Sham’Pooch absolutely does an amazing job. When the business is thrown through hard times they always get through it and handle situations the best they can. They have been taking absolutely amazing care of our dogs for almost a year now & I wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else! Always feels like a very home-like atmosphere.Side note: Cookie is not the easiest dog to groom whatsoever and they have given her the time she needs to get used to them.

Jessica and Penny have taken great care of my girl Roxy. The deshedding bath alone is worth the price! Very professional, & they love their work. It shows. Highly recommend! They HAVE gone up on prices but I was informed that this would happen a couple of months ago. Even with the increase, the prices are still more reasonable than many other groomers. The most recent groom was with a groomer who was not as experienced BUT she was very clear ahead of time and let me know what she could and could not do. I have absolutely no complaints

Their great and Maggie just loves them she sneaks in sugar's while they are doing her nails you gotta watch Maggie because she's quick with the sugar's. I'm so glad I found this place.

Took my German Shepherd in for a bath and de-shedding treatment. After I got home I noticed her fur was cut / shaved and uneven all over. Not sure what happened but also noticed her nails weren’t trimmed either. Although, I didn’t ask about nail trimming upfront since most places include it. $100 for just a bath is way overpriced. I am most upset about her being cut and very uneven

My dog was groomed today by a new groomer who told my husband while he was picking her up she has never done a schnauzer cut. The haircut looks horrible! looks like the top of her head has never been touched, her ears are shaggy and she is uneven all over. Then we find out they went up in price by 30%. I Understand times are hard and companies are having to raise prices but paying that much more for a hack job is unacceptable. I called and was told the owner was out due to an injury but was never told an unexperienced groomer would be doing my pets cut or i would have rescheduled. I had to fix all of the errors. Will not be going back! not able to reply to groomers comment but I did not cuss at anyone so whatever was relayed to you was not correct.

Picked up my dog today after getting groomed, and I was surprised by a sudden price increase of 30%. Then the person said that she has never done the particular cut for my breed of dog before. My dogs haircut looks horrible, and I will never be back if this is how you treat your customers.Update.....since I can't reply to the owners reply. My wife did not curse out anyone at the store, and I never said my dog "looked great". Maybe the owner needs to get the whole story before posting dishonest replies on Google. Aside from that, the price increase WAS a surprise since we were never informed about it. Look up the definition of the word "Surprise".

I have had great service here, I would recommend for sure because of the owner and how much she cares. I like her grooms better, seems like she really puts the time in to do a good job. Sometimes when she isn’t there, and we have another groomer, the results are not nearly as nice. However, I’ve been to many groomers and they are by far the cleanest, easiest to work with, groomers I’ve been to in awhile.

I will not go anywhere else for my groomer! Everyone that works there was friendly and accommodating. He fit my dog in on the same day I called and was super sweet. He made sure that my dog trusted him before taking her back to get started.My dog got snippy with them when they tried to shape up her face and they felt just awful about it. But... they got it taken care of and she's cute as a button.They definately care about your dog. Great prices too. 1000% will go back.

My dog came home wet and uncomfortable. For this reason alone I will not return. My dog is super friendly and happy but he came out of the back room seeming a little spooked. Service was also unfriendly - no greeting when I arrived, so I just kind of stood there until I was told to put my dog in one of the kennels. I was told on the phone it would be $60-65 and it ended up being $75. I would have discussed this with the owner, but she was on the phone with someone else the whole time she was taking my payment.

I brought my two dogs in today for a bath and I am very happy with the results and service. Both are large dogs and not easy to bathe and one has been shedding like crazy.When I picked them up they smelled great and were softer than either have been in a long time. And the husky mix’s coat is so much thinner (in a good way). The price was lower than other places I have been -I will definitely bring my pups back.

Absolutely the worst place we have ever taken our dogs. It was embarrassing the way our dogs looked after picking them up. My 8 year old daughter could have done a better job. Not to mention how bad our dogs smelled after leaving. I truly do NOT even believe our dogs were bathed.If I could rate in the negative I absolutely would. Not to mention our dogs were there all day long... 8am-3pm. Two thumbs down!

We were looking for a new groomer and we tried Shampooch. We were very happy with the cut our dog got. She was only there a couple of hours and she came home looking great. The groomer was very friendly and professional. We will definitely take our dog to Shampooch from now on.

They are ripped the end of my long -haired chihuahua's tail off when they were trying to trim her toenails with a Dremel tool. About 1/2" of bone exposed. Vet is going to have to amputate above the exposed bone. They didn't even try to apologize, all they would say was, "We didn't do it on purpose..."I wouldn't recommend these people for anything!

Excellent! The ladies there are amazing and made sure my babies were well taken care of. I have an older dog that panics going to the groomers. They're didn't mind at all that I called to check on him and made sure to let me know he was doing great. We will be back!! Thank you Jessica and Tori!!!

Love this place! They have take really good care of my dog, Bubba. Where I was taking him before they were always behind when I went to pick him up and he would have marks where they cut him too close. This place does ab amazing job! Comes back clean and well groomed. Very friendly owners. I feel more comfortable here than anyplace I've been in a while.

SHAM POOCH, should be named BIG SHAM. They are unprofessional and argumentative and unpleasant to do business with. Shaved our Great Pyrenees, Baby Girl after being told not to shave her undercoat. Nipped her behind the ear making her bleed. After my wife and puppy were traumatized by the outcome we got called liars by the management. Because of this shaved poodle cut she will be at risk of sunburn, her coat may ñot come back properly and on advice of the Vet Hospital her food has doubled in price. The poor cut could lead to medical problems. She must now have fish oil supplements to hopefully help her coat come back in. Instead of stars for a review I wish it was bars for this experience was criminal. My rating would be 5 negative bars.

If you dog is EVER sprayed by a skunk, THIS is the place to go. My dog had been sprayed in the face and after being groomed I could be nose to nose with her, which has never been the case for any home remedy bathes I found online.

This was Worst experience i have had with a groomer before. When u walk in theres a funky smell to the place an when i went to pick up my dogs it wasnt worth the money i spent because my dogs smelled worst when they left the when i droped them off an they do walk in dogs before Appointment dogs i waited to long for my dogs to smell this bad i am haveing to schedule a nother appointment with somebody else soon because the smell is so bad...

We have taken our little girl several times to Shampooch on Post Road in Midwest City. They didn’t cut our girl as we asked each time she went in. We will be finding a different groomer
