Very helpful with assisting me in starting a chain saw I bought 5 months ago. Two store employees took my saw to the back and determined that the fuel level may have been too low and it may have been flooded. After adding fuel and using the correct starting procedure they were able to start the saw. They then explained the starting procedure to me. When I returned home I used the explained procedure and was able to start the saw. Very pleased with the great assistance and friendliness of the employees that helped me at the Brandt's Ace Hardware in Chickasha, OK.

This place is a gem in a one horse town. Great service, fair prices, and they have what you need. Ace is the place. I have been in some pretty depressing Ace stores, corporate might need to take a look at this one and try to duplicate it.

It's one of the better hardware stores in town. Very low-key. The staff are friendly if a bit checked out. They have a large key section in the back which is why most people come in. They have lots of items that Walmart doesn't though be prepared to spend. I've noticed that price points are high. Overall it's fine.

This store is like an old general store. It has everything ...electrical, pet, gardening, fencing, plumbing, ...I like it. Nicely arranged, they are happy to help you but you may have to ask because most people know what they want when the come in.

Went in looking for an air conditioner. They were out, but took my name and number and called me when their next shipment came in. During the call they offered to hold one for me until I could get there in-person to look at it.This is the only place I take my Stihl products to be tuned.
