DG is so convenient. I don't want to go in a huge store for a few necessities. Just seems like there's always stuff sitting on the floor in the aisles making it difficult to navigate, but l get that it is hard to find good employees, too.

The local D.G the workers are very sweet..they help anyone that needs and do it with a smile, store is clean and they have new items on the app and in store! If you download the app you will be able to collect and use digital coupons which are also a nice feature for basic purposes (razors, bodybwash,cleaning etc)

The hours are convenient and the location is great. They have a wide variety of items from toys to food to hygiene products to clothes to kitchen items to makeup to automotive to pet items and much more. We visit this store almost once a week. I'd definitely recommend this store.

The two gentleman working tonight were super helpful. Very polite and took the time to determine which medication would be more suitable for my toddler.MY ONLY COMPLAINT:I purchase a prepaid phone for my wife to use at the hospital. I made the mistake of purchasing the wrong carrier and as I left the store my wife told me to get the other one. As i tried to return or even exchange it, one of the gentlemen man said he was unsure of his authorization when returning phones, as it is something a manager need to do.He texted her and she told him not to return it. And that it was against policy.Unfortunately I was on a tight budget and was desperate to stay in touch with my wife at the hospital with my sick sick toddler, and I could not afford to buy another phone when I could've easily just traded the unopened box with the other phone that was actually cheaper. Instead I will have to wonder how they're doing while I work and have no communication with them.I wonder if family dollar would have let me return it since they have family in their name, I'd assume they care about FAMILY. Makes me think that dollar general only cares about making the sale and the DOLLAR.

There was a very difficult Transaction that took a while to overcome but Mrs.Amy and Mrs.Jackie were absolutely the kindest and highly Compassionate to help me in this difficult situation. I’m in such Gratitude to these two ladies that truly helped me beyond of what the policy system says. Thank you Amy and Jackie

Needs to be cleaned up a little. I wish every dollar general would have the same products instead of every other one I go to not carrying this or that. I use the Ibotta App and the dollar general coupons on the app carry more products than the store I go to. It was just be nice to be able to get the products I could get from the Ibotta App at the physical dollar general stores.

They always have most everything we always need!!! And they are closer than any other store!! So that keeps us bit safer as well. We always wear masks wherever we need to go.

Most of the employees are friendly. Like many Dollar General stores, it is messy, too much stock in such a small store. 1 employee that may be a mgr has difficulty with the registers, she always has to ring my purchases up twice, had to wait 30 minutes once. Could not just leave because I was concerned she put chgs on my card twice. Very frustrating.

Many things are moderately priced and close to our cousin's neighborhood. However you REALLY NEED TO READ PKGS CAREFULLY!!!! If you just look at a pkg's pic you will most likely be deceived! The Halloween lights appeared to be long however, were only 6ft lighted length & you couldn't unravel or stretch them out!! The dyed gauze cloth appeared window size, but it was more the size of a dish towel!! The floral pics were cute & reasonably priced!!

Really convenient since it's on my way home. They carry everything for my basic needs and the employees here are helpful and can point you to whatever you need. My go to for quick needs

The store offers a wide variety of merchandise and the employees do their job. But I do have a problem with, for instance, the lady that walked in the store with her sweat pants pulled up like capris and she was bare footed! What happened to 'no shirt, no shoes, no service'?

If you have not heard about the Ice Cream 20 ounce cartons for only $1 then you are really overpaying. Four flavors but sooo good.

I've visited every Dollar General in Owasso. Customer service is great except for 120th and Garnett technically Collinsville however this store has more.

Sometimes staff seem like they hate their jobs. I go here all the time out of necessity, but sometimes cringe at the way they deal with other customers, especially difficult customers.
