I needed cat food and dog food. I know that 1$ bags of cat food are sold here. But when I got inside the store the dog/cat aisle the shelves were mostly empty. So I got the cheapest cat food I could find 4.50$ and a little 3.50$ box of dog food. The dog food was too small for my dogs, but I was trying to save some money so I bought it for them. They ate more than half of the box at one time. I guess their eating cat food tomorrow. I would have liked to have gotten the product I went to Family Dollar for. I will try another store next time.

Rude employees very disrespectful elderly workers, attitudes are uncalled for if they don't like dealing with Costumers why get in that business for work, they can't even put a smile on and kindly respect Costumers, why do they have nothing but old rude ladies who can barely stock the shelves with boxes everywhere empty racks and get mad for something simply that was a accident, you give respect, a Costumers is more likely to give you respect back. I hope this store gets new management and set of respectful workers. Until then we won't be back. . 2 older ladies with glasses I believe the manager and cashier lady had grey hair with glasses very rude they have no shame in the way they talk to costumers.

I use to love this store but Jenny isn't friendly. You can look right at her and smile and she doesn't smile back. She just gives you this look like she isn't in the mood. And the fact that if you have a whole lot of stuff in your cart they don't allow you to push your cart to your car. They have these big metal poles sticking out the side of them so they can't leave the store. I definitely will not be going here any longer. Dollar General is at least friendly.

Good luck on getting any type of friendly service. Suzanne or susan, not quite sure her name, is not at all friendly. And the fact that if you have a lot of items you can't take the basket out to your car. That's ridiculous especially since I use to buy big bags of dog food there. I do not go in there anymore.

This Family Dollar is the Best one I've been to. I moved here from Las Vegas a year ago. The Family Dollars in LV are absolutely Horrible never thought I'd go to one again til i moved here. Store is clean and organized, employees are friendly and helpful.

Better ask is this the real price because you'll be heartbroken after spending hour and a half carefully budgeting gifts to find out that they will not honor their mistake of place on multiple places on the $5 5 shelf and multiple rows on each all of it advertised $5 and at check out it's really $20. That it a shameful way to do folks day after Thanksgiving best shopping day of the year, and now I'm missing a gift for one grandkid and my budget is blown

I went into a few minutes ago and had both of my earbuds in and didn't hear the manager tell me I had to leave my bag up front and one of the workers came at me with an additude saying that I heard the manager. I will no longer be shopping there again.😡 That was totally uncalled for.

Dont go to any of the dollar stores if you need children's Tylenol or any pain or fever relief because you will not find it.

Better then dollar general. At least these stores have orginaztion in them and not product scattered throughout the store and on the floor

Survilence​ Can​ is terrible store full; voice over intercom store security.no marchindise lost. Than the guy come out after make loud announcement I didn't see anybody stilling. I'm gone.

The customer service is bad. I started calling at 8:45 until 9:30 and ni one answered the phone, so they closed early or ignored the phone.
