People are pleasant no complaint there. But unload hoppers here is gonna be slow. The driver infront of me has been unloading his front hopper for the last 40min. Probably gonna be a 1.75 - 2hr just unload time.

People are very nice and loading is fast. The bad part of my experience is the deep scratches on my trailer floor. Loader should keep pallets away from the floor, specially theirs that weight 1850 lbs each. They need to read signs inside the trailer. Private property needs respect.Second experience. People still nice but they have shipping issues. I travelled all way up from Ardmore OK and the load wasn't ready. Of course they blame the broker though who knows. Nowadays everybody lies in this industry. Think twice before you book a load from them.

I got here to get loaded but need the correct pickup number. But I was told to back into dock 5 which was no problem. The problem began after I backed in dock 5. There is a low beam in which I was unaware of. This cause damage to my trailer latch. Which caused me not to get loaded. I wished they would have warned me before I backed in.

I haul grain here and never had an issue. Usually pretty fast but can have delays if they are very busy. Workers are always nice.

Slowest place I've ever had the opportunity to dump at. They're so slow at dumping they caused me to miss my next load. Probably will not take another load here again. Embarrassing! Do better.

I get loaded here and these men are very friendly, professional and load quick! You barely even feel them being on and out of your trailer. It looks like it's in a neighborhood (kind of is) but keep driving and it'll be there. It's real dusty in the back but not too bad.

I picked up a truckload of pet food here, over 40,000 pounds. The forklift driver was quick, friendly and professional. There is a full-size scale on the north side of the building. Note: You must drive through a residential neighborhood to get to the plant.

You had better have some seals for your trailer if you are coming here. Do not know when they started that, but if not for a Horizon driver I would not have gotten unloaded without going to get seals. THANK YOU horizon driver, thank you Midwestern employee.

Been here 7 hrs thay unloaded 3 trucks in this time if you want to sit this is place to come too.if thay would do there job inside weigh these trucks in an out go lot faster truck will sit on scale30 min. Or more just to weigh in an out.ill never be back

Pretty quick to get in move around and get unloaded. But the recieving door is always locked and you'll be spending at least 30min ringing the doorbell and knocking on the door. Before they answer.

Once my appointment came they got me in the door and finished within the hour. Just call the number, you never have to get out except to open and close your doors.

I love the plant and most of the ppl there but one of the so called bosses Zack is the most demeaning man ever! He fires people for enjoyment! He has a little side kick Dallas Moore who also fires people for enjoyment! They both do nothing but sit in zacks office all day talking about creepy stories on YouTube! I felt bullied by those two and I got fired for calling in one day! You can ask anyone else in that whole plant how hard of a worker I was!I felt discriminated as a woman and of course because dallas made it personal!Other than those two that place was awesome to work for!!!!

Takes forever to get unloaded here they dont do there job they play favorites trucks sit on scale for at least 30 minutes or longer just to get paperwork if you got time to kill this is the place to come i dont like coming here
