Bought a safe from there and they had lost the backup keys and said if they found them, they would call. Week later, no call so I called them back and luckily they had found the keys. Lisa, the cashier, told us on the phone that she would mail us our keys since live pretty far away. Lisa was also very helpful when we went to pick up the safe because she was the only one who was told we were coming to get it. We have been impressed by Lisa and her customer service. Lisa we appreciate you and keep doing you! Giving 4 stars because they lost the keys and never called us but still happy they found them and getting them mailed to us.

Tractor supply is a good place to get your farming supplies. Various other items as well. You usually can find what you need and other things that you don't. Staff seems to be friendly at least at our local one.

Cashiers have no idea what products are sold in the store. Came to buy horse fence and the kids didn’t know what I wanted, then said they didn’t have it in stock so I had to look it up in the app and give him the sku. I should be paid if I have to do all that. Tractor supply should be ashamed.

I changed my rating to a 5 star because they have improved so much. The employees are very polite, extremely helpful, and even if they don't know where things are or what the product is they go out of their way to find somebody who does. The prices are reasonable and whether you need it or not they always offer to help take your stuff out to your car for you. They do their best to keep the store clean and tidy even when they're making a mess trying to rearrange for the new season. One of my favorite stores to go to!!!

Stopped in to find a candy item on my way from Lawton to OKC. Dina and another employee working 2/24/23 at 1:30PM was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Dina even had an issue from a customer on the phone and she handled it exceptionally pleasant. Short visit but pleasing experience. I know so many only review if they are unhappy about something,

This store is amazing! Passing through realizing we had a sick goat not only did the person on the phone research medicine for us but also instructed employees to hold the store open if I didn’t make it there before closing. Thank you to all the employees that helped us in need!

Only problem was that the app had the dog food I needed listed as "in stock", but it wasn't. Found other things I needed and the person that was at the checkout was very friendly. Always have good experiences at these stores.

It's your typical Tractor Supply. They did have a good selection, though a little low on dog foods. They seemed understaffed for a Saturday, but weren't too busy either. They did have chicks in stock and rumor has it are expecting guinea fowl and ducklings soon.

My aunt Carolyn ratzlaff works at the store in chickasha ok and she loves it. She definitely knows her job and does it well I seem to think that she is due for a little raise for all the hard work she does there and very respectful of the customers. Love this place. Lots of neat things for decoration, spark plugs for lawn mowers, pet food galore and treats, clothing and hats, tools, wheels for wagons and wheel barrows, metal fence posts, landscape timbers etc. Friendly helpful staff too.

Store needs jeans for tall People. Longest they have are a 34, been in 4 or 5 times in the last month looking for new work jeans.

My husband and I purchased a large item that had some visible damage. We agreed to purchase and fix (the visible damage) ourselves. We were given a discount on the item and a percentage off the replacement part.Replacement part was the wrong piece. Was then given the wrong name and info for another one that I had to order online.Upon obtaining the correct piece ourselves and replacing it, my husband attempted to set it up and start it. At that point he discovered that the item had oil in it already and that the motor did not run.Without being informed of it being a 'returned item' at the time we wanted to purchase it.. we ended up spending a large amount of money on an item that had previously been damaged more then what was visible. We now have to spend more to have it repaired.While the staff had been friendly enough, we are greatly disappointed otherwise.

Christina was amazing! Super knowledgeable about everything we asked her. We came in right before closing and she made us feel very welcome. Managed to sell us things we didn't go there for. Chickasha is not the store closest to us, but you have a new customer. She deserves a raise!

Very good customer service from several long term employees. My dog gives the checkout staff 5 Wags for treats and a pat on the head.The 4HEALTH brand of dog and cat food sold by Tractor Supply is an excellent high quality food for the price.

Awesome cashier but felt store was missing some interaction. Plus we had to fight our way through the front door. Not sure who was in the entryway but they were definitely not acknowledging customers.. Great selection.

Great selection of dog food, especially because we feed our little Chihuahuas "Taste of the Wild" which is very reasonably priced as is the high protein food we buy for our ranch dog. Their sales are great with offerings that most farm & ranch owners appreciate. We always buy our diesel oil and tractor hydraulic oil here. They have a clearance section that we ALWAYS check out. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They never fall to make sure we are getting all of the discounts we may be entitled to. They really seem to care about their customers. ☺️

Like the store but the management is insufficient when making very small decision and cannot with without contacting corporate. Very unaccommidating during this pandemic. Not user friendly with little regard for those who still have live stock to care for.Thankful for Tractor Supply
