Walmart needs to start offering women's clothing that isn't so dated. Does anyone wear capris anymore? This isn't 1960 and current styles aren't available in the women's dept. Whoever is responsible for selecting women's shoe styles isn't giving customers a decent selection to choose from. The shoes are ugly and not just the women's shoes. Hardly any men's tennis shoes to choose from. For the last several years I've gone to other stores for a better selection and a very good price. Looks like I'll continue to do so.

Y'all!! Mikayla from Customer Service has been the best customer service I have had in YEARS! Not exaggerating, cause customer service has gone down everywhere with every level of staff. But she went out of her way and beyond to help me. Even though I couldn't return the item and understandably so, I applaud her for her willingness and attentiveness to help a customer. She needs a promotion.

Well now I think there are even less actual human beings to ring you up. Still wondering when I get my paycheck for time spent working the registers. The upside is now that there are so many registers for me to use there aren't enough employees to stare at me while I do there job. I just went in for a quick stop, reminded me why I do most of my shopping at Crest foods. I added a photo of how it feels like waiting to check myself out.

Mikayla did a fantastic job. I was on the phone with my best friend. as my friend walked into this Walmart to return something. My friend didn’t have the receipt so Mikayla tried looking for her receipt and tried her best to find it but even tho she wasn’t able to she explained her the options she could have gotten her money back or even swap the same item. My friend couldn’t return the item cuz she had paid cash and didn’t remember the day she bought it. But me being on the phone with her listening to the entire conversation. I was liek wow she did an awesome job and her customer service is exceptional! Well done and I live in another states having a staff member like this she deserves some sort of recognition.

Nothing ever seems to be in the same place as it was the last time you were there. Always moving things around to add to the confusion. And if you want to be hit up by people asking for money talk to Walmart that's the place to go. You got a guy outside the parking lot with a sign as you enter you got a woman outside the parking lot as you leave the other end of the parking lot closer to braums. Walmart should offer him a job seeing that they can't keep employees.

Don’t order anything from this loser place!! Third time they e delivered my entire order to some random person !! I’m sick of spending half my evening getting my money refunded because they can’t follow instructions AT ALL !!! 40.40 of my wasted money that will now take two days to refund me right at a crucial time of year for me and I had ordered to save time …. So much for that !! Money and time wasted !!! Yes they WILL refund me after almost two hours on the dumb phone !! I’m over choctaw Walmart and their awful service!!

Terrible terrible! The staff is beyond rude! I don't expect much bc they pay and treat them terribly but they lie set people up and just generally don't care about anything. Don't use there pick up service either! They act like they don't have half your order then you go in the store and *surprise!!* they do! I'd give them a -10 if I could.

I had a love affair with Walmart until the recent changes - the store is switching to all Walmart brands and I miss my quality name brands. They are shrinking favorite items (no longer whole beets, just sliced beets, for example). I do appreciate having more self checkout lanes as I prefer bagging my own groceries but dislike the oversight in being assumed guilty of thievery. Wish that the hours of quiet time in the store could be extended to 6am when I shop-

Not as big as a super center but very well stocked. No wait at self checkout when we visited about lunch time. Busy place so parking lot is sometimes crowded.

Nice clean walmart you get the best prices there and fast pickup available. I love Walmart plus, they deliver and it also comes with lots of perks. It's worth it so check it out.

This Walmart has drastically went downhill in last year. They moved everything around where it makes no sense, so good luck finding what u need. They stock during the busiest times so u can’t even get down an isle.Tonight, I said have a good night to the person monitoring the self check out and not even a head nod because she was glued to her phone. On exit, same thing, greeter glued to his phone. I will drive the extra 4 miles and go elsewhere from now on. A shame because I used to spend lots and lots of $$ at this store. Sorry Choctaw, my tax $$ going to Del City from now on. What a bunch of rude employees!!

Once again I went to the Choctaw store, this time to get storage bins. They had them but they did not have the lids that went with them. Where they had lids the had no tubs. Once again I left the store and went to the Walmart on Douglas and 23rd and they had what I was looking for neatly arranged in size order and with matching lids for all. This has happened in other departments as well. Luckily the Douglas and 23rd store isn't that far. Next time I will go there instead of wasting my time in Choctaw.

First off I’d like to say I’ve been going to this Walmart since it’s opened and never had a bad encounter there, but today changed that. I was in there today Sept-1st around 4:45 getting a couple things. Well I get checked out and I start to walk out the Home doors and the door greeter proceeds to ask for my receipt while I’m already past her and when I don’t acknowledge her and proceed walking out the door she yells at me and said “you don’t have to be so rude” so I turn around and show her my receipt and tell her “here come get it” so she proceeds to stand in the same spot and flip me off

Was hurt tonight by the cashier named Hudson... he was in such a rush to start checking out the next customer that he wouldn't even let current customers get their bags off the spinning bag rack... kid hurt my wrist !! And he rang up customers order behind me on my and there was a seperation bar.... refused to listen and I had to pay for someone else candy and soda as well.... and my kid got one of those gift cards that you have to enter the amount he didn't and just threw the card in the bag 😡

Had a pickup order placed on the app. Order was ready promptly and the person putting the order in my car was very friendly and considerate of my fragile items and placed them inside my car instead of the trunk!!👍🏻👍🏻
