The Manager lady is super sweet, that’s why I’m giving this place at minimum 2 stars… There is a Asst manager there I think his name is Jacob, always in a terrible mood never nice to any of the customers and a complete jerk to others, I’ve also Read that he has a track record for how he treats customers… If I where his boss, he’d be fired a long time ago

The manager Cynthia is the most incompetent manager I have seen in years! You should be able to discuss issues with your empoyees. Not just get mad and ignore them like A petulant child! A leader does not just make demands and expect them to be done with out explaining how. A leader doesn't blame her crew for HER mistakes! Training is a joke. Half the starting crew quit because of her! Not to mention purposely not paying employees for their hours!! This is disgraceful!

Stopped by to get helium balloons. Was told I had to buy the string that goes on the balloons....everywhere I’ve ever went (including dollar general) never makes you pay for the white string that is attached to the balloon. I understand paying for the helium but not a string to keep them from blowing away. For a new store, it’s disappointing.

Cashier was clearly annoyed when checking us out. WORK ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do not expect the res carpet but a smile & "thank you" goes a long way. Do better.

I always find items I want at dollar generalThis time it was stocking stuffers as I get a head start on Christmas preparation.The cashier was amazing and pointed out to the couple in front of me that one of the items they were purchasing was damaged. They were very grateful, and I was impressed,

Horrible management! If you refuse communicate with your employees and don't train them like you should, you should step down. Stop ruining the DG name. Also making up excuses to fire good workers makes you seem pathetic.

Nice people. Clean. But when went to check out there was no one to check you out. You could hear them in the office but didn't come out til 2 people had gone thru the self check out.
