no, hi no, how are you doing? Then I go and ring up my stuff. Not a thank you, nothing. White person walks in hi how are you? How was your day? That's pretty messed up.

Very disappointed, been coming to this location for 6+ years and never really had a problem until this last couple weeks. First the pharmacy just basically tosses out my prescriptions i was waiting on with no notification, then when I get my provider to just resend the prescriptions so they get filled. The pharmacy temporarily close after sending me an email my prescriptions are ready?! Then when i go into the store to print some pictures, they inform me that the instant printing is not available right now and cant tell me when itll be working again. Happened to notice their store was looking a bit neglected and their self checkout was also not working.Then the cherry on top I called the store when i got home to inquire about how long the pharmacy would be closed before switching my multiple prescriptions over to another pharmacy, and wouldn't you know it their phone lines are down. will not be using this pharmacy any longer, very disappointed and frustrated.

I’ve had good experiences at the pharmacy, but I’ve made several photo orders at to this place and it’s a hit or miss whether or not they received my order. I have order confirmations screenshot on my phone to prove I actually made an order to this particular Walgreens, and the order is no where to be found when I go in to pick the photos up. Not sure if this is an issue with the Walgreens system as a whole, or if it’s an issue with this particular location. However, this is the only location I’ve had trouble with.

I needed to pick up one prescription and it was about 1:20 when i got to the pick up line. It took the lady 10 minutes to get 3 cars through and then when i got up to the window she was very rude and said “i’m sorry we go to lunch at 1:30 and it’s 1:30” (and yes i knew they go to lunch at 1:30) I told her that it was literally 1:30 on the dot the time just changed and she told me to just “come back”, she didn’t even think about if i had anything else to get done today. They need to alternate there lunches, they need to realize that some people can’t “come back” or some people need there medication right at that moment. This experience makes me want to go to CVS and not give them anymore business. They lady at the window should’ve have been a lot nicer, it’s not like she couldn’t of spent 2 more minutes to give my prescription.

Sat and waited for this place to open so i could load money on a card. Just to get attitude from a worker because her phones were down. Could've handled that situation way better than that

If you’re dealing with anyone in the pharmacy besides the actual pharmacist, you’re going to be met with unhelpful attitude. Pharmacist was very nice but his staff is awful.

They're nice but everytime I try to use my points or one of their coupons I am made to feel that I inconvenienced them. Seriously? I just moved back from South Florida and will say this store could learn from the Walgreen's in FL. There they Ask if you have a coupon or If you'd like to use your points. I definitely was never made to feel less or like a challenging customer all because I wanted to use Their program to save money. Ridicules.

I fully understand that the customer isn't always right. But when you try to fill a 90 day prescription at a distant Walgreens, and they only give you 30 days worth, so you call this Walgreens (within 7 days), they make promises, "Sure, we'll fix it in 2 weeks and give you the rest!" Then when you call back on the exact day they told you to, they tell you that is it the other Walgreen's fault and that they can't do anything about it because you aren't calling within the 7 days. 😐 I know it was a mistake at the other Walgreens, and I know I missed it before driving away, but how about taking some ownership of your misinformation? Come on, this is not Taco Bell drive thru we are taking about. It's months of prescription medication.

Obviously worst pharmacy! Every time they say something is ready you have to wait an additional 30 min and it may or may not be ready. Frustrating when they say it’s ready and it’s not every time there is an excuse why it’s not and why “someone” said it is.

Absolutely deplorable behavior from the pharmacy tech/sales clerk. I witnessed this clerk verbally attack a blind patron and refuse him service because he did not have a "driver's license". He produced a valid Oklahoma Identification Card to make his purchase and repeatedly stated that he did not have a driver's license because he was blind. He further stated that he was a disabled veteran to which she replied "I don't care. I guess you made poor life choices then". I witnessed and heard this with my own ears.It took everything I had to not explode but I dropped my merchandise on the floor and walked out. I encourage EVERYONE to avoid this store and Walgreen's!

This is the very worst pharmacy I have EVER been to. I have waited ALL day for an antibiotic cream. At 9 o'clock this morning i was told they would have it at 1 p.m. i started calling at 1:30 - THREE times. Finally went down there at 6 o'clock and waited and waited, only to be told they were still out of it and wouldn't have it until Monday! They called 2 other pharmacies and said it was over $153. No, my dr said it was less than $15! She said i would have to call the dr and get it changed o an ointment. Did i mention that it's 6 o'clock p.m.? They could have told me this on any one of the THREE phone calls i made this afternoon! Will NEVER EVER come here again!

Courteous service for me they have gone above and beyond to make sure that I get my prescriptions on time. Love the drive-thru makes it very convenient. The downside is there very busy and sometimes you may have to wait but it's worth it

I've always had good customer service. I find it odd that on several occasions they can only give me part of my medication. They seem to be out of things a lot in the pharmacy. It seems less busy then the one on 96th.
