As a Veteran, I appreciate they offer a military discount. It is also wonderful you are able to pick your own wood, unlike other stores that give you what they want. Love the Staff and thank you so much for serving Western Oklahoma

I needed a part for my lawnmower. I had the old one, plus the part number. The young ladies at the front counter were so willing to assist me & even sent someone to get the part for me. Beyond friendly, helpful & courteous.

I went there to buy a couple of storm doors for my house. I had looked online at several places. I just couldn't find what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I had been there once with my daughter. I hadn't thought about Sutherlands. It finally came to me to search them online. I found exactly what I wanted and got a great price. The door had extras like a really tough screen, and you could lock it from the outside. I was so happy beyond words!! Would recommend them and will be back. I was very pleased with their help. The doorman was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we checked out I even got called Honey!! Wonderful experience.

Every time I come here they are so nice. Last time I asked the guy up front if he had a cable I needed. He told me he didn't think so but pointed me in the direction of where to look. They didn't have it but I appreciate not looking all over the store.

The store is clean and well organized. We were able to get what we needed without hunting through things because everything was where it was supposed to be. That can be a bit unusual in this area.

This store has the ability to be similar to Lowe’s or Home Depo. But with the quality of the items they carry… they will not come close to it. Doing a bathroom remodel and the stuff they care is very poor quality. The employees have no training or experience in hardware or materials.

Not sure if it's just the way Sutherlands is or if it's just the employees or what but wife and I went in and purchased some pretty long and heavy boards and some other stuff and not one employee even as much as offered to help take it out when I ask for a flag or something to put on the tail end because the boards were a little longer than the trailer the cashier looked at me as if I was stupid and had no idea what I was talking about
