I've had nothing but good experiences here. Have boarded and had groomed three of my dogs, and the staff has never been anything less than accommodating and caring towards me and my pets. They offer extra services like full grooming, play time, and let me board my animals in the same kennel so they have the comfort of being together. They feed and medicate according to my instructions, and have homemade dog treats available as an optional upgrade.

Great operation. The owners are phenomenal. The training academy has trainers that know dogs and know how to train them and the parents! The daycare is great as are the treats for the dogs I can't recommend Carmik enough. Also the annual Barktoberfest held here in October is real fun. Batgirl Stella loved it!

Really grateful for the care our Elli receives here. The Owner has been incredibly accommodating. The services here are off the charts. Carol, the Trainer my. Husband and Elli met, is top notch. We are looking forward to some classes to help Elli overcome her leash reactivity. She's a rescue who had bites all over her face when she was found at a QT. Despite whatever she had been through, she was sitting calmly at the front glass doors greeting people with a waging tail and almost a smile. She's passed all her AKC Good Citizen markers except meeting another dog on a leash. If we can learn to help Elli overcome that, we can go to the next step for her to visit Veterans in residential centers. We are hoping Carmik can train US. We are doing boarding and grooming and will report back on those Services. So far, wow. Totally impressed!!!!! We appreciate you, Carmik Team!

I cannot believe the lack of communication. I went out of town for a few days and left my babies with them. Whole time there was a massive storm and I didn’t get an update until 3 days after the storm and after I left a few nasty voicemails. Not to mention that my dogs got a haircut that I didn’t ask for. Told me “they look kinda silly”. NEVER AGAIN

DO NOT BOARD YOUR DOG HERE! Unless you want your animal to ABUSED OR NEGLECTED. Facility is not cleaned properly, the secretary is high consistently, owner is never present. Failed to feed my dogs for two days. Never answer the phone even just to check on dogs.

Besides not listening to explicit grooming directions, they did a great job. We brought our 3 big dogs in 2 for baths and one for a groom. Not thrilled about the lack of ability to listen to my instructions about not touching her face or ears during the cut and I specifically asked for no glands and i dont know im confident that they didnt do that but We will give them another try with specific instructions again. The baths were great and my dogs no longer stunk.

Our Rosie just recently started boarding at Carmik Pet Daycare and we love her being there. Rosie has room to stretch her legs with the indoor/outdoor runs. Everyone loves Rosie there. She gets a good bath before we pick her up so she is super clean and soft. She comes homes so much happier 😊

I can't say enough good things about this kennel. When I arrive at the kennel, my dog begins to circle and jump around in the car.He is so excited to stay. He pulls all the way to the front door. And no, he does not feel the same way about the vet. I have no worries about him while he's visiting. Great job, Carmik ! Thank you.

Do not bring your dogs here for boarding. We paid for an hour of play time for each dog. They did not get it, they don’t document when play time is given. I watched the camera play back for the two days they were only seen taken out once. They over charge on the play time. The dogs can run in and out but nothing from keeping them getting soaking wet as several dog were when we pulled up. Our poor puppies were so thirsty and hungry when they came home. We will not do business with them again.

Sean is the owner and he is amazing. Kayla now is my groomer for Scorpio. She is awesome! She does him just as we like. He gets excited when he sees her. When I pick him up? He is happy to lucky. I'm impressed with their place.

I went in but left after hearing these reviews on here. I made it to the Patking lot and booked it out of there I only needed to see two reviews to confirm my view. It’s real suspicious and I won’t go back. This is simply to trigger you reading more. I was too scared.

Dropped off my wife's baby for a week here. Sean was friendly and reassuring and a life long dog lover and it shows. I know our dog misses us but hopefully she will make new friends. Also having her groomed before we pick her up. Their trainer is contacting my wife about some behavior training for the dog and the wife! I'm looking forward to that.

We have been boarding and grooming with Carmik Pet Daycare for over a year now for our goldendoodle, Boomer. The indoor/outdoor kennels were why I initially chose Carmik’s; however their excellent service and quality of care is why I keep coming back. Both boarding and grooming prices are very affordable and I love that they have an “ a la carte” menu for extra add-ons like playtime, training, and webcams. I have been able to relax and enjoy our out of town trips knowing Boomer is being taking care of by such a great facility and staff.

Stay far away from this place.My mom picked up her bulldog & his tongue was blue and he was barely breathing.They said “oh it’s probably stress” WHAT?!They weren’t even paying attention to him because if they were,they would have noticed something was severely wrong.He got rushed to a vet and he was in critical condition.$5,500 + whatever it was to board him for a day is what it cost my mom.Absolutely disgusting.I wish I would have read previous reviews for her before she left her dog in their care.

Told us they would call us to discuss possible one on one training and claimed they gave him lessons and told me how great my dog was and did, when he went to get our dog didn't seem to know which dog he was! Tried to upsale everything.

There's alot of bad news with this place. There leaving dogs in cages outside during storms and a lil puppy died because they neglected him. Idk I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.Do not trust these people!!!
