went to refill my medicine and your person at the cvs in choctaw ok ran it through insurance and said it would be ready in an hour. that was several days ago. then when i went to pick it up they said they couldn't fill it due to insurance. one think I like about cvs is the texts I get but apparently the store in choctaw doesn't use that. now back to today. I called to have it filled and she ran it through insurance and all is good. ready in 30 minutes. woohoo. score for your team. now let's go back to the first time they filled this. it was flavored with some bubble gum grossness (and I think im being kind with that description) the second time I filled it I asked if there was other flavors and they gave me options. I chose banana. it was tolerable. so this time I reminded them about the banana. they flavored it and then told me it was $3 for the flavor. I am furious. they never mentioned it the other times and now im charged. oh by the way should I mention that they could only fill 1/2 of it so I will have to cone back and im pretty sure pay again. my word how much could a little flavoring cost. now I asked what the original flavor is and they said cherry. I was given the horrible bubble gum the first time so not sure how that came from Cherry. but im really wanting to know how you take Cherry and make it banana. that is a trick amongst tricks. \nthe cvs in the target in midwest city oklahoma is amazing. the one in choctaw has been nothing but a nightmare. they should take lessons from their partners it's too bad they are the one close to our house yes I would like a refund of my $3

They hound you repeatedly to refill prescriptions even after you tell them you don't want to. I have had to tell them no twice by text and then they still call and I tell them no, so they call again a week later. I have had this happen repeatedly. They even call you on Sunday morning! Hate this pharmacy. They seem desperate.
