I’m giving three stars because the original service I was offered years ago was incredible but what I received today has me looking for a new vet. I called and made an appointment for a stray cat that had shown up at my house that I wanna take in. I was quoted a fair price and booked the appointment. I showed up for the appointment and when checking in they started quoting me 100 dollars more right from the start. After mentioning my quote they started pushing a subscription that was 100 more than the second price given. I understand having to pay for services but if someone asked for a quote they have a budget to stay in.

When my German Shephard, Lulu, came down with a prolonged case of 'poopies', I became concerned. As I am new to the Collinsville area, I wasn't sure who to trust with my sweetie. A friend suggested calling Brenda at Collinsville Animal Hospital. Well, it was a perfect suggestion! The staff and doctors are compassionate and dedicated, and are friendly and helpful. Lulu made a full recovery within a day! Awesome! I received a follow-up call within a couple of days checking on her! Now that's service! I would definitely recommend Collinsville Animal Hospital for your fur-babies!!

VCA staff has been so incredibly patient and accommodating for my dog. She has intense anxiety and they always handle her with care. They are always willing to answer any questions I have. Dr. Rachel and Dr. Tiffany are unmatched in their compassion and care. Best VCA in the area!

Our dogs have been with Collinsville Veterinary Hospital for about 2 years now. The entire staff are courteous on the phone & so welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. The care they show to our four legged family can't be beat!4/19- This is an update on my thoughts on the continued care I’ve received at Collinsville Veterinary Hospital. Still as friendly, helpful & caring when it comes to my doggies! The staff is the BEST🐾💥

They take the best care of my fur babies! The staff is super friendly and they know us all by name. Everyone loves on my animals and makes them feel like they're going to visit their "friends". The staff is very knowledgeable and their facility is top notch. It's always a positive experience when we go!

I was very pleased! My Great Pyrenees walked in and it was a very clean and friendly environment. They were very helpful and got my dog caught up on all of her vaccinations. They were very quick and my dog was completely calm! They were very friendly and treated my dog with great care.

My pup was killed by a prescription they gave him! They said he had roundworms and so they gave him a dewormer. He started getting symptoms of an overdose or like he wasn't reacting well to it. (He did have a heart murmur so it could have thinned his blood too much for him. And the vet should know what to give a pup and what shouldn't be given especially when they have heart problems! )So we took him there and he stopped breathing on the way. They wanted to turn us away but we told them no. They took him in for like 15-25 seconds and came out say that he had passed. They didn't even try helping him. Never bring your pet here. Do not trust them with your fur babies life. Because of their lack of care I had to lay my baby boy to rest. He was just a puppy! (9 weeks)

I took my sweet Goldendoodle in because he hasn’t been feeling well, and I absolutely loved the service we received. From the time we walked in the door, we were greeted with big smiles and kind hearts. Everyone there truly cares about the well being of your pet, they make you feel like you’re apart of their family. So glad I found the perfect vet for my sweet boy!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had no less than 4 different nurses or assistants attend to us while we waited for the doctor. Dr. Hermes was very knowledgeable and had a very calming presence for our doggo. They went out of their way to make sure we could save as much money as possible also.

I am so grateful for CVH and every single staff member! I trust them implicitly with all my animals. Their facility is top notch; the vets and techs are highly trained and the best in the business. They go above and beyond for animals and their humans from the moment they enter until well after they leave. The office staff is excellent and caring, and they work diligently to make sure you are comfortable and understood. I know my pets get the most advanced treatment and best care available. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

They are so sweet and caring here. My dog was recently neutered and they truly cared about his well being and called me to make sure he was doing good after his surgery. Also, it’s a super clean facility which is important to me!

I have two large dogs, and they know when they are going to the vet. Theyare always excited about going, so I know they get treated well while in their care. They do an outstanding job grooming and trimming. I can't say enough good things about their people and care.

Dr. Imke and the staff at Collinsville Veterinary Hospital are very caring and provide excellent care for our dog, Katy Mae Rose. The staff is always cheerful when they greet us and go out of their way to make our Labrador retriever comfortable while there. In addition to providing excellent health care they have a very good groomer. We highly recommend Collinsville Veterinary Hospital for your pet's health care and grooming needs.

Love love love this place!! I cannot say enough nice things. Brenda is amazing and always makes a fuss when we come in. She always asks how the fur babies are doing and how my family is. To me, that is the ultimate way to go in a business. My Smokey had heartworm and the staff took very good care of him. Oh I can't remember her name, but she just loves Smokey and always makes a big deal when he comes in. We also had a kitten that had a lot of problems and we did everything we could to try and fix him, but he just wasn't getting any better, only worse. They were extremely caring and did all they could to take care of us and him. I will always be grateful for the compassion they had shown us. Both Vets are wonderful as well and always informative. I recommend them to friends and family always.

I love this veterinary and highly recommend her. She and her staff are very friendly and helpful. They know their clients on a first-name basis, and they genuinely care about animals. I recently moved out of the state, but even after moving from Collinsville to Tulsa, I still drove back or arranged for someone to take my dog there. They always called for vaccination reminders and to check up on the dog after a visit.

I went in because my dogs leg was really swollen and she began getting sick. The front receptionists seemed pleasant, once we got to the back the vet tech and vet were RUDE. They acted as if I wasn’t sure how old MY dog was, or how long she’s been injured. They did not care about anything but racking up the money. 10/10 do NOT recommend going here.

Dr. Imke and the entire staff are very caring. They go the extra mile to give my pooches the best care! My guys have some special health issues and I researched to find a veterinarian up for the challenge. They were not only up to the challenges but have gone above and beyond in providing the best care!

In town visiting with relatives. Our Papillon, Radar, was due for teeth cleaning. Called several vets in the Tulsa area, and when our son got back from out of town, he recommended we try his vet in Collinsville. We called and they wanted to meet Radar before they would give us a quote, visit was awesome...super friendly, and when the visit with Dr Scott was over, the costs seemed competitive. At this point, I would HIGHLY recommend this facility. More to come after his teeth cleaning appointment next week.

We have used collinsville veterinary hospital for 4 years now and wouldn't think of taking of dogs anywhere else. They know all three of our dogs by name and are very friendly every time we call or come in. They have even helped us find a home for a stray dog we found! The entire staff truly love all animals. They take the time to explain things as well.

I took my dog in because he was attacked by other dogs his legs were swollen and cut up along with his face. I had told the lady in the front he was doing better but he still needed to be seen right away. She seemed to care in the begining, she went to the Vet and told him what was going on and he told us to come back later.. Understandable, so we left and told them we were going to call to see what was a good time.. We call them back when we got home, she informs us they are booked out for the day. We asked how is that possiable when she told us they had openings in the afternoon. Then proceeds to tell us that she had other people come in and they needed to be seen because they were more important...Took our babies to Skiatook Vet where the Vet was completely booked for the day but we told him what happened to our dog and told us to bring him in right away. He was caring, concerned, quick, down to business and made us and our dog feel important.

This was my first visit to CVC. I was greeted at the door and welcomed to the facility. Your customer service is exemplary! The entry area is clean and attractive and continues through to the exam rooms. My pet was treated gently and kindly by your Doctor and technician.(Being 11 yrs, I know he appreciated it.) My concerns were addressed and recommendations were made. All in all I am so very pleased and will refer all my animal lover friends to CVC.

The receptionist was nice as always and this was the first time I had both dogs with me so it was stressful for me but she came over and held one of them while I waited for a room. The vet tech I had this time was a different one than I had in the past and she was amazing. One of my dogs is very scared in public and doesn't like new people and she was so kind to her that she had no problem going to the back with her to get a shot. Both of my dogs were finished at different times so I had one at the front counter with me and the tech brought out my other dog (the scared one) and held her leash for me while I paid. I turned my head to check on my dog and she was "hugging" the tech. I didn't get the tech's name but I hope that me and my pups have her in the future because she was great. This was the best visit i've had by far.

Tried getting my dog seen due to some bite wounds and they didn't seem to care and sent us home. Saying they was too busy come back later even tho they didn't even have anyone in the waiting room. Called another vet up the road and even tho they was fully booked that day the doctor said bring him in that u dont put something like that off got us seen as soon as we walked in.

We have been coming here for 2 years. And we love it!!! We have a dog that has major allergies which causes us to come in a lot! The staff is always helpfully and teaches us how to work with all of the issues that come our way.

This facility does the least amount of work possible to save an animals life, but is willing to take money for services barely rendered. After they accidentally issued a slightly shorted number of pain pills, I went to retrieve the remaining pill owed to me where I was again charged another exam fee of 30.00. My feline has suffered for over a week with an abscess that was never lanced or drained of infection. I have had to do all the work that I had already initially paid the vet with "specialized training" to do. I have already rated them here, however, my initial post was taken down (more than likely because it was VERY honest and that's no good for their untarnished reputation)..imagine what would happen if you got to read ALL the honest reviews and not just the ones they've left up for you to read. 100% do no recommend

Wonderful atmosphere and all the staff as well as Dr. Imke were terrific! Took time to answer all my questions and made me and my pup extremely comfortable during the visit. Highly recommend!

They staff and DR's are great .they keep in touch with you. And I received call from the DR asking how my Romeo was doing after he had his shots because the last time he had a rough time with it. Great people
