The people that work in the Chickasha Walgreens pharmacy are so rude and very unprofessional. They are not knowledgeable about the job they are supposed to be doing, and quite honestly, treat you like it’s a huge inconvenience for you to even be there.

Use as last resort. They charged me $100 dollars, including my insurance, for a specific medication. I couldn't afford that so I called Walmart. It's $10 dollars there (before insurance). So Walgreens is charging 90% or more for a cheap medication that people need. Don't give these people more your money than necessary! There are other pharmacies!

This rating is a long time coming. I’ve been a pharmacy customer for 15+ years, but the last 3-4 years this place has really gone downhill. For a while they consistently struggled to employ a pharmacist so scripts couldn’t be filled in a timely manner. I was told that issue was fixed, but then the next time I tried to get a script filled there wasn’t a pharmacist on duty. The customer service has deteriorated over time from bad to today’s employee experience just being unhelpful and rude.

Great pharmacy as long as you have an extra 3 hours to wait in line. Usually wrapped around the building. Average time at the window just over 10 minutes

I want to give this a zero . order online for the special pricing and get whatever product they chose to give you or even more fun , a refund with a story how your reward bucks came from your bank account so you end up loosing money and getting nothing for your trouble

The online price for an over the counter medicine was$4.99, in the store it was $10.98 and they would not match the price. I was told to buy it online but it had to be over $10 to get it. Management never came to talk about it, just called and said no....I'll go to CVS from now on

We moved our prescriptions from Duncan when we found out Jared was here now. He knows how to get everything taken care of for us, he'll work the drive thru and still find a way to bounce to the counter to help anyone too! Glad to see a Walgreens that runs well finally!

Not the first we have had a bad experience. I go to pickup my sick little girl medicine I was told 30 to 45 mins so I went to Walmart and shop around come back I was told another hour. 2 hours and the medicine all they had to do was put a label on it. This has been happening for quit a while now. I won't be going there anymore. I will just go to CVS.

Walgreens Pharmacy...SLOW! My Dr called in perscription, next day I call to see if it's ready for pickup, they say yes, yeah going to pickup, get there and the drive thru line has 7 cars waiting so I decide to go inside to pharmacy desk and there is a sign saying staff is to short only working drive thru. So go back out get in line behind 7 vehicles, I've now moved up to the 5th car in line and 15minutes has gone by. Very slow! Will be gong back to previous pharmacy.

Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes before someone came to window. Saw at least 2 women walk by the window and not acknowledge. Rang the bell twice. Would have gone in but had sick daughter sleeping in car. The line had at least 5 other cars behind me... This in my opinion is unacceptable. If very busy the least someone could have done was come to the window to acknowledge.

Walgreens in general isn't bad. The pharmacy is the slowest in town with the most hateful ladies working. They seem put out if you attempt to ask any questions at the drive thru. They had the prescription early in the morning and still didn't fill it til my third trip there and waited in the drive thru for another 30 mins.

I use to get dads and my prescriptions all at once here .now I just get mone .I had to let them know to close his information out as he was gone and no longer sick .I go get only mine now and dont get to chat as I did before. Yep I've met good people working here .

I like this store. A great example of big city experience in small town. Pharmacy staff is very professional and helpful!! This will now become my new pharmacy in Chickasha.

Definitely not the best walgreens store. Always takes forever! Had some prescriptions sent over from urgent care and I knew it'd take a while so ran some errands. An hour later, they still hadn't been filled. It's always like this.

They need to have the pharmacy open more than they do that's the most important thing they offer why close it and have the rest of the store open they need to have longer hours and open on holidays people need medicine even on the holidays.

I'm not taking the actually store low but the information on this place. If you add the photo department you should also add the pharmacy department and their hours because they are majorly different from the store itself.

Horrible service …….. I sat in line for 30 minutes guy in front of me took 15 minutes since he didn’t have his stuff together .I finally get to the window clock clicks from 4.59 to 5 they look right at me put the sign in the window that said closed 😡😡😡mind you I had been in line since 4.30 . What kind of person(employee) does this .
