The lady who helped me today was a miraculous human. I brought in a chainsaw that was sticking. She broke it down and fixed it about 10 minutes and sharpened the chain all while answering the phones, engaging with customers, answer questions from another staff member, walking other customers through fixing multiple types of equipment and kept a great attitude the entire time. (I would have lost it trying to balance all of it) Absolutely phenomenal service. I was amazed. I’m currently looking at a new mower, theirs was a few dollars more than Home Depot, but I will gladly pay more if it comes with service like that.

The people working here are very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a zero turn from them rather than a big box store for several reasons. We try to support local, family owned businesses, you can call and speak with the same person that helped you, and they have a service department, to name a few. Thanks Anna!

Finally , technicians who actually got to it faster than what was promised, and completed the job quickly. Had my zero-turn repaired at their shop last month, I was told they would get to it within 4 or 5 days. No biggy , I was headed out of town. Turns out it was ready the NEXT afternoon. Have already used it, and it runs just fine. Great friendly people, definitely recommend. If needed, I will use again.

From the first time i visited the store they were very helpful and knowledgeable about their products unlike alot of other stores like ace hardware. They do alot of work on chainsaws that other places don't do like port jobs and muffler mods so if you ever need to buy anything including and awesome stihl chainsaw i would definitely suggest you check out this great little shop. Also the stihl ms261 is a great saw for the money light and powerful. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Parking is absolutely horrible at times. Trucks with trailers will block the spots and you have to park out on the street if possible. Great selection of Gravely parts, friendly services. Prices are higher than online, but nice to be able to get what I need on the same day. Plus side, they have the cutes dogs to greet you at the door!!!

Allens Power Equipment rebuilt my 39 year old John Deere Kohler engine and did a terrific job. Loren and his crew did some follow up work after I reinstalled the engine and got it back to running great. He spent ample time on the phone chasing parts and called Kohler about this old engine specs. Everyone at Allens were really helpful and I highly recommend them

Great trustworthy, family-owned, small business. My mower belt broke again right after they had it repaired. When I told them, they picked it up right away, found and removed a small piece of wood hidden in the undercarriage that was causing the belt to break, replaced the belt, and returned the mower to my house without charging me anything for the second repair.

I visited Allen’s power equipment location in Nicoma Park, Oklahoma and their staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable in my mowing needs and even told me to take a picture of my old classic Gravely and they could look up parts and order them. Now that’s service.

UPDATE: "Friendly" people and "good" customer service IF they like you. Otherwise, they drop you like dirty pampers. Very inconsistent customer support. That's why we left them years ago! Food for thought.PREVIOUS REVIEW: Very personal and excellent service. I won't go anywhere else for my lawnmowing needs. Very friendly people.

I'm new to Jones,OK. Previously got my Toro ZeroTurn parts at O'Connors. Drove all the way out to N. Penn for blades and oil filter because that's where I purchased my mower.Gave the guy my model & serial #. He looked it up and even asked another guy for help. Got home and BOTH blades and filter were WRONG!!! I randomly stumbled into Allen's Power Equip. The "girls" there handed me my the CORRECT parts in about a minute. And it was less expensive. And I parked 5 ft. from the front door. Go to Allen's and get what you need fast!

I bought a Gravely Pro-Turn 600 from Allen & Penny recently and I love it! It's like a zero turn brush-hog! They are the best and will take care of you regardless of if its service or finding the right part for your equipment.

Purchased my first ZTR at Allen’s yesterday - Gravely 42 inch. Penny took the time to understand my mowing needs and then recommended what she thought was the best mower for me. There was no attempt to “up sell” me and she took time to answer all my questions. She even gave me a lesson on how to operate it. My take is that they are a family owned business doing their best to meet customer needs. While I do not expect to have any problems with my Gravely during the warranty period, I trust that Allen’s will take care of any that may occur. They seem like good people.

If you are looking for a shop to treat you like family, look no further. I have worked all over the state of Oklahoma, buying from various dealers and this one has treated me the best. I drive 45 mins just to get my parts and supplies from them. Wonderful people!!

This is a nice local power equipment shop that specializes in a number of reliable brands - including Cub Cadet. They seem to have or can find anything I've needed thus far, and are affordable to boot. I'll continue to use them and will look to buy an upgrade from then when the time comes.

Dont understand why Allen's Power Equipment gets bad reviews. Allen and Penny and the rest of the gang always go above and beyond to help me. They ALWAYS give me sound advice about the equipment and supplies I need. I will not go anywhere else to get the supplies I need.

On March 30, I stopped in to pick out a new zero turn mower. I believe it was Lauren who helped me. He showed me the Stealth, XL and Ariens Icon XD. I was told it was the XD 52 which was comparable to the stealth and XL which were 48” and 52”. I know it was the XD 52 because he said it was the exact same as the Gravely X but I would save $300 by going with the Ariens. So I told him I would be back in a few weeks to pick it up. I then called a week later to have them put my name on the XD 52 since it was mower season and I knew they could sell out. Well I finally go to pick it up and find out they put my name on the XD 42. So I ask about the XD 52 that I was sold on and they say they never carried it. They offered a $100 discount on the Gravely but didn’t work with me anymore and didn’t care that I was “sold” something they didn’t carry. I went to them based on the great customer service reviews I saw. I did not experience that when I went to pick up a mower this morning that they claim they never carried even though I was told they carried it and they put my name on it when I called. If you visit them make sure they actually have the item. Very disappointed and will not go back.

These folks are simply amazing. Ran into a mowing emergency so to speak in getting ready for a 20ty Anniversary gathering. Old mower died.and they stayed late to help me out!The mower I got was a Gravely zero turn and it was phenomenal. So far, it is way smoother and way faster than my previous mowers.They took time to walk me through the functions and helped load out even though I know they were ready to get home!Cant say thank you enough to these great folks!

As I’ve read over other peoples reviews I’ve noticed that some people are not happy with the service. I’ve been going in for the past year and have had nothing but great service. So for someone to say they have had a bad experience baffles me. They’ve always been very helpful, and I’ve always gotten fast service. My opinion if you’ve had a bad experience it may not have been the service pros at Allen’s. Stand back and think of how your day started when you came in. Was it bad? If so I’d say you should try coming in on one of your good days. Thanks Allen’s for being great!!!!

I read the other reviews before writing this, and it makes me wonder what makes some people tick. I have been dealing with these good folks for over three years now, and I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else. I believe they genuinely try to get the right product for each customer's needs. Good folks, good products, and good service.
