Very good and experienced veterinarian and staff. Dr. Sears is the best! Very clean. Very expensive... medications, including common antibiotics and nsaids are $5 per pill. Teeth deep cleaning, labs, and yearly shots for my Jack Russell was $864.00

Absolutely outstanding! One dog had an ear issue going on. With 1 visit she is back to 100%!! Our big boy had some random overnight issues arise, we were able to get him in seemingly immediately. They have been the best group of people to work with getting to the bottom of it! Everyone from the front office to the back are outstanding people! They don't just listen to you, they HEAR you and do everything they can to help! My family has been using this vet for 30+ years, wouldn't take my pups anywhere else!

The Doctors and staff are very friendly and and professional. Their compassion is evident at every visit whether it is for a well care visit, an emergency, or euthanasia. I've had to use them for all of these, and will make sure any pet of mine is their patient!

I absolutely love the care and love they give my pups, Noodles and Pixel. They'd probably even care for the smaller feral human I have too if allowed. 😂 They are genuine in their practice and I'm never disappointed with them. From setting appointments to communicating with the doctors, it's always a nice experience here from everyone. And all the small creatures of my house are happy and healthy with their help! 🙌

We recently brought in our dog Freckles to be groomed based on the recommendation of another groomer who referred me here. Freckles has trouble going to the groomers so we needed a few special accommodations for her.Emily the groomer was exceptionally receptive about our special requests for our dog and she went above and beyond communicating with us during the process about how our dog was doing. On top of that she did a phenomenal job giving her a full grooming.The receptionist staff were also very friendly and pleasant, overall it was a great first experience with this place and I would recommend it, especially grooming with Emily!

I just picked up my puppy on Saturday 5/14 and had an appointment on Monday 5/16. This was my first time ever coming to the clinic. When you walk in, it is very clean, smells clean, and organized. The receptionist were very sweet. The room we went to was just as clean and organized. The vet Dr. Bob handled my puppy with care like it was his own. With any question that was asked he explained it with detail. The appointment didn't feel rushed it felt like your pet mattered. Some places I have been to you're in and out and feels like your just money to them but not this place. I will highly recommend them to everyone I know!

Have used this vet since moving to the area 3 yrs ago. Never a bad experience. Always available for a sick pet. Caring and compassionate. Provided excellent care and service to me and my dog when we had to put her down. The cremation services are affordable and will allow us to keep our precious pet forever.

I don't know which war he was in, but he was an awesome vet! Thank you for your service....our country, and now our pets owe you... I see "vets" all the time now on street corners begging for money. When they could easily find work at animal clinics who desperately need good vets. It's a sad, sad time when there are so many animal doctors begging for money and living on the streets.

We have been bringing our fur family to Eastside for the last 20 years. The facilities are modern and clean with fantastic front of office staff and superb doctors. We have seen multiple generations of fur family with Eastside and we have never even contemplated switching. Our fur babies are more like children to us and only the best medical care will do. For us...this means Eastside Veterinary Hospital every time.

I’ve been with this place for years. Have had to request not to see one doctor for being charged $300 for treatment that wasn’t clearly described. They cleaned my cats paw. Not removal if the claw that was hanging out but to CLEAN the paw off that we could have done at home.I’m not sure since that is in our chart now that they are rude and hateful to me or what. They’ve gotten thousands of dollars in my business. We recently had pregnancy care with them for my dachshund and when she went into labor no one would call us back. 3 hours later after a dead puppy the vet just said well that’s what happens. I decided to leave this review after calling today and tolerating yet again another rude encounter of the front desk. I was inquiring about getting the puppies neutered and boarding for them afterwards while we are on vacation. She didn’t have time, she was rude. The office in the background was so loud she couldn’t hear me.literally the only time this lady was decent to me was when I said you know if you don’t have time to give me a quote to have 3 dogs neutered I can just go somewhere else. She said OK! Like it was the best news she’s heard all day. I’m a 7 years customer with multiple animals and surgical procedures through them. Very sad.

I’ve given this place 3 tries.Our visits:1) Boarded 4 dogs the first time for 11 days.2) Male neuter3) Eval for one of my shepherds dysplasiaPricing has never been what we were originally told.1) Boarding was nearly $500 more than what we were told at drop off. We left extra food just in case our trip caused delays. Luckily we did, because they told us the dogs went through all of it. Which there was no way this happened without having fed them double. They misplaced bowls, the food storage, leashes, blankets… everything we left with them was misplaced or we didn’t receive it back at all. The techs told us that none of the dogs got to play or go out together. Yet, I paid for it and was not told about that by the front desk. You have to pay extra to have your dogs eat their own food which is crazy. But, we are new to the area, wanted a good vet so we chanced them again.2) The neuter was an overnight stay. I was okay with this because I’ve had bad experiences doing same day pickups and I’d rather them keep care if anything happened. Again, pricing was not what we were quoted. For the most part, things went fine with this. It wasn’t until we got our dog home to find the vet tied kerlex way too tight around his neck to affix the cone to it. My wife couldn’t get a single finger under it. He had a collar on which would have been fine to attach the cone.3) when we went to pick up the neutered dog, we were having the others hips checked since this would have been her new vet. They walked her down the hall then said we had to make another appointment to have X-rays done. We were clear what we needed done in this appointment, but hey, they got to charge me another $100+ for this appointment.So, not very happy about the cost to performance ratio. Coming from Tampa to this vets office; the service here is well overpriced and not worth the experience we have had so far.There are plenty of good reviews here about others experiences. You may have a more pleasant time here than we have.

Our usual vet was not available for a last minute emergency appointment on a Friday. I started calling around and Eastside was able to see our cavapoo within the hour. By doing so I saved her from a full weekend of misery from a double ear infection. So greatful for them and Thier willingness to see a new patient late on a Friday

Our lab Buddy had minor surgery at EVH. Dr. Bob and the staff were phenomenal. They took great care of buddy, kept us informed about his procedure, the testing and his recovery. They sent us home with crystal clear instructions for aftercare and even a little bag of treats. We couldn't be more pleased with the care, communication or the value of the service we received.
