Love the Claremore grooming facility! So close to home and my dog (Larkin) always smells sooooo good when I pick him up - he also doesn’t seem to hate going there each time like he did when I took him to a different major pet store grooming place in Owasso. He never smelled different at the other place & it was all the way in Owasso.

Costly but only place nearby that has what we need without taking a trip to Tulsa. Nice staff who ARE knowledgeable about the store and it’s clean inside!

Love this store! I went in to find my elder dog something for his hips and Jessie got me some hip and joint treats that did wonders for my Lefty! He was a totally different dog when he started on them. Always love to come in and see smiling staff and fluffy faces.

PetSense... over the last month this place has made my daughters amazingly happy. First with a pretty little Beta named 'Ocean' by my 4 year old. And today we got 'Nacho' a baby Bearded Dragon for my 13 yr old. The staff is very friendly friendly and helpful. And they gave be a Veterans discount because she saw the hat I was wearing. Bravo.

The staff there is always so very friendly and helpful as well as knowledge of their products! And if they dont know right off hand they will go above and beyond to find out for you. They are also personable and that always makes our visits very enjoyable!

I paid 57 dollars for a full groom. This was truly the worst grooming in my history of owning a Shi Tzu. My Shi Tzu is beautiful when groomed properly. I didn't complain because I felt sorry for the groomer. The hair will grow back but the groomers credibility will not. I will not even post her picture as it is atrocious. She looks like a 5 year old found a pair of shears and trimmed the dog while mommie was gone. I found it odd when I came back in after 3 hours the groomer said it's been a very crazy day. I could just imagine what her day was like after scalping a few other dogs before mine. Next time I will trust my instincts. If a groomer takes incredibly bad care of themselves, why would they take exceptional care of your dog. Why in the world would Petsense management allow their groomers the responsibility of a professional groom when they are incapable of providing anything close to the expectation? It was a massive disappointment. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give them a 1 only due to the dog not having any physical proof of abuse. Here is a picture of Lizzie after her cut at Tails a Waigin I will return to them and offer them an apology for trying someone else. At the end of the day, this is not the groomers fault, it is the General management responsibility. I will be contacting them this week requesting a full refund and an apology not only to me but also the groomer as they are absolutely responsible for the groomers training and knowledge of her credentials if any. Not a good review but I believe in the truth and being treated fairly. I will edit this review upon the reply from Petsense customer service. Stay tuned.

Paid for 3 dozen small crickets and didn't inspect before I left, my fault, but when I got home after my 2 mile drive I had 2 dozen alive crickets and a dozen dead. I've bought crickets from this place once before with no issues, but for $0.16 ea and on top of this, I'll get my crickets in Tulsa.

We took our Labradoodle here to be groomed. The prices were competitive to other groomers in town and lower than some others.Tris did an amazing job!!! Our puppy looked awesome!! We were very very happy with her and will continue to go back to them!

I had my parrot, Livie with me after she had been to the vet. There were some very good parrot toys at Petsense. What I was really impressed with were the employees. These two girls were so kind! I didn't get their names, but if all the employees are as wonderful as these girls then this store is doing something right when they hire. They also loved my parrot... That definitely made my experience a good one.This is a great little pet store! Big thumbs up from me, Petsense!

We adopted our cat from here, he’s precious and a perfect fit for our family. The staff and the Chelsea animal shelter were so kind & helpful. They even supplied us with coupons for everything we could need for our new friend. We frequently visit this store for supplies for our pets and the staff goes out of their way to check in our cat and ask if there is anything they can help with. Definitely recommend this store and the Chelsea Animal Shelter.

We have been here to get our dogs nails clipped SEVERAL times...today we walk in and they act like we have never been there before. They lost all of our paperwork and files and refuse to clip our dogs nails. Do not bring your dog here. The people would not look me in the eye and treated me like it was my fault they lost our information. They get an F on organization and D in customer service.

Good selection even though the store seems small. We were able to buy our newest family member a nice name tag and also engrave it while there. On top of everything being easy to find the staff was amazingly helpful and polite!They also have a groomer on staff if your pup needs it!

This place had a nice environment for a small town pet supply store. The staff are friendly and ready to lend a hand. The place was clean a d organized. However, there product were a quite expensive and there wasn't many options to choose from and their inventory was rather small. They provided pet grooming and have cats available for adoption and are provided with all the essential shots.

It's almost a great store. The employees are always very courteous and helpful. They always have what they do have in stock. The store is a little bit limited by it's overall size and the market here in Claremore. So it doesn't stock quite as much as you might hope. My biggest complaint is that I can't bring my pet inside. I'm sure like to know if my Ruby was going to like the toys or the food I bought her before I bought it since she's awfully picky LOL. Still by far the best place in Claremore for pet supplies
