The last few times we’ve ordered from this location it seems like they’ve gotten the order wrong. We got a Sugar Free Caramelizer that wasn’t Sugar Free and a Vanilla protein Latte that had entirely too much syrup in it to the point that it was undrinkable. Not sure what they do different here when it comes to the protein lattes but they are not good.

My friend LOVES Dutch Bros, so when she was having a bad day, I went and got her a Frozen Annihilator with soft top. I'm not a coffee person, but she is, and that made her day! Didn't fix what was wrong, but reminded her someone cares. They have gift cards . . . And really friendly crew plus Drive-thru or walk-up if you prefer. I noticed they had some mint ice cream type drinks, so I am telling another friend about that, because she LOVES all things MINT!!

Idk how someone can screw up an order this bad. I just got home and my peach green tea is not a peach green tea, it’s just plain green tea. I even asked to confirm if it was peach. My cold brew also has no flavoring in it 🙃 like this wasn’t worth the 12 I spent to get it, especially at 8am while being damn near 8 months pregnant. I was also the only person there at the moment so even more confused on how people could mess it up. I would say don’t waste your money at this one and go to the one on 86th.

I waited an hour and a half for two coffees. I understand places can be understaffed or that certain days and times are busier than others but over an hour for a coffee is insane. I love Dutch Bros coffees but I would rather go to Starbucks. The wait times there are a fraction of the wait times at Dutch.

Dutch bros certainly has a reputation for having nice talkative baristas and I think this location has that boxed checked.I've tried a lot of drinks here and many of them don't really meet expectations.I ordered the vanilla chai the other day with an extra shot and it was served up so vanilla heavy and very lacking in chai taste whatsoever.The cold brew is always good but that's not something I will come back for frequently.

The frozen coffees are amazing. I haven’t had one that I don’t like, however if there are more than 3 people in front of you, it will take at least 20 minutes to get your drink. There’s a double line that causes issues as people who have been there longer have to wait for others to cut in front of them. There’s also no intercom to place your order, so every order is taken and made at the window, causing a backup. The employees also try to be friendly and start a conversation at the window when they could be taking other orders or helping with drinks. Also, the employees ask every single time for tips making me uncomfortable because I’ve just waited 20 minutes for one drink and the average price of a medium frozen coffee is $7.

I waited 45 mins for a drink?!?! You don’t even wait that long for a steak at a restaurant! The service once u are talking to someone is perfectly fine but this wait is insane! Also the way the drive thru works there you can’t get out of line bc you do have things to do other then wait for a drink! The drinks are delicious but they aren’t worth the wait. It needs to be 10 mins tops.

This is sad. I feel so bad for the servers that were having to stand outside in the cold to take the orders. I waited in the drive thru line for OVER 45 minutes. The employees outside taking the orders were standing right in front of the serving window so it wasn't at all speeding up the process and they were freezing. Very inefficient.

I'm so glad I have to drive 40 minutes just to get coffee here. I've been losing weight steadily for some time now and if it were any closer I would have won that Oscar before Brendan Fraser!! If you're still going to Starbucks your bloodline is weak and you have no game. Anyhow, I will be going back for the cold brew Kicker and if it's sooner rather than later I will just hit the stair stepper for 10 more minutes!!

I absolutely, any day, would choose Dutch Bros over other local coffee locations. But, not this location. Having visited the original locations in Idaho, as well as locations in Colorado, I feel this location is not up to par with the others. They are to greet and carry on conversations with their customers at the window and fail to do so 75% of the time. This location takes on average about 15 minutes in the drive thru to complete an order, sometimes longer. Most times my husbands order is incorrect and it’s not worth waiting to have it remade. I hope in the near future that this location gets some more training and employees to help with the long wait times.

Great drinks great customer service I got the new flavor snow cap freeze but this morning I literally got a pice of plastic stuck in back of my throat only got a small piece out and that came out of the drink. I hope I didn’t swallow more but then an hour later I got another pice of plastic in my mouth Gotta be more carful making the drinks but otherwise delicious and great service

I was 8th in line and it took over an hour to get my drink. Drive thru is poorly designed, once you’re in line, you’re stuck there until you get to the front. Wanted to leave when the line hadn’t moved in the first 10 minutes, but couldn’t.Hadn’t ever been to a Dutch Bros before, won’t be going back.

Went through the drive through today and the line of vehicles were pretty long, but NOT extremely long, people were driving over the curbs and leaving, one girl out taking orders, we had to wait a good 20+ minutes. The young men in making the drinks were having to look at ingredients and seemed there was quite a bit of confusion. One of our drinks was 'as it should be' and the other was not like a frap and little bit of pea size chips of ice, but in no means was it cold, was equivalent to a drink that's been sitting around for an hour or so. I noticed the windows were busted out and boards put up in the windows. My main question is 'where and who is Management/Owner? This certainly can not be good for a business that hasn't been in business here for very long! We enjoy this product in CO and as we travel.To say I was disappointed is an understatement! Not worth it! 😕I've lived in the area for 61 years, people around here are fickle, if they get a bad experience, they may not come back, or they may give them a second chance and then never come back if it's more of the same. Just sayin!Someone better step up and turn this around.*note I feel like the employees we saw were doing the best they could with perhaps the training they've been given, or lack there of.

Would say to do drive through because even with two massive lines, getting out to head up to the window took almost half an hour for 1 drink. There were only 2 people working and the employer needs to fix that because that is just sad. Drink was ok, but could tell it was a cheap roast similar to Starbucks. The workers were sincere though! Thought I'd try it but will stick to Bru and Scoops and Grinds.

Love the drinks and creativity they put into the recipes to get a great taste in their coffee, tea, smoothies, or anything else. I stopped by today for the fill a tray sale, buy 4 medium drinks for only $15. It's nice to see that the employees can wear what they want and show their own personality instead of having to wear a uniform. DB also let's their employees have conversations with the customers. GREAT PLACE, GREAT DRINKS, AND GREAT PEOPLE THAT LOVE THEIR JOBS!OH and PET FRIENDLY!!! GET A PUP CUP!

lately when i go, the employees ask me what ingredients are in the drink, that’s frustrating, then it’s not correct. i don’t like the lines and the wait time. today it was about 20 mins just waiting to get up front and have my order taken. they usually have someone out taking orders in the lanes which kinda speeds things up. with the heat they don’t do this as much, which is understandable but frustrating when there’s 2 lines with people needing to merge and only one person taking orders at the window with 5 employees inside. it would be nice if there was a curbside option where you could preorder and just pick up. hopefully something like that comes in the future. the employees are nice and always try and talk to the customers but i would prefer them to be making my drink than a conversation. hoping things improve i like going here but it’s more of a hassle lately than enjoyable. the drinks are usually great, creative, fast and delicious but lately my experiences make me wanna not go.

If I could give a 0, I would. This location is too way too slow. The majority of employees, though very kind, stink at actually doing work. This time we waited 40 minutes in line and wound up leaving as soon as we got to a spot we weren't trapped by other vehicles.I've seen the employees dancing & singing, throwing ice around and pranking each other, watched them taking selfish, etc. all while the line wrapped around the building. I've still gone back because it's requested by others in my house. But no more.Imagine stopping for coffee before needing to be somewhere, only to be 30 minutes late, or not making it to the appointment, because you were trapped in the slowest drive-thru in Oklahoma...and you didn't even get a drink.Also, the building is still new and already has 2 windows broken out & boarded up. Clearly the company/franchise owner don't care. We won't be returning.

Coffee is okay, the people working there are super sweet BUT they are not very efficient!! Line was not long at all about 4 cars in the line and ended up waiting 30 minutes for a coffe it’s ridiculous!!!! I thought it was just their thing but i went to a different one and i waited like 10 minutes with a much longer line. This location really need to find a more efficient way because it’s absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait.
